They operate under different names and if you get what you pay for I would be shocked The got me when I ordered 2year old grape vines, what I got were starts (sticks) some with new roots and some just sticksThis is how they do it they send you somethingThere are good on line nursery in GA but stay away from this one and look out (investigate) as they use many names

Unfortunately, planting a Joshua tree in our climate after September will not give the tree sufficient hot weather time to establish a healthy root base. This is per our landscape designer who is an established expert in designing and maintaining this type of plantings in IdahoAt this point, a refund would be the best resolution

Do not do business with this company online Their wanursery may be fine, but their online practices are sub-standard I ordered four different types of plants in October and they arrived in December There were seeds scattered in the bottom of the bag, half of the plants weren't labelled I was out of the country for a week and so they sat in the bag for a week; however, that shouldn't have hurt dormant plants When I returned, I immediately set them out I have waited until the spring to determine if any of them are going to produce One ginger lily bulb was half rotted and never produced; two camellia plants with no leaves died I ordered two 3-ft pomegranate trees and instead received blueberry bushesThe company has a very stringent return/replacement policy which is impossible to meet They "guarantee" their plants; however, if you return them, you must dig up the rotten bulbs, dead plants and send them back AT YOUR COST and then you will get replacements, but only if you pay the shipping AT YOUR COST If you get the wrong item, you only have THREE DAYS to return it AT YOUR COST Unfortunately, I was out of the country for a week, so not sure how many days had elapsed However, I decided to go ahead and plant the 1-ftblueberry bushes instead of the 3-ft pomegranate trees, even though I knew I had paid considerably more for the pomegranate treesAs I said, do not do business with this company online - instead go to a Lowe's or Home Depot to pick out and buy your plants

Let it be noted that Ty Ty's claim that UPS damaged the package seems to be a misrepresentation, in my opinion (Ty Ty seemed quick on the trigger to blame it on UPS, almost as if they anticipated the issue based on foreknowledge)Upon arrival, a combination of the packaging and state of the item suggests to me that Ty Ty shipped the product in the condition I received it inMy personal experience with Ty Ty suggests the possibility that Ty Ty misrepresented their product, charged me, sent the product in a state that could warrant a claim against UPS, knowing that when I complained about the terrible product and condition, Ty Ty would refund me and stick UPS with the billI wouldn't be surprised if this possible fraudulent activity takes place on a regular basis.
I think Georgia should investigate Ty Ty and consider possibilities including suspending their ability to conduct online business.

I received the shipment of correctly sized plants a few days ago and really appreciate their following through on their agreement with the Revdex.com to send the plants. However, I don't appreciate the fact that I had to get the Revdex.com involved for them to comply; I don't appreciate being accused of lying when I presented them with photo proof that the plants were undersized to begin with; and I don't appreciate that I'm finally getting the plants in June which is the worst time to be planting them to try to keep them alive during the heat of the summer when if they had just shipped them in March to begin with none of us would have had to go through all this hassle and stress. I am happy to have the plants that I paid for and will try my best to keep them alive over the summer. I will not be buying from Ty Ty again and would not recommend them to others

I bought a tree that arrived in the spring and never grewI told them and they said to waitIt sprouted from the bottom so I was given a creditAfter waiting a year to order again shipping is delayedI had to pay for shipping twice for a tree that still is not in my possession till April
