Rob was professional, thorough, and prompt. He knew a lot about the condo building and pointed things out in my unit that were simply helpful for me to know as an excited and nervous new home owner.

First time using service from a recommendation and was great. Michael ***s was on time, professional, and even showed me some things around the condo I was not aware of like how to clean the double hung windows. And he prepared the report within a few hours after inspection. Will definitely use them in the future and would recommend to others.

Going into our home inspection knowing absolutely NOTHING about home maintenance, Rob did an amazing job walking us through each room making sure to point out all the good and explaining all the bad and why its important to get certain things addressed. Rob could not have been more friendly and I would be impressed if there is anyone more knowledgable about his industry as much as Rob is.

BRICKKICKER HOME INSPECTION SUCKS!
Brickkicker Home Inspection did an insepction for a client of mine and the Inspector Javier did a terrible job. The home purchased had a mice infestation that he missed among many other issues that were missed. He was only there for 2 hours and missed a lot of the issues with the home. Just to name a few things, he missed a crack in foundation, he missed opening in siding of house, and patio doors have some water leakag. Again, main issue was mice infestation that he missed in the attics and crawlspace. My Client has had 4 inspections by pest control companies and they all said that the problem has been going on for months, maybe years and Javier didn't document one mentioned of mice in home or mice traps or poision that were found in attics/crawl space by pest control inspectors. He took no pictures of the attics and one picture of the crawl space. He never went inside the attics/crawl space to inspect. He did mentioned that there was army bags in one of the attics, (who cares about army bags in attic) but fail to meniton the mice boxes and poisions. We have been arguing with them over days now and the manager has simply decided to take the inpsector side. Talking about bad customer service. Please DO NOT use this company for any home inspection as they will not own up to negligence on the part of their inspectors. They refuse to give my client a refund or discuss what they can do to help resolved the issue. If I could give a negative or a zero score that's what I would give them as they refuse to rectify the issue or help at all.

Rob was prompt, thorough, and explained things to me as he went through my condo. It was helpful to understand the difference between small things that could wait and what bigger expenses I should start planning for down the road.

Our inspector was great! He actually got on the roof as opposed to using binoculars. He ran the appliances through cycles and checked EVERY room electric outlet. Thorough inspection!

He was reassuring and let us know what was a big concern and what was a small concern. I was scared to do an inspection but this was wonderful.

Chris, the inspector out in Dekalb County is great! So thorough, explained everything he was looking at and looking for to us, gave us tips, told us everything that needs to be fixed and the proper way to do so and is super friendly!
