Thank you very much for purchasing from Ty Ty Nursery, and I greatly troubled by hearing your experience. I can guarantee that we do care and did ship plants out of recommended growing zones because a lot of our customers have greenhouses or just want to experiment...

with recommended zones since it is a little warmer now than in the past. On all of the product pages and category pages there should be the USDA recommended zones for the plant in particular and we also have a zip code zone finder on the webpage to help assist too. After looking into this a little deeper you are in what we would consider USDA Zone 5 and we do not offer any blueberry plants for your recommended area, all of our plants are for Zone 7 or higher, except for the Austin and Brightwell that can take Zone 6 temperatures. I can also guarantee you that our blueberry plants do not contain any blight and are grown in certified disease and pest free nurseries. In fact the left over plants we have are loaded with blueberries right now at our nursery's physical location in Ty Ty, GA.
 
We do strive to make every customer 100% happy with all the plants and take pride in providing excellent customer service. Our terms and conditions state that after three business of receiving them you do not notify us to return for a refund then we only have a 1 year replacement policy. I would like to extend to you store credit for the full purchase amount so that you may purchase other item from us instead of getting more blueberry plants. I will also waive any shipping fees that you may encounter along the way, so instead of receiving an $84.15 store credit I am issuing you a $109.15 store credit for you to use. Please remember we consider you to be in USDA zone 5 and look for the plants that are recommended only for this zone. Thank you very much for your order and I am sorry to hear that two of your mayhaw plants did not survive the transplanting. At this time of the year we run a fall pre-order sale where the plants are heavily discounted over the in season prices, which explains the price...

difference of $49.75 that you paid and the $19.75 they are selling for now, plus you received free shipping which is not offered now and is an extra 25% off.
 
The replacement application can not be sent in electronically and if you trying to do so this is why it was difficult to do, as the form says print and mail usps to the post office box. However, I would be more that happy to replace you two mayhaw plants for free without any need of the replacement process being completed. I have the plants growing in containers and could ship them to you as early as 9-1-14 when the extreme temperatures dissipate and make it a better time for shipping. Thank you very much for your business with Ty Ty Nursery, and I am sorry to hear that your Empress tree did not survive transplanting. Upon first notifying Ty Ty Nursery of your dead empress tree you were asked to give it me time because we are bound by regulations as...

to when we can and can not ship plants. Deciduous plants can only ship while dormant and at the time of notification it was already into the the active growing season, meaning we had to wait until the Fall/Winter time to be able to ship.
We have within the last six to eight months revamped our policy on replacements. Doing away with mailing in the paper copy of the Replacement Application, returning the dead plant material, and having the customer return a check for return postage. We now offer a No Hassle 1 Year Plantsurance Policy. Which means within one year of a plant you purchased from Ty Ty Nursery does not survive, we simply ask for electronic notification via a five question form, name, order number, telephone number, email address and the items that did not survive. Upon notification we ask for a picture be emailed showing the plant and we then issue immediate store credit for the value of the plant when purchased. Then the customer can use the store credit to buy any plant they choose.
I did a little looking into your file we have not had a email from you at all, and not a phone call within the last 60 days. We are always happy to work with customers that are not able to send pictures via email and know that any one of our customer service representative would have been happy to get you situated with a simple 5 minute phone call. With all that being said we will be more than happy to get you another empress tree sent out to you. We will ship the order on 4-4-16 and you will have it within one or two days after that, we will even send you a refund check for the original purchase amount. The refund check will be attached to the packaging slip on the outside of the package. We do greatly value you as a customer and look forward to earning your future business.

and can not be shipped. I would like to very much waive the remainder of the replacement policy for you and I will be happy to go ahead and ship your item ASAP. I can have you items shipped as soon as 6-17-14 and you will have them delivered on Thursday. Remember when planting at this time of the year to keep the plant hydrated and you will have good success. I recently ordered 2 Little Gem Magnolias and 4 Dogwoods. The order arrived within a week from placement of my order. The Magnolias were reasonably priced, as well as, the bareroot dogwoods. The plants are In very good condition and look very fresh. They were planted upon arrival with rooting hormone applied to the roots. Because of their arrival condition I expect them to do well. I will continue to do business with them.

 I am very sorry, The trust has been more than breached, there is NO way that I could in good conscience continue ANY business relationship at this point. The Nectarine tree has been replaced by another company, WITH agricultural inspection labels et all, NO 6 months "waiting period?" Ty Ty nurseries was terminating the business relationship when demanding I fill out MORE paperwork with information TY TY nurseries already had (stall tactic), THEN finalized the termination when i was hung up on when I phoned in trying to find out HOW I was to send in ANOTHER letter (stall tactic) WITH the dead tree that I had already spent a half day digging up and shipping back at MY cost! Very sorry, there is NO Confidence. Why would it somehow be "ok" to ship a tree now when it was SOMEHOW NOT "OK" last summer? Things just do not add up, something is just too fishy. Please just refund my money if you are sincere.
