Review: On November **, 2015, I was informed by customer service that the nursery bedding I ordered was discontinued. I requested that my order be canceled and that I be refunded the $485.00 that was charged to my debit card. I was promised that day that the money would be refunded. On November **, 2015, I again requested a refund of the $485.00. I was assured that it would be posted back to my card within 3-5 business days. On December *, 2015, I contacted customer service again about the status of the refund. They assured me that the refund would be posted back to my card by December *, 2015. To date, I still have not received a refund of the product that was discontinued and unavailable.

Additionally, on November **, 2015, I ordered another product in the amount of $76.00. On November **, 2015, I requested that the order be cancelled and the money be refunded. I was assured that it would be posted back to my card within 3-5 business days. On December ** 2015, I contacted customer service again about the status of the refund. They assured me that the refund would be posted back to my card by December *, 2015. To date, I still have not received a refund.

I am owed $561 by The Frog and The Princess and they are wrongfully withholding my money. No product was ever delivered to me.Desired Settlement: Immediate refund of the $561 owed to me.

Review: I placed an order at [redacted] on February **, 2014. The money was immediately taken out of my bank account. I have not received any correspondence from this company regarding my order being shipped. So, I finally began contact attempts with this "company" I have left 2 voicemails (no one EVER answers). I have sent a private message to their [redacted] page, which has not been acknowledged. I posted an actual comment to their [redacted] page on March [redacted], 2014 telling them I had sent them a message and left voicemails, and I needed a status on my order immediately. Whomever is running the [redacted] page deleted my comment without replying. I went back on their [redacted] page this morning (March *, 2014), and made another post regarding this issue at 8:17 a.m. I returned in 5 minutes and that post was deleted as well. They are blatantly disregarding my requests for order status. This "company" is a SCAM and needs to be shut down. They are taking money from people!!!!!! I am a single mother of 3 children, and I spent $159.30 on items for my children, as a surprise, from this "family owned business". ONLY TO BE RIPPED OFF. Shut them down!Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded to my bank account IMMEDIATELY. These websites need to be SHUT DOWN.

Review: I placed an order for wall decals on January **, 206 and payment was made and extracted out of my account the same day. To date, I still have not received my order.

My initial inquiry was sent via email to their customer service inquiry email box on 2/*/16 inquiring about my order, specifically shipping status. I was advised it would be delivered by end of week. My second inquiry to advise on order status and tracking information was sent on 2/**/16. I was advised via email response that: "I am so sorry for the delay. Two of your items are holding up the order as they are on a slight back order however I will have the other items released and shipped today and send over the tracking information." My third inquiry was sent on 3/*/16 requesting a refund to be deposited back into my account since I have still not received my order or tracking/shipping information. I have not received a response to date for my third inquiry.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the products that I ordered and have not received.
