3rd attempt Contacted company on November **, to see if they exist

I placed an order for wall decals on January **, and payment was made and extracted out of my account the same dayTo date, I still have not received my order
My initial inquiry was sent via email to their customer service inquiry email box on 2/*/inquiring about my order, specifically shipping statusI was advised it would be delivered by end of weekMy second inquiry to advise on order status and tracking information was sent on 2/**/I was advised via email response that: "I am so sorry for the delayTwo of your items are holding up the order as they are on a slight back order however I will have the other items released and shipped today and send over the tracking information." My third inquiry was sent on 3/*/requesting a refund to be deposited back into my account since I have still not received my order or tracking/shipping informationI have not received a response to date for my third inquiry

I ordered construction vehicles wall decals for a birthday party and never received them My credit card was charged right away but nothing was ever delivered I emailed and called the business directly multiple times but never received a response

On 11/**/16, I ordered a 12"x12" sheet of removable dinosaur decals costing $The said amount was immediately taken from my accountBut to date, I cannot reach any of the numbers given for this company, nor have they return any of my voice messages
I had no gift for my great grandson for ChristmasI had to order another gift for him but it won't arrive until the end of January! Try explaining all this to a year old!

Customer has been advised that a replacement shipment would be shipped for them and is shipping today due to a backorder. Tracking will be emailed to them

Why is this business continuing to have a web site in order to steal peoples money? I ordered something from them on Nov*** My product never came even though my credit card was charged the same day I placed the orderNobody will answer emails and you can't speak to a person on the phoneThey need to be prevented from having the fraudulent website

Please allow your bank several days to post the refund, we unfortunately have no control over how it is posted to your account, that is up to each individual bank. I can assure you that it has left our account

After emailing and calling this Company at the least times, speaking to employee's and being promised reimbursement within hours for a purchase I made on November *** or *** of I have not received the money back to my credit card as of today, 2/*/
