As indicated on our sales receipts, we advise to allow 120 days for delivery of the order. The Experience, LLC received Ms. [redacted]s returned merchandise along with her request for a refund on November 27, 2015. Ms. [redacted]s refund request has been processed and a full refund in the amount of $122.00 was mailed directly to Ms. [redacted] on December 7, 2015. This company is not legitimate. The web site is a fake with random links that do nothing or direct you to other web sites entirely. The people who approached my door did not sign or put their names on my "receipt," which looks just as fake as the web site. The two people were nice enough to begin with, but the female of the pair randomly inserted a very racist "joke" for no apparent reason. I'm not sure why she assumed I would appreciate that. There is no way to contact this company other than a PO Box, red flag #1,321. Their web mail goes nowhere. They have no phone number. I've yet to see if my cancellation I mailed within hours of writing them a check will do any good. I plan to share security video/audio of them with the police and news stations if they attempt to cash my check, on which I will stop payment & have my bank issue a fraud alert.

They scammed me pretty hard, I just wanted to help the children hospital. I paid them cash 180 bucks I don't believe I can get my money due to that. I hope they use it on something good, I will be warning my whole apartment complex tomorrow and making sure to give out monthly reminders.
