DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This was one of the worst inspection company experiences I have ever had! They will tell you they are not responsible for any thing they miss (that should not have been). Yes, there is a 4 foot diameter and 5 foot deep hole I found one month after inspection less than 6" from under my footing wall. There is no reason to miss this and they say that is your problem now.
Thank you for your response Jason, however this is our franchise operation in Athens, GA. This review was posted on our Chicagoland operation's page, however. While this is the corporate office for all of our franchises, we have to first rely on any issues to first go to the franchise owner. We strive to provide the best service possible, within the scope of the industry standards at the time of the inspection. I know our Athens, GA operation takes a great deal of pride in the work they do so, I will pass this on to them to review the inspection and see where things need to be addressed.
