From the first phone call, my experience was excellent. Setting up my appointment was easy and I was given everything I needed on what to expect for the inspection. My inspector was Rob *** and he was amazing! I’m a first time home buyer and he made me feel at ease about everything. He was extremely thorough in his inspection and walked/talked me through the entire home. Even though it wasn’t his job, he walked me through how my water heater, furnace, air ducts, etc worked. He made me very comfortable going into my first home purchase. I would highly recommend him and BrickKicker to anyone needing a home inspection.

Rob was very knowledgeable, thorough & patient, answered all our questions, was not afraid to get dirty climbing on the roof, in the attic, and the crawlspace. 44-page report with numerous pictures was received the next day, with significant issues highlighted. Mike who did the radon testing (which takes 48 hours) also knew his business and got a thorough report to us the day the test was completed. We would highly recommend Brickkicker for home inspection services.
