The BrickKicker was very understanding and accommodating to my various conflicts. I had to cancel and reschedule my home inspection two or three times, and each time they serviced me with great professionalism... every single person I spoke to! ?? Their response time is exceptionally great. If you call and get no answer, be expecting one back. You may get a random area code so make sure to answer your phone; it’s not a spam caller! The inspection was great, although I didn’t get the news I was hoping to hear. Mike arrived early, which was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and told me what to expect during the process and what everything meant. I received my inspection report back within a few hours and he was pretty thorough. I most definitely am going to be using The BrickKicker with my future business!
