highly highly highly recommend these guys for fast bee removal service, called them with my concerns they were out at the house within an hour, cheaper than other exterminators and are very knowledgeable!

Very quick response time. Marino was her within the hour. Very informative technician and was extremely helpful in identifying other problem areas where wasps were active.

Last month, we noticed a bee problem in our backyard. We called The Beekeeper and James T JT16 came out and took care of it. He was so knowledgeable and friendly. He explained to us what what happening, what he was going to do, and showed us pics. Wonderful experience and if we ever run into the problem again, we will call on James T from The Beekeeper.

This is not the first time we have had The Beekeeper come to our property. A few years ago, they were out to remove a hive. Very professional and safe for the bees. Unfortunately, this time the bees took up residence inside a block wall and had to be exterminated. The experience saddened me, but I knew it was necessary for the safety of my family and pets. The beekeeper was knowledgeable on the habits of the hive and explained what he would do and how it would affect my personal situation. He was very friendly and courteous.

Russ W - RW15 arrived at my home on time, even early and patiently waited for my arrival. He was clean cut, friendly and took time to evaluate and explain, answering all my questions. After evaluating my bee area, Russ honestly reported the situation. He explained we did not have a hive at this time. Called the beekeepers about a problem with a swarm of bees in our house, they sent out a technician ([redacted]) within in a reasonable time. He was professional and courteous. Took care of the problem. I will definitely use them again if the need arises.

When I was told I needed "THE BEEKEEPER" I was a little shocked. I always feel trapped when I am at the mercy of specialized businesses. I was pleasantly surprised that someone was out within the hour, was nice, respectful and actually put me at ease. I discovered a large number of bees this morning. I contacted The Beekeeper. Russ W. (RW 15) answered the phone and scheduled a visit for today. I am immensely grateful to him for taking the time to address the problem. Also, he taught me about the bees, and the actions I could take from this point forward. He is a man of integrity. His positive and professional approach combined with his kindness and compassion is a true gift for anyone lucky enough to work with Russ. I highly recommend him. We saw around 50 bees going in and out of the wall at the dryer vent. Carlos M came and looked over the situation. There was a gap in the wall in front of the dryer vent, which the bees were investigating for building a hive. Carlos filled the gap with steel wool and said no hive had been built yet. Problem solved, and there is a 90 day warranty. Great work!

Russ W [redacted] was our technician. He showed me where the bee hives were located and explained how to help maintain our block wall to keep bees away. He was very informative and assuring. I appreciate how quickly The Beekeeper was able to send a technician out and how the tech was genuinely concerned with providing relief and safety for our home. I would definitely recommend this company to other customers.

I have used the Beekeeper several times for issues with bees. They have always been prompt & responsive and have done an excellent job taking care of the problem. One such time included removing part of a tile roof & cutting into mortar to remove honeycomb. The work was completed timely & professionally.

On a Friday morning, I got up early to make coffee and noticed a faint humming sound. As the day progressed, the sound got progressively louder. I had seen a swarm over our house the day before but it seemed to fly away. Now I was starting to see one, two, three....and many more lethargic bees inside the house on windows, carpeting, and drapes. Soon, I noticed where they were congregating - - there were probably 50 very lively bees hovering in an upper-story window over the front door. I know how valuable bees are to the environment; but when they invade my personal environment **inside** the house, I can't risk it, since I have a compromised immune system. I called The Beekeeper. Nick S. was not far away on another call, and he came as soon as he completed that job. Nick and his partner spotted the entry point into our home immediately, and took care of the problem within 40 minutes after their arrival. They were courteous, professional, and explained everything clearly. The Beekeeper's guarantee is excellent. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

These guys are awesome. They responded quickly and provided a lot of information to help keep us at ease during "the swarm".[redacted] showed up early in the morning and the bees were taken care of in about 30 minutes. He was professional , knowledgeable, and obviously loves his work. I will keep their number on speed dial and won't hesitate to use them again! Great experience!

Technician got here prompt. Removed honeycomb from house and did damage to stucco and board. Charged me 200 dollars for repair and when I asked why, he said " Someone will come by next week to fix the damage." When no one showed I called and they said someone would contact me; no one did. I contacted them three more times and they promised the would get back with me and send someone out and they never did. I finally left a message on their answering machine informing them I was contacting my credit card company to dispute the 200 repair charge. The charge is currently being disputed.
