100% of the order was incorrect and when I reached out to customer service, they replied with is 3 paragraps long template about how they have the right to substitute any item, how they have no control over requested products availablility, using delivery in a timely manner as an excuse for sending cheap st while declaring a customer will receive "similar products of equal or greater value". Stay away from this scam.

Received flowers from their other company Toronto Blooms for Valentine's Day that are dead! $100.00 dead roses.

I ordered a 3-month craft beer package for my husband. The first package arrived, it included 6 tall cans of the same beer, no variety. The beer is not craft beer, I can purchase it at the grocery store and *** down the street. The cost of the package was $45.00 when each can sells for 2.50 at the ***. I requested a refund as I was very dissatisfied with the product, *** They only offered me a store credit which I refused.

I would like a full refund for the cost of the subscription.

Good luck in regards to the refund. They ignore the better bureaus attempts to contact them, even CBC news tried to contact the owner in which he pretended to be a manager when he wasn't expecting them at his Scarborough location. They are pityful as a "business" to their customers and employees! Place should be closed down! How are they allowed to be open!?

I ordered a gift basket from their website. The wrong item was delivered 20 days late. The gift I ordered included champagne, No champagne or any other similar item was delivered. Gift was to include a cutting board and cheese knives and gourmet food items. These were not in the "basket" that was delivered. What was delivered to my client was an embarrassing assortment of cheap items including something in a brown paperbag closed with a paperclip. The website was a complete misrepresentation of what was actually sent. The basket sent was disgusting and cheap and nothing even close to what was ordered. I have pictures of what was delivered and of what I ordered.

I would like a full or partial refund. I would like this company to stop committing *** by misrepresenting their products on their website.

Had the absolute worst experience. They still owe me money and they are not even replying. ***. I ordered a baby basket, fruit basket and 2 additional items, (*** the Giraffe and a Stuffed animal with the baby's name on it). The baby basket came. It was expensive but it was okay. The fruit basket was ridiculously overpriced for what I paid. The fruit was good but not nearly enough or worth it. The problem came when the 2 additional items were not delivered. I called and e-mailed MANY times and NOBODY replied or helped me. I did not get any contact from them at all. It is terrible and they should refund the. money for those 2 items. I am not asking for anything I am not entitled to. I was charged for these and never received them.

Paid $200 on 12/18 for a premium champagne basket with chocolate covered strawberries to be delivered as a Christmas gift on 12/23. After multiple calls and emails requesting an order status on 12/23, they finally created a shipping label. The item was not actually shipped until 1/2, over a week late. When it finally arrived, it contained a box of cheap chocolates and a bottle of cheap champagne. The "card" was a printed sheet of laserjet paper. No strawberries at all. Calls and emails to customer service have all resulted in being told they can make whatever substitutions they wish, even when it's for a product in no way close to the product you order in terms of cost or product type. They claim this is in the j there's of getting your order delivered on time. There has been no response when pointing out that the order was over a week late.

I placed an order with Hazeltons Gift Baskets on the 6th December 2019 to be delivered to a business partner on the 13th of December.
On the 8th of January I was informed that the delivery had been unsuccessful. I was very upset by the fact it took so long for me to be made aware of this fact, it now looks like we were tardy in sending out holiday gifts and gives a bad impression to our business partner. The company rep that I spoke to was very unapologetic, she did not offer any apology for the fact that I hadn't been updated after a month had nearly passed since the expected delivery date. To top it all off I had to agree to paying more money for redelivery instead of a store credit. That was just insulting considering I will never use this company ever again. Then it got worse when she informed me that there was another charge for perishable items that had gone bad, I reminded her that if I had of been contacted sooner than a month later these items would still be edible and I asked to speak to a manager. She never replied.
It seems impossible to speak to customer services on the phone, I called several times and my number is now blocked from calling the company.

I placed an order for a wine and chocolate lover's gift basket for my in-laws on December 23, 2019. When the basket arrived a week later it contained rotten food that is completely inedible and my in-laws have refused to open anything else from it. I have tried repeatedly to contact the company with no response. In fact the email address for agent I was corresponding with suddenly doesn't exist anymore and I can't email it anymore. I wanted a refund of the basket since my in-laws state they don't trust they will get a edible replacement. It's been radio silence. The phone is not answered and emails are no longer being answered. I will never due business with this company again. Wished I had looked into them sooner.

On December 18th, I purchased multiply orders from Yorkville's Baskets and paid for Next-Day delivery. Upon purchase, I was guaranteed it would be delivered the next day, well before Christmas Eve. All packages have been delivered except for 1. When I noticed multiple delivery attempts were made (through ***), the package had yet to arrive. At this point, it was December 27th. When I called into ***, they informed that the address was incorrect. Cross checking my invoice (with the correct address) I realized that Yorkville's had inputted the incorrect address thus causing the delay. After multiple attempts to contact Yorkville's via email and calls, the address has not be corrected/updated and the package has not delayed. Yorkville's has not responded to any of my correspondence despite numerous emails.

I would like a full reimbursement of my order and the Next-Day delivery.

A friend in Nigeria tried to send a gift basket to me - ordered from Hazelton's US. She has paid for it twice: first directly to the company and the second time via *** It has not been delivered to me. If you try to contact by phone you are informed that you can only order by phone, all else handled via website. First address found in website was returned as "user not known". Terrible customer service and unreliable service!i ordered a custom corporate package which should have been delivered on December 24th. The package was not cheap ($528) containing products that would cost way less than half that if you were to purchase them directly at the store. The one and only reason why I purchased the package was because of their guaranteed same day delivery in the area I wanted my package delivered. On December 24th I received an email saying that the package was shipped and was provided with a tracking number and a contact number for the delivery driver. Based on the tracking number the package was never delivered. I contacted both Yorkville's customer service via email and tried to call the driver on multiple occasions the next day but to no avail. Thinking that they were off during statutory holiday I contacted them again on December 27th only to get a lame sorry email saying that package would be delivered by the end of the day. The. Not even an hour later I receive a shipment notification by *** saying that the package will be delivered on
December 28th. I contacted Yorkville's company again but no answer. Even if the order makes it there by tomorrow (which I doubt) it will be too late.

I ordered a Christmas gift basket for my parents on Dec 20 2019. I selected delivery for the next business day by EOD and paid for that shipping specifically. I received a notice it was shipped on Dec 21. And would be delivered by Dec 23. Then that it would be delivered on Dec 24. Then I received a notice that it shipped on Dec 23. Then I received a notice it shipped on Dec 24 and would be delivered on Dec 27. Despite several attempts to contact customer service by phone, and after 3 emails, I was not contacted until Dec 27. When they informed me that due to circumstances beyond their control my package was delayed. There were no weather issues, and my shipping was paid for on Dec 20. You cannot use Christmas as an excuse you couldn't deliver your Christmas basket. They are refusing my requests for explanation and my request for a refund, even for shipping.

I would like a refund for the cost of my Basket that was a Christmas gift not delivered within the time frame contracted. I would like a refund for the shipping cost for overnight delivery.

I order a custom BroCrate for my boss with a specific theme in mind, hence the selection of my items. When the order was received, only 1 item matched the items I selected in my order. The substituted items were of lesser value and degraded quality.
When I finally was able to speak with a customer rep, I was informed that they stand behind their 'terms and conditions' where they imply that they can substitute sub-quality items for the same purchase price.
I never received a phone call, email or text stating that my items were going to be substituted. If I had been notified; I would have at least been given the opportunity to change my order.

Traveled from out of town to stay near *** and *** Toronto for a 30th birthday. I ordered a cake to be delivered on Friday, Dec 13th from www.yorkvilles.ca - specifically in the morning - paid extra for this early in the day delivery date / time. Despite numerous requests for updates of when the cake was to be delivered I got one reply which indicated the cake was to be delivered later that day and they would refund me for the early before noon delivery charge. Delivery did not happen later in the day - I waited till 10 pm thinking a cake would come. I called the next day, (Saturday 14th December), during their business hours to be told - "Did I realize that the cake is out being delivered already so no refund can be issued". This was Saturday - I left the country on Sunday afternoon - (December 15th) - 2 and a half days after it should of been delivered, and still no cake.

1 - Scheduled delivery date and current date, (now), is vastly different - (3 and a half days apart).

2 - Being a food item - it has now supposedly spent over 3.5 days in a car for transport as I was told it was already 'out for delivery' - I highly question the freshness of the product bought if it is still out for delivery.

3 - If proper communication responses to the questions asked were made from the company and they had said - we are sorry we will be unable to deliver the cake on the 13th - great then I could of canceled the order since there is no way it was out for delivery on the 13th.

I ordered a 3 month, prepaid subscription.
I received my first order, of the 4 plants, 2 were ok, 1 was dead and the other was wrong.
Additional fees were invoiced to me to ship out the remaining orders. As this was prepaid, these new fees were obviously unexpected. I have paid them, however my order has still not been shipped. It should have arrived no later than Friday. It has not been even left the warehouse, I have not been able to get a date on when I can expect it. *** has terrible customer service, a bad product, is intentionally deceiving people with their subscriptions

I ordered a 3-month subscription package from the *** Collective *** a subsidiary company of Baskets Toronto Co. Upon placing my order through HC's website, I purchased for my brother in law the 6 bottles, a monthly subscription of craft beers. As per their website (photos if needed), the beers are"uniquely sourced, hand-selected from hard to reach breweries" the value is less then 100 dollars, with 6 unique bottles every month. The site leads the customer to believe that when they place their order that you will be billed monthly, the receiver will get 6 "bottles" of rare hard to find beers for $134.00. Upon placing the order, the customer is then lead to an option for quicker shipping (2 days) for $88.00 CAD, with the option of weekend shipping. Upon paying the shipping changes to 2 business days and is reflected on the invoice.

On November 13th I was charged $134.00 for the initial package, then the 15th was charged for the 88 dollars. The shipping was supposed to occur on the 16th however it was now evident that he wouldn't get it until the 18th. on the 17th, I was then billed for the month of December ($134.00).

I contacted Customer Service (CS) at X-XXX-XXX-XXXX and made a query as to regards to their misleading advertisement. The agents were very ***, disrespective and quick to disconnect the call with me. They continue to refer to their invoice which has missing info and is very different from the website (which only occurs after purchase). Upon receiving his beer subscription, my brother in law received 6 cans of *** 473 Ml Cans, valued at $3.10 and accessible from all provincial (BC, Ontario) as well a private liquor store.

The website is not clear and very miss leading customers to what they are getting. On their website, they have many fake reviews by either, friends of the owners or of people that don't exist. I can provide further details and a statement, as a lot of other things occurred and were found upon my ordeal with this company

Other (requires explanation) I would be great if I could get my 134.00 for the month of December as it has not been created or shipped yet, a service I wanted to cancel however they chose not to do so because they already withdrew the money. ultimately I'm looking for the BB to investigate this organization as they are clearly missing leading people to purchase their products.

I ordered a yearly subscription for flowers to be sent to my mother-in-law in Lethbridge, Alberta from Hazeltons.ca on October 25, 2019. The first shipment arrived to my mother-in-law in horrible condition on November 8th, 2019. The flowers were wilted, frozen and rotten. I've attached pictures as proof.

My mother-in-law contacted the company immediately to complain and was told that nothing will be done to replace the flowers and that it was my fault for not paying for expedited shipping. Which, is another problem because, although I did not agree to pay for any extra shipping costs, the company proceeded to charge my credit card $19.99 for shipping without my agreement or acknowledgement. A screen shot of the charge off my credit card is attached.

I asked for a complete refund of everything i've paid and to cancel the subscription but they said in there terms and conditions they are unable to do for any reason. This is ridiculous and I do not want frozen rotten flowers coming to my mother-in-law for the next year. I have been unable to reach any agreement with them by email and have attached both my efforts and my mother-in-laws for your review.

I am seeking a full refund of the total cost of the subscription at $567.00 as well as the 19.99 for shipping that was taken off my credit card without my consent. I would like the company to never ship any more products and also put the 'no cancellation policy' directly on the subscription page of their website.

Ordered a Brocrates (*** Company) for my nephew ***. The crate was to have a variety of jerky and Jack Daniels. The crate arrived with no signature required and contained mostly if not all jalepeno jerkey and Cinnamon liquor This was not at all what I order nor anything he could eat. A complete waste of money. The bottle of liquor they sent was at least $8 less difference in cost. ***! I called their *** customer service and was told they would replace with something in stock if I returned the crate at my cost. I was unsuccessful at trying to get a refund and got a run around.

Ordered my fiancé a romantic gift basket with champagne cheese a cute white plant inside a sunflower water poured flower pot and I paid extra for two heart balloon for our engagement. It was ordered with overnight shipping. First problem was that *** didn't deliver for 2 days claiming I wasn't

(I am definitely not responsible and if I paid for overnight shipping and didn't get it then yorkvilles is responsible) they stated that they have the right to make changes to order upon availability therefore they can change the flower pot from being really cute sunflower printed water pourer holder to a ungly simple Brown flower pot. They can change the color and type of flowers and the balloon that I paid extra for to say congrats on your engagement in a heart shaped balloon they can replace with any balloon they desire and the fact that the flowers intself
Came Half dead wkth half the flowers ripped off and smushed is not their responsibility. So basically they are saying they can make any substitutions they wish regardless of what you order and paid for and as long as that left their wharehouse ok they take no responsibility for what happens in transit. As per their TERMS AND CONDITIONS they must be notified within 5 days or delivery of any problems . We notified them the same day and they have simply refused to have the item exchanged or returned . We have sent countless emails and they don't respond.

At this point we want to return everything and want a full refund. Their was nothing romantic out what was supposed to be a romantic holiday gift for the new year.

. Its customer service is one *** woman who will not provide refunds, argue with you that the product was delivered ten days late because you used an e check when you used the same credit card that you use for every online purchase, and the website guaranteed next day delivery, will make no apologies whatsoever that the product delivered was not remotely what was ordered and was disgusting and inedible, and will block all calls from your phone.
