We uses The Beekeeper total bee control of Phoenix for bees that had made a nest in our garden wall. My husband tried to deal with the bees but was stung terribly. Russ W was the technician who helped us that day and he was MORE than helpful! He took care of the bees, instructed us what to do in the future, explained in detail HOW to do the corrections (if we wanted to do them alone) and when my husband had a question after he'd left, Russ was more than helpful over the phone! He was a hard worker, gracious, courteous, and honored his company. Every technician should be like Russ W!!! We were both impressed!

We will happily share our story with others and tell the, to use your company! We don't usually do online reviews.....actually, we never do! But we were so impressed with Russ' work ethic that we had to write a review!!!

The Beekeeper Total Bee Control quickly, safely and very effectively resolved my bee problem. I first called a different company and was very very displeased with their service, and when the situation became much worse, I called The Beekeeper Total Bee Control. The technician, Scott, responded quickly, assessed the situation, explained everything to me, answered all questions and speedily eliminated the problem. Unlike the first company, Scott did not try to up-sell me on services that were not needed, and the cost was very reasonable.

I am so completely pleased with their service and highly recommend that people call them first instead of wasting time and money elsewhere.

Marino was very courteous, well groomed.

He diagnosed where the bee hive was and immediately went to work removing it and killing the bees inside.

Marino explained exactly what he was going to do and clearly advised me if there were other options.available.

I could write a long, very poitive review but instead will just say: on 10 scale (Best) Marino and the company are 11. That says it all. I highly recommend this service and Marino specifically.

The Beekeeper Total Bee Control is now a highly recommended company for me. We called them yesterday (06/19/14) and received a call back immediately. The tech [redacted] was at our house within an hour and was very professional. He took the time to contact our neighbors to let them know to bring their dog inside in case the bees got a bit out of control. He also took time to explain to us what and why thing were going the way they were with the bees and to explain what he was doing to my husband when he had any questions. Very professional and courteous. I will be recommending them to anyone who is or may have a bee problem.

We have used the Beekeeper many times over the years and every time they have excellent and the fees are always fair. [redacted] has come to our rescue once again after a giant swarming ball of Africanized bees decided to homestead over our garage. As always, [redacted] was fast, thorough and professional. [redacted] always cleans up completely and treats his clients with respect, which we greatly appreciate. As far as we are concerned, there is no better choice.

I had a serious bee problem when I called The Bee keeper. [redacted] greeted me at my front door and I explained my situation to him. I had two bee hives one in my deck in the back yard. And one in my attic. He must have sensed my desperation and with a smile he said no problem I can take care of this for you. He was very polite, friendly and reassuring. He gave me a sense of relief that I had called the right people to take care of my problem. I waited several days to write this review to be sure that the bees were gone. And they are. I haven't seen a bee near my house now for 5 days. Thanks [redacted]!!!

I just wanted to say that [redacted] came out with super short notice to my house today and helped me out with some bee scouts that were starting to accumulate in the eaves of my house. Was prompt (earlier, in fact, than he said he'd be which was great), friendly, explained everything to me and was completely professional. Will use again if I ever need to, and will recommend for anyone else that may have bees and needs a business to turn to for help. :)

The beekeeper is a great company and was very helpful with my bee problem. The technician [redacted] was at my house less than an hour after I had called the company. He was polite, quick and efficient. I would highly recommend this company for their price and great customer service.

This morning I noticed a small hive had formed under the overhang outside my front door. I called "The Beekeeper" at 6 a.m. expecting to get a voice recording, but someone actually answered! I was told a technician would be at my house between 8 and 9 that morning. [redacted]) showed up a few minutes before 8 and had the hive removed within fifteen minutes (it turned out to be wasps, not bees). $165 - 90-day warranty. Couldn't be happier. This company has a great many positive reviews on Yelp too. Would recommend without reservation.

We had an excellent experience with James T when he came out for The Beekeeper today. He was incredibly quick in responding to our call, diagnosed the source of the bees we had been seeing, and solved the problem. Along with a 90 day warranty. Professional and positive in every way. Thanks, James!

I called Beekeeper Total Bee Control at 6am and a trained professional was knocking at my door before 8am to perform a live removal of an active hive. The tech (Carlos M [redacted]) was "very professional" and very informative. Wonderful and prompt courteous service. Extremely satisfied!!

I have used the Beekeeper on two occasions. The first time Russ came to my home and just recently it was [redacted]. Both were very prompt, courteous and friendly. I will add both times was a precarious location as my roof is 35' above the ground. Both [redacted] and [redacted] had no fear climbing a ladder so high.

[redacted] was here right on time this morning. Took care of first hive removed and repaired roof. Then found a second one and did the same. Very thorough job. Very nice and professional man.

On the back patio we had a beehive in a corner. Contacted several business that handle bee's and The Beekeeper was great. Great customer service and they were able to come the same day and take care of the bee's and the hive. We will continue to do business with them.

I was impressed at how quickly someone showed up to take care of the bee problem. [redacted] showed up just 30 minutes after I had called the main office to request an appointment. He was professional and very nice to talk to.

My husband discovered a wasps' nest in our front yard. He called The Beekeeper. They came to our house that day. [redacted] quickly removed the nest. I am impressed by the fast, efficient service and the 90 day warranty.

I discovered a huge bees nest in our tree this morning. I found The Beekeeper on the internet. They quoted a respectable price and stated that their tech would be out within the next hour or so. James T arrived at our house in less than 45 minutes and in no time he removed the nest, its queen, and most likely thousands of drones. Excellent service and excellent job well done.

I had a bee swarm bigger than my head in my front tree. I called the beekeeper and with in 45 minutes they were here. Marino C took care of the issue and answered all my questions very knowledgeably. He was very nice and fast and warranted it for 90 days. He was great and I am very happy my kids and dog are safe again :)

My Fiance and I had a major bee problem in our complex and our HOA was not helping! We contacted Beekeepers and they were at our house the very next day! We have a neighbor who is deathly allergic and a puppy who is also servely allergic and Russ W. (our worker) listened intently and made us feel very comforted in the fact that he and his crew were going to fix the problem asap. All of the staff, including [redacted] were very polite and personable and fixed the bee issue in a very timely manner. They also assured us they would fix the problem using the least amount of destruction to our roof etc. and they stuck to their word. They were in and out within 15 minutes and we haven't had a problem with bees ever since! We are so thankful to them for coming so quickly and showing compassion for our animals and neighbor as well as our home. [redacted] also spent time speaking with my Fiance and I about other bee type/wasp,and random bugs and taught us how to take care of them on our own and which were harmful/safe. We definitely recommend using them for any bee/insect problems!

The Beekeeper took care of our bee problem! Our technician, Carlos M. was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was obvious that he cared about the bees as well as our need to remove them from our backyard. I would (and have) recommended them for their work.
