The Beekeeper Total Bee Control, Inc.

I called The Beekeeper Total Bee Control Inc. after finding a large amount of bees in my backyard. Mr. Russ Wilson came to my residence to remove the bees and successfully removed approximately 50,000 bees from my patio. Mr. Wilson was very professional and did a great job. I am very pleased and highly recommend bee removal service from Mr. Russ Wilson from The Beekeeper Total Bee Control Inc.

I would HIGHLY recommend The Beekeeper. I initially called them back on April 9 - a Saturday - to remove an active swarm that had attached itself to my home. Probably 1,000 bees. With kids and a dog at home, I didn't want to wait days to see if the swarm would move on. I called the Beekeeper based on a recommendation on my neighborhood's social media page and they came that afternoon and quickly and efficiently removed the swarm. I do like that they take the bees and release them out in a remote area instead of killing all of them. I thought the $165 fee was completely worth it. JAMES T (JT16) was our technician and he was great. Unfortunately for us, some of the bees came back in a couple of weeks because it turns out we had an old honeycomb in that location from several years back. I called to have the Beekeeper come back and thankfully it was James again. He once again took care of the issue and left us a quote to have the old honeycomb removed should we choose that option. If we do decide to go in that direction, we will certainly call them to do the job. Thanks for the great service!

I called The Beekeeper about bees that were swarming around the roof of our house. About a dozen bees had made it into the house. The Beekeeper arrived less than two hours later, and in the time frame that they promised. The Technician, Marino C., (MC16) assessed the problem quickly and took action to resolve the issue. The entire process took about 30 minutes, and the charge was very reasonable.

James T JT16 arrived promptly and did an outstanding job getting rid of the bees who decided to move into our home! He was informative and super nice!

[redacted] came out on a same day appointment Friday and yes, the bees were gone as of Saturday. He was pleasant and helpful and even gave me good advice on how to deal with the results of the sting I'd received the day before.

If you could give more than 5 stars for our experience with The Beekeeper, I would! We used The Beekeeper as a follow-up to a treatment by another company about an hour before where we felt a second opinion was necessary before proceeding with their costly estimate to remove potential honeycomb. James T came to the rescue immediately and provided a complete and thorough review of our situation, far superior to the prior firm. James T. was professional, courteous, respectful and empathetic to the fact that another company had effectively ripped us of for the treatment they did as we were charged almost double than what The Beekeeper would have charged for the same (much superior) service. We will definitely use The Beekeeper in the future and highly recommend to all.

I appreciate the professionalism and attention to customer service. They were able to come out to my home the next day after calling after 5pm the day before. The technician was friendly and honest. We negotiated a final price that we were both in agreement with, even though it was a difficult job. The bee hive was one hundred pounds or more. He did not try to add additional costs as the job ran into some minor hurdles. I really, really appreciate these guys and recommend them to anyone.

Carlos M ([redacted]) from the Beekeeper was at our home in Chandler within an hour and he took our large 100,000 bee swarm out of the backyard Oleander in minutes. It was a live removal of bees that were European honeybees so he is taking them to the desert to find a new home. Good work, fast, efficient and reasonably priced for specialized service.

Beekeeper Bee Control is fantastic! I'd noticed a swarm of bees in the crook of my decorative brick wall about 3 weeks ago, but had put off calling anyone because I didn't know where to start and didn't have time to deal with it. If I'd known it was this easy, I would have called when I first noticed the bees!
I called at 4:15 pm on a Tuesday, thinking that I'd have to schedule an appointment for the next week, or the end of the week at best. Instead, they offered to have someone out to my house later the same day, between 5 and 5:30! Less than an hour after I'd called, the incredibly nice and informative [redacted] was at my door, asking me to show him the problem. He explained clearly what services were possible and gave his personal recommendation. Once I ok'd it, he went straight to work and he was done in less than 15 minutes! He also took the time to explain to me what I should expect in the next few days, and to recommend some sealant to protect other cracks around my house, such as in the eaves, that are possible homes for bees. I would have paid extra for this prompt and efficient service, but luckily I didn't have to! Their prices are very competitive and much less than I'd been told by friends.
After he finished, I specifically asked [redacted] if they service the entire valley (which they do) because I plan on recommending them to all my friends who need bee removal services. And I will definitely use them again (and call right away this time!) if I ever have bee problems again.

Russ W came out to our home 7-28-15 to take care of two hives we've had in our backyard for over a year (because I was hesitant to kill the bees). We are getting ready to sell our home, so the bees had to go. I called that Tuesday afternoon to schedule an appointment and Russ came early in the evening the same day. He looked at our issue, said it'd be no problem to handle the job and then quoted me $200 LESS than a different company who said it would take two guys to manage our problem. Once I agreed to the cost, Russ suited up and took care of the bees in less than 5 minutes. He was incredibly thorough about his process, what we could expect, how to fix our wall after the hives died and guaranteed his work. Bees were gone in the time frame he estimated. LOVE THE BEEKEEPER. Would not hesitate to use them again.

The Beekeeper Total Bee Control is my hero! As I opened the front door of my home this evening I heard a strange noise and thought perhaps the floor fan was on high in the master bedroom. I walked in the bedroom and discovered a swarm of hundreds of bees at the window, inside the bedroom. The swarm was very loud and scary. I called the non-emergency police department number and was told to call a beekeeper. I found The Beekeeper featured in a large ad in the yellow pages. I called and was relieved when the dispatcher said someone would be out right away. Within 15 minutes of my call [redacted] was at my door. He was extremely polite, professional, knowledgeable and assured me he could solve the bee problem. I signed the work order and within 15 minutes he diagnosed the problem, treated the area, sealed the open space along the window frame with caulking, vacuumed the area and changed the vacuum cleaner bag. I was more than a little shook up but [redacted] was able to calm my fear and said 'this is all we do, ma'm and I will take care of the problem'. The cost was very reasonable and there was no extra charge for service at 6:30 p.m. I highly recommend The Beekeeper but hope I don't have to call them again anytime soon. Thank You!

Would definitely use again

There are few things that are creepier than hearing BEES inside the walls of your own house. For the last month, my wife and I have struggled with a swarm that is highly attracted to a certain area of our house. We found the Beekeeper online, and [redacted] came out and treated the area to push the bees off of our home. What we thought was a little problem was actually a rather large infestation! Scary to think what would have happened had the bees been left to their own devices. Cut to a month later, because bees have memory, they came back. [redacted] from the Beekeeper came back as well and BOY did he give us an education on bees! I swear, a documentarian should follow [redacted] around for a while and film him. He came out and re-treated the area, and armed us with knowledge about the type of infestation we were seeing (it was scouts, not a hive, thank goodness). Because we had called the Beekeeper the first time, this second visit was covered under their 90-day warranty. I've heard stories of bee control companies gouging clients left and right and never fully solving the issue. That was NOT the case with the Beekeeper! They solved our dilemma and were true to their word about the treatment we'd receive. I honestly could not be happier with their service, friendliness, understanding, professional (and very calm) demeanor and their timeliness (each time we called, the Beekeeper had either [redacted] or [redacted] at our house within the hour! Talk about service!!). My wife and I are forever grateful of [redacted] and the Beekeeper and would highly recommend their services for ANYONE in need of bee control.

He diagnosed where the bee hive was and immediately went to work removing it and killing the bees inside.

Marino explained exactly what he was going to do and clearly advised me if there were other options.available.

I could write a long, very poitive review but instead will just say: on 10 scale (Best) Marino and the company are 11. That says it all. I highly recommend this service and Marino specifically.

The Beekeeper Total Bee Control quickly, safely and very effectively resolved my bee problem. I first called a different company and was very very displeased with their service, and when the situation became much worse, I called The Beekeeper Total Bee Control. The technician, Scott, responded quickly, assessed the situation, explained everything to me, answered all questions and speedily eliminated the problem. Unlike the first company, Scott did not try to up-sell me on services that were not needed, and the cost was very reasonable.

I am so completely pleased with their service and highly recommend that people call them first instead of wasting time and money elsewhere.

We uses The Beekeeper total bee control of Phoenix for bees that had made a nest in our garden wall. My husband tried to deal with the bees but was stung terribly. Russ W was the technician who helped us that day and he was MORE than helpful! He took care of the bees, instructed us what to do in the future, explained in detail HOW to do the corrections (if we wanted to do them alone) and when my husband had a question after he'd left, Russ was more than helpful over the phone! He was a hard worker, gracious, courteous, and honored his company. Every technician should be like Russ W!!! We were both impressed!

We will happily share our story with others and tell the, to use your company! We don't usually do online reviews.....actually, we never do! But we were so impressed with Russ' work ethic that we had to write a review!!!
