Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I appreciate the business's response but I have a new issueI took the SAT with Essay on Saturday November *, I had multiple issues which included: being given the wrong test booklets, vulgar language from the testing proctor, lack of instructions from the testing proctor, overall disruption and lack of concentration within the testing center, constant ringing of the proctor's cell phone, and many more issuesI would like to speak with someone about these issues and my experience while taking the SAT with Essay before the scoring of my test, and to see what can be doneI called the general customer service, and they told me that it can take up to fourteen business days for a responseBy that time, my test will be scoredIf someone can get back to me ASAP In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because I thought I did include the part about the proctorCan you ask her why she was complaining about her co workers, the fact that she doesn't have a PHD and feels taken for granted, and also why I needed to know she was about to miss work but the co workers haven't been told yetExtremely unprofessional and distracting!! I feel this is so very unfair Sincerely, [redacted]

We spoke to [redacted] at [redacted] She confirmed that there was a delay inprocessing the score report disk sent by College Board but that scores werereceived for [redacted] and processed into our system from this disk on We are currently waiting on acall back from the score processor to find out the reason for this delay It is College Board’s policy not to resendscore until follow up can be made to the institution to find out why theoriginal scores were not receivedBecause institutions decide how they would like to receive their SATscores (in this case, by disk) we are not able to send scores by another methodto the institution [redacted] ***,Customer Care Specialist, has made outreach to the customer to confirm thatscores have been received by the institutionNo refund will be provided as the institution confirmed receipt of thescores via the desk from College Board

Same complaint as most of the complaints I have read on the Revdex.com site Ordered the May SAT Q&A, paid $and nothing Two calls to customer service were promises never fulfilled Asking for a supervisor is ineffective as representative is well-trained to block such attempts Asked for an email PDF since next SAT is in a couple weeks "Sorry, it's a privacy issue, cannot email." That's simply not true I'm the customer, I can waive the privacy issue Class action anyone?

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Per The College Board's own records-see attached-they failed to send scores to the high schoolAlso Per The College Board's records (attached), they failed to send the missing scores as previously indicated to the Revdex.comFor every score I have to order sent from the archives, the College Board charges $The College Board did not/has not sent the missing scores to the colleges on as they advised the Revdex.comI have just paid to send scores to a [redacted] and here is the College Board's official list of the schools they have sent the SAT scores toNothing was sent in response to the Revdex.com complaint as [redacted] the College Board's case manager stated incorrectely in her Revdex.com responseMESSAGE FROM BUSINESS: [redacted] In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Customer Care Specialist Taesha D [redacted] had been in contact with the customer- Customer was offered a refund for the Question and Answer Service and advised that this service is not dependent on future exams as it is not a test prep material -Scores for the October National Admin are now available - Scores for the October School Day Admin will become available 11/**

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is minimally satisfactory to me, yet I will consider it resolvedI should have received an apology for mistake made by the College Board ordering department, the lack of follow through from the customer service center in the Philippians, and the unprofessional, confrontational, and disrespectful manner in which Victoria from the Reston Office handled the matter when it was brought to her attentionI sincerely hope the leadership team at the College Board becomes aware of the issues, as they seem to be chronic based on the complaints made by others through the Revdex.com about the College Board, and will make changes to resolve them to future customers will not have to endure these matters Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Response from case [redacted] : 'Calibri','sans-serif';"> I spoke with an admissions counselor with the student's school of choice and confirmed that no official AP scores are on fileThe school does have his unofficially reported AP score on file, which opted the student out of taking the ‘Math Placement Exam’The admissions counselor stated that the school will need to receive the AP scores officially through College Board for the scores to count as ‘transfer/ class credits’ I processed a resend of the students official score reportI reached out to the student to notify him of 1-week processing time for scores to be received by the school and the student has my direct contact information if school is still have trouble loading/ receiving his AP score reportThe student stated the timeline is ok, and no immediate deadlines I emailed the students mother to confirm the actions I tookI provided the parent with my direct contact information as well, if the parent has any additional concerns or questions

[redacted] This inquiry was regarding the November SAT Test Performance information not appearing when the parent clicked the ‘See Them Now’ link thru the student’s MY SAT pageThe correct November scores are and were viewable the entire time, but the test performance information had yet to be loaded onto the student’s online profileThe student had an opt-out of mahold released that same day, which in turn delayed the test performance information being loaded onto the accountAt this time the student’s online account has the November test performance information showing and I left a voicemail for the parent to adviseParent responded via email confirming they logged onto the student’s account and can now view the resultsNo further questions, case is now closed

RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Yes, I was contacted and Tia B [redacted] told me that new scores would be sent out, but it would take another 7-business days for me to receive them I am now waiting to receive the scores (I have been waiting to receive the scores for almost two months now) I was not given her direct contact information as stated in the company response My complaint will be resolved when I actually receive my scores [redacted] In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

The name that is on file for the student was the name provided by the parent/student when they created their online account on College Board does not have a system in place to check for correct spelling or punctuation in a name as we rely on the person creating the account to input their demographic information correctly The student had several institutions listed on their June SAT registration Once scores became available for that test, they were sent to all institutions as requested Information on scores sends can be viewed in the student’s online account under their score send history We also have proof in the form of batch numbers for each school, that the scores were sent The matching criterion used at the university level to match scores with student applications varies by university In this case, the school the student applied to has matching criteria that will not allow scores to be matched to applications unless the name matches exactly This is not a College Board system and we cannot account for each individual universities internal process Had we been contacted once the parent and student realized the product they requested had not reached the school, we could have investigated the issue with the schools to find out why they did not received the original report Instead, the parent chose to place and pay for another order to be sent We fulfilled this order as requested and therefore the fee is valid Our system will allow orders to be placed to any school that is requested by the student and orders can be placed multiple times There are many reasons why a student would need to resend scores to a university For example, if a student sends scores to a school and decides not to apply at that time, they may need to send scores again at a later time as scores are only kept on file at the university for a time frame which is determined by the individual school It is up to the student and parent to know what has already been sent and what is needed for their individual college applications process We help to support these decisions by providing the student with a detailed list of their scores sends in their online account That said, it is ultimately up to the student and parent to make decisions and place order based on their individual needs College Board will then fulfill those requests

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] The policy statement that was sent to me does not address, explain or account for the free score reports that are to be included with each SAT registration Where does it say in the policy statement that those free score reports cannot be applied and used to send previous score reports if the students opts not to take the exam on the date that they registered for? I would appreciate seeing this specifically in their written policy and highlighted for me This is part of my complaint and has not been addressed by College Board--the highlighted text in the policy statement they sent me does not address this nor do their previous responses Sincerely, [redacted] In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] I just received a reply from [redacted] *** and as I informed them the [redacted] is VERY incorrectI wasn't even able present my ID to them as she just looked at my ticket and said that is not the correct paperwork for entry and could not let me in not even getting to the next step of checking my IDSo yet again I'm saying they are misinformed and incorrect about the situation In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

My son was scheduled to take a test on [redacted] Jan It was cancelled due to a snow storm The SAT Board provided a madate, that we could not take We could not find a way to change the test date to a date that we could attend online, without paying an additional fee I tried calling, and the representative could not make the changes without a manager There is NO reason, that customers need to request a manager to reschedule a test that was cancelled due to a snowstorm I am left wondering how many other students cannot make the madate, and whose parents did not request a manager who are paying the additional fee

Good Afternoon,Outreach was made by [redacted] *** on [redacted] [redacted] advised our policy in regards to a make up exam The student has the following options: If the student feels that the issue did not affect their ability to test well on the day of the exam, they can have the original scores reported If the student feels that the issue on test day affected their ability to test well, they have the option of taking a make up exam (this make up was scheduled for 12/**) By taking the make up, the original scores are no longer valid and will not be reported The test administration can be cancelled and a refund provided if the student no longer wishes to test or have original scores released. The options are provided to any student who has a disruption on test day and only one option can be selected No student is ever offered the ability to view scores to decide if a make up exam should be taken We would be willing to offer a refund of the exam fees if the student decides they no longer wish to test or have the orginal scores made available

Response from Customer Care Specialist [redacted] : I made outreach to the customer on May *, I initially left a voicemail advising that we were unable to update the student’s photo at this timeI advised student could transfer registration to a future test date once fall dates were announcedI provided my contact information and offered assistance transferring SAT or answering any additional questions The parent called back and we spoke regarding this concernI advised that we could not update the photo or change the registration this close to the test dateI advised parent that student could attempt to test but would likely be turned away on test day as photo does not meet our SAT photo requirementsI listened to feedback regarding negative experience with CB call center and advised I would provide feedback for training opportunities I provided customer again with my contact information and encouraged her to contact me directly with all future inquiriesI am unsure if student was able to test on May *,

At this time, we have responded to the parents inquiry While I did apoligize for the customer services issues, I also advised that I will have those resolved with our call center agents Unfortuntly the customer service issues does not change the policy and no exception will be made in this case We are requesting this complaint be closed out as no further is assitance can be provided

Good Afternoon, College Board does not have a process to support partial cancellations of subject exams Our cancellation forms states that all scores will be cancelled We reviewed the additional correspondance sent in with the request and provided the customer with the option to reinstate all scores for exams taken that day or to have them remain cancelled The customer elected to have the scores reinstated and they are now available via his account. Thanks!
