Trust the process, you hire Beekeepers and they perform the service. There was a hive in a tree next to he house . I hired Beekeepers to remove the hive. They arrive with in 2h hours. I asked the employee (Russ W ) several questions about the ecology of bees and he had answers. Which means he's professional and not just a hired hand. The company does offer a 90 day warranty for the if the hive returns at the extract location. The price of the service is reasonable. I currently have no issues with the service and it was a job well done.

The Beekeeper is great! [redacted] came to my house the morning I called. He was extremely polite and kind. He educated me on "everything bees" and I instantly liked and trusted him. I hired him on the spot to complete the job - which was extensive! 200,000 bees and 70 pounds of honeycomb later... all was removed and repaired with a 3 year warranty!! My house is now "bee free" and my family and dogs are safe outside. I love them and highly reccommend the Beekeeper to everyone! **

I have used the Beekeeper several times and they never disappoint. Today James T came out and waded through a giant cactus to get to the huge hive. He did an excellent job and their prices are very reasonable. He gets a 10 from both my husband and myself.

[redacted] and [redacted] arrived punctually and went right to work removing 40lbs. of honeycomb and honey from inside our exterior wall. [redacted] was very thorough and knowledgeable in his explanation of the behavior of the bees. [redacted] showed us the honeycomb that was removed and explained how the comb had evolved. We got quite the education. [redacted] and [redacted] are very personable and professional. We are very happy with their service.

[redacted] with The Beekeeper Total Bee Control Inc. was able to come out the same day that I called and quickly took care of the bees that were making a home inside one of the outer walls of my house. He did a great job, and I would highly recommend him!

Late yesterday afternoon, 4:30, my husband discovered bees in our master bathroom. You can image I wasn't at all happy this with situation. We called The Beekeeper at they sent Russ W (RW16) and he arrived just a little after six. After checking outside he found the spot they seemed to prefer. He treated it and assured me the one's inside were just stragglers and would be dead soon. If fact, they were mostly dead by the time he got there. Russ was amazing.

I noticed bees flying in and out of a small opening on the roof of my back patio. I called The Beekeeper and whitin the hour Marino C (MC15) was at my door ready to take care of the problem. I live in a desert location that requires frequent use of The Beekeeper and they are always prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and effective!

I'm in east valley and had a very large hive 20' up in a pine tree. When I called Beekeeper they answered immediately and were able to setup an appt when I wanted, which was a few days from when I called. Russ W came out and was very polite and professional. He listened patiently to my story as we walked over to the hive (far side of my acre). When we go there he said it was pretty big and you wouldn't want that many bees coming after you. (Neighbor has been stung a few times.) He said I had two options, extermination for (reasonable$) and extermination + removal for (plus several times more). Both these seemed like fair prices, because the removal would be difficult with all the limbs in the way and very high, etc. I went with extermination only. He suited up and climbed up double extension ladder and killed them using an aerosol and then followed up with some additional spray from his backpack sprayer. Said that there would be some straggler bees coming for a week or so and there were. He gave me a few blue tarps to put down to catch the combs as they drop on the grass. So far only a few combs dropping, but bees are nearly all gone. They keep coming back and dying on my tarp. I appreciated Russ' thorough explanation of what he did and what I should expect.

I'd call them again if/when I have other bee issues.

At midday, a giant swirling ball of bees landed on the side of the house, and within minutes they were getting inside. A general pest removal service quickly realized they were out of their depth, and contacted The Beekeeper.

Technician [redacted] soon arrived, with the knowledge and equipment to handle the situation that looked like something out of a horror movie. We did not think we would be able to stay that night in the house, but here we are.

We discovered bees swarming around the compost container on a Sunday morning.The tech, Russ W [RW16] was here within a couple of hours of our call.

We really wanted to save the compost, and the queen if possible.

Russ advised that he was seeing lots of Africanized hives but would try his best.

Turns out they were good bees. He saved the compost, and made a second trip to the house to pick up the queen so he could drop it off in the desert to re-start the hive.

Russ was really professional and knowledgeable.

I called them on a Friday afternoon expecting that they would be able to come out the next week. They said they would be there in 2 hours, but Russ W showed up in 75 minutes. He was very professional, safety conscious, knew what he was doing, and took care of the colony of bees quickly. It was a wonderful experience and I would recommend them for your bee problem!

On a Saturday afternoon my house around the side, was suddenly attacked by Africanized Killer Bees. Within two hours they'd made a nest the size of a beach ball and growing.... scary. I then called another Pest Control Company, but they said they couldn't get to my house until Monday. Yikes. At the pace these bees were growing, they could cover my entire house by Monday. This was becoming an emergency situation.
So, my neighbor gave me the number of "The Beekeeper." Within 1.5 hours,[redacted], and his associate from The Beekeeper arrived at my house ready to do battle with the army of killer bees. He then checked out the situation and explained what they would do, and what I could expect. Within 45 minutes, they'd rid the area of the pests, and it was all but over. [redacted] was most professional and it appears they did the job. Best of all, this Company understood my emergency and they acted. Good, prompt service.

I discovered a large bee hive while trimming my palm trees on front exterior of my house. I placed a call to Beekeeper, and they gave me a quote on the phone. Chas arrived within about an hour time frame. He told me up front due to size of hive, there would be additional cost due to honey comb and the mess it would leave. I was ok with that, so he proceeded. The hive was down within a few minutes and no mess left! He cleaned the area very well so the bees would not return. Chas was very knowledgeable and professional. I am very pleased with the service and would recommend this company if you have problems with bees.

We had a bee problem in our backyard and I called The BeeKeeper because it was one of the only ones close to me. I was very pleased with our experience with this company. [redacted] came over in about an hour of calling and did a fantastic job of explaining the whole extermination process. He only took about 10-15 minutes and came to us afterwords to explain how it went. The price wasn't too bad either. It has been about two days since the extermination and we have no bees in sight. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone looking for a bee exterminator!!

Mr. [redacted] from The Beekeeper total Bee Control Inc has done a fantastic job for effectively and thoroughly removing bees and honeycomb from our roof, drywall and attic a few days ago. He loves his jobs and has so much extensive knowledge about bees and has so many years of extensive experience for bee control. He is reliable, honest and trustworthy. His job was very clean and efficient. Their price is very reasonable and honest from the very beginning to the end.
