Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Blue Buffalo doesn't seem to understand that I DO NOT WANT MY MONEY BACK OR REPLACEMENT ITEMS!!! I want their process inspected and corrected so an animal doesn't get sick or die I completely understand damaged cans but NEITHER one of the cans I am talking about were either damaged or dropped I had bought their food for years for dogs and I would know a damaged can when I saw it first of all, second I was in the hospitality business for years and worked in properties with accomplished chefs and had food safety drilled into my head and the staff I hiredThis is NOT an aftermarket problem, it is at the plant I have also written to the ***, [redacted] and several other sources as well as posting it on [redacted] My Vet also said it is a problem in their processingI will NOT rest until I am satisfied the problem has been corrected Contaminated food is dangerous and can cause ill and death in animals with compromised systemsThey charge a tremendous amount for their produce which I was willing to pay and they advertise as "healthy" and "good"If nothing else, it is advertising To the Revdex.com, I thank you for your assistance and would appreciate your advice as to how to continue to pursue this problem To Blue Buffalo, cut the crapwhat will it take for you all to clean up your act? How many animals need to get sick and/or die before you do something? Bet [redacted] wishes they would have acted sooner Needless to say, I no longer feed my dogs and cats Blue and will NEVER use any of their products again!

We encourage this pet parent to continue to work with our customer service department to complete a claim form so that we can fully investigate this matter. At this time there has been no evidence to suggest that the feeding of BLUE, a complete and balanced diet, is correlated to disease processes such as those described by this pet parent. However, we will do a full review when we have the completed claim form and contact this pet parent directly. Thank you.

I have spoken with all of the large on-line retailers of Blue Basics Duck and Potato canned cat food, including *** *** *** *** * *** and others including *** 3rd party sellers Every one of them sells Blue Basics duck for $and said that they could not go below that price because of manufacturer/disributor contract limitations When I contacted Blue Buffalo, their rep told me that all of these retailers were lying and they had no price restrictions whatsoever on their cat food I repeated that every retailer I spoke with contradicted what she said and she said she had nothing more to say and refused to discuss any pricing with me I find their customer service to be the worst and most untrustworthy experience I've ever had with any cat food company

This is currently a matter of ongoing litigation and can not be addressed on an individual basis on the Revdex.com

We haven't received our $coupon? This is ridiculous!! I have never had a problem with receiving coupons before until this entire year! I am completely disappointed as a loyal Blue Buffalo customer It is SAD that my dog can only eat Blue Buffalo I would switch her to a new food but I an forced to stay with you I have been emailing since Jan17th with no response

I purchased a bag of blue buffalo indoor weight and hairball control for my cat on 4/29/i transitioned her off of *** indoor pet food and by Saturday 5/2/she was throwing up and had a bad case of diarrheawe took her to the vet and 150$ later she is resting and hopefully will recover soonOur vet informed us that she never recommends blue for cats, and that she has had more cases than she can count of cats developing crystals in there digestive systemso we are switching back to the processed stuff, its cheaper and hasn't sent our pet to the vet

I have been feeding my dog Blue Buffalo for over years I saw a positive physical difference in him within a month of switching him to Blue Buffalo He has been on the Life Protection Formula, Wilderness, and Freedom lines of Blue Buffalo and has never had an issue except when I switched him too quickly to Wilderness (which is a much richer dog food)He was a bit gassy with loose stools for a day or two but that was completely my fault for not transitioning his food since he has somewhat of a sensitive stomach I strongly recommend this pet food and will keep my dog on Blue

Blue Buffalo responded directly to Ms*** after reviewing her claimWe could not honor her claim because her pet's medical notes indicated she was suffering from an infection and was prescribed a course of antibiotics as a treatmentThere is no indication that her pet's
illness was in any way a result of the diet she had been fedIf she would like to submit further information, we would be happy to take another look at her claim
