I had a very pleasant experience with this company and I love the products I ordered. Great quality. My package was lost in shipping and the customer service was exceptional helping to locate it.

[redacted] placed an order on December 25th,2016 for [redacted] bedding with HomeDecoratingCompany.com. The bedding which [redacted]e had purchased was placed on a backorder due to demand on January 13th, at this time he was contacted via email regarding a delay  which extended until...

2/3/17. When the goods [redacted]e ordered were ready to ship our company was unable to charge him for the order, he was sent an email regarding this matter. As we were not able to charge [redacted]e for the goods his order was canceled on February 6th, 2017 and advised of this via email as well.HomeDecoratingCompany.com does sincerely apologize if [redacted] had not seen these emails and has made efforts to resolve this matter by contacting via phone on 4/3/17 upon receiving this complaint.At this time [redacted]e has not been charged for any portion of his order. We are able to fulfill a portion of the order for [redacted] as one of the items which was ordered is no longer available. Certainly if he would like the item which is available and is willing to provide a valid credit card we would love to handle this. I ordered a bed set (comforter, bed skirt, shams as well as 2 decorative pillows) from [redacted] back in July. Although it took a long time to receive it, the Casandra bed set I selected is just beautiful. The fabric is lovely and the colors were true to that shown on the site. It is everything I hoped for and really more than I expected -- and the price was extremely reasonable. Because [redacted] moved a warehouse over the summer, my order was delayed. I was very frustrated; however, Melissa and Stephanie (Customer Service) continued to assure me that the order was on their radar and they profusely apologized for the problem and gave me an additional discount for my trouble. I have two more bedrooms to decorate and I will definitely use their website again. We communicated so frequently -- they are now my friends! The experience was as personal as a face-to-face in a retail store. They were wonderful!

Fantastic customer service. I placed the order, had my cc replaced due to unauthorized activity and they immediately followed up with me to not only because that card didn't go through (as opposed to simply cancelling the order) but also volunteered to hold the order for the arrival of my replacement card. That took longer than expected but they were very helpful and patient.
I will certainly look to their site for any home products first. Thanks!!!

I am not sure how much research the Revdex.com does before giving a review but you sure missed the boat on this company.They are without a doubt one of the worst internet companies out there. We made a purchase in early July and retruned it within a week as it just did not work with our walls. We paid for return shipping and they said they would take out shipping cost from the refund as it was shipped free. Well they just took $54 out. This is over half the cost of shipping. In addition the refund did not come for over a month. All should know about how bad they treat people. I have since read many more post of like issues.

I ordered a curtain valance. It arrived on time. The Valance had a well defined vibrant green tropical fern print with a slight accent of fusia pink flowers not overdone, very tasteful... looks good in my guest room at my Vero Beach condo...

After your contact with this company, they finally shipped me the replacement product, 3 weeks after I initially informed them they sent the wrong item. I believe your contacting them expedited their handling of the situation.  Prior to that, I was just getting a...

I have returned the quilt using the prepeaid label but I am still waiting for the refund. No matter what becomes of this I will never understand how this company is a Revdex.com accredited business because there are over 20 Revdex.com complaints and many many more consumer complaints online at various sites. This company is completely unprofessional and impossible to deal with. Imagine if everyone with a complaint actually spoke up........maybe that is exactly what needs to happen. I will never use this company again!

However, it is our responsibility to ensure that the right thing is done for the customer - While abiding by our company's...

policies and procedures.We recognize that Ms.[redacted] had ordered this sheet set so that she was eligible to receive a 20% discount for orders over $250.00, as well as free shipping for orders over $199.99 - This is a very common practice. With the comforter set not being available, [redacted] was left with sheets that she wouldn't have purchased to begin with - If it was not for these promotions.The Home Decorating Company did remove the coupon from Ms. [redacted] order as per our policies, which I have highlighted below. This policy does allow our customers the option to add to an order to prevent this coupon removal. [redacted]“If at any time your order total drop below the value requirements for a coupon used or free shipping; the coupon will be reversed and a shipping charge will be applied to your order.”We were unable to provide the 20% discount and free shipping on the remaining goods in her order, due to the policy listed above. We have extended Ms[redacted] a reduction in the shipping charge to compensate for the loss of this coupon. As a resolution, The Home Decorating Company would provide Ms.[redacted] with with a prepaid return label for the unwanted sheets - As long as the merchandise is in the original packaging new and unused. At this time,a refund would be processed for the sheets and the shipping. We apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused.

After many hours many hours of internet search, I finally found the perfect comforter for my color scheme. My order was to have shipped in 2-4 days. After a week of no response regarding shipping of my order, I contacted customer service. It took several tries over several days to get a response. I did not give up. I was eventually contacted by Melissa, who is Customer Service & Sales Manager. After many e-mails and conversation with her, she prevailed! She tracked down the problem, contacted the manufacturer and assured me the order would be shipped. I was contacted by the manufacturer with a ship date. Itwas finally on my way to receive my order. I received my order yesterday and it was worth the wait! It is beautiful and of very high quality. Had it not been for the aid of Melissa I would have cancelled this order. I love my purchase and will definitely look to them for another purchase.

Review: I ordered a bed in a bag by [redacted]. There is a missing bed skirt and instead of 3 decorative pillows there were 4 pillows. I assume the 4th pillow substitutes for the bedskirt. The material had large loopy stitching on both sides of the comforter as if sewn together. In general it was poor quality. The picture of the product looks nothing like the color of the product I received. The material I received is shiny gold and black. The picture projected a more subdued almost white and black background. I will never buy anything like this online again. The fee is very high for returning including a 20% restocking fee in addition to paying roundtrip shipping.

[redacted] ordered a [redacted] King 10 Piece Bed In A Bag with our company on September 22nd 2014, the item shipped on September 24th. On October 1st [redacted] contacted our company via email regarding a missing Bedskirt, we advised her the next day that we would be contacting the vendor regarding this and asked for 1-2 business days for a reply. On October 6th (2nd business day) [redacted] contacted our company via email expressing her dissatisfaction with the color or the item, in this email she also mentioned that this set included a fourth pillow. [redacted] our customer service manager replied to this email with our return policy for orders with color discrepancies along with compensation for the extra pillow in the set in the form of a reduction of the shipping charges deducted from [redacted] product refund.

Review: I ordered a Croscill Mystique King Comforter Set for $349.00 with an advertised 20% discount supposed to be applied upon checkout. (I placed the order today Friday March 28.) upon checking out, I was never given the opportunity to plug in the coupon code to give me the discount and after putting in my credit card info, it never let me review my order and immediately I was given a confirmation number. I had to opportunity to enter the coupon code and the price with the coupon was the only reason I was ordering from the company to begin with. I immediately called the company to cancel my order, but when I hit the option to cancel my order, I was immediately disconnected. This happened several times, so it wasn't just a mistake. I then tried the online chat and the woman told me they couldn't credit my order for the 20% coupon until Monday, so I told her that I wanted to cancel my order immediately and upon telling the customer service rep this, she immediately left the chat and I was left with a notice that the rep left the conversation and they were now closed. Each time I tried to start another chat, no one would answer the chat even though the website states they are available from 7-7 7 days a week. I then emailed the company and asked for my refund and to cancel my order. 301436 is my order number. This is a horrible company with shady business practices and I am now asking for help from the Revdex.com to get this company to cancel my order and refund my money.Desired Settlement: I want my order cancelled and a full refund of my $349 given immediately.

Review: I placed an order on 11/27/13 for a 3 items. One big ticket item that was $150 and the item I was really excited about but added two other items to make the amount $203.30 so I could receive the free shipping on orders over $199 and the $20 discount making my total bill $183.30. On 12/2/13 at 8:26am I received an email (order status) stating the big ticket item ($150) was CANCELLED. I called them at 8:34am and said I would like to cancel entire order (the other two items) since I only used them to pad the bill for the free shipping and discount. I was told to go on live chat on their website which I did and made the same request and was told they would contact the warehouse with the request. I called again later that afternoon (3:33pm). I then received an email stating 'order confirmation' where they were going to charge me for the other two items (total 53.30) PLUS $18.99 for shipping (let alone didn't give me any discount)!!!!!!!!!! I had already cancelled this order and talked to them online MULTIPLE times today and now they have shipped it against my will and basically say i'm stuck with this order of items I do not want and this INFLATED BILL. I then asked if they would apply the discount to the two items and refund the shipping charge and was denied. I don't understand how I can have a bill of sale and contract with a company for a certain amount with items and then not be contacted if an item is out of stock and add charges that were not agreed to. I should have been contacted an item in my order was out of stock before they added extra charges and shipped this order out especially after I made multiple attempts (phone/web/chat/email) to cancel the order. I placed this order a week ago and in one day, today, they cancelled part of my order, added shipping charges, deleted discount, and shipped it against my will. BESIDES the fact this item which they claim is out of stock is still being advertised on their website.Desired Settlement: I would like them to give me the discount originally applied (10%) and refund my shipping charges of $18.99 or you can have your merchandise back and I want a full refund (at you cost of shipping and return shipping with no restock fee). This order should never have even been shipped out.

Review: The Decorating Company charged me for items they did not send me.

Regarding an Order #[redacted] placed on November 22, 2015, they sent me a shipment confirmation on 12/15/15 at 5:08 pm that all of the 16 items I had been waiting for were "shipped "and gave me one UPS tracking number. Shortly after this, I received only one box with the tracking number they provided, but only 2 of the 16 items were in this box. The packing slip also confirmed that there were only 2 items in the box. The box was labeled "1 of 1" which tells me there were no other boxes expected under the tracking number.

I then noticed on December 16, 2015 they charged my credit card the full amount of the order ($2, 176.07). So I called them and spoke with Kayleigh on December 21 who said she would contact the manufacturer to find out what happened with the other items and she would get back to me within 24 hours.

I heard nothing within 24 hours so I contacted them again the next day, December 22, via their on-line Chat. I "chatted" with Kayleigh who told me she had not heard back from the manufacturer but she would send me a status by the end of the day. Again, I heard nothing.

I again used their on-line Chat to contact them yet a 3rd time (December 23, 2015) and again chatted with Kayleigh. (I have a copy of this whole conversation). She told me Accounting was going to issue me a credit for the items which did not ship (14 items). I have calculated this credit to be $1,832.74. It has not yet been credited.Desired Settlement: 1) Issue my credit card a credit of $1,832.74;

2) Send me a shipment date(s) and tracking number(s) for all the 14 items that have not yet been shipped;(s)

3) After all the remaining items have shipped, they can then charge me the balance of $1,832.74;
