At this time, I have been contacted directly by The Frog And The Princess regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been... resolved because: The company did not ship the items until April [redacted] (2 months after the order has been placed). in addition, the wrong items were sent. In my order, I have specifically asked the flowers to be 'light pink'. the order that was shipped had pink flowers, which do not match the wall in my house. I am very disappointed with this company and feel they do not put in any efforts into satisfying their customers.
