In response to [redacted]'s rejection our position remains the same as stated earlier. The contract specifically states rust or weather related corrosion are not covered.

If no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I have reviewed the contract several times and also with a repair shop and I understand what is covered and what is not.  I have also had several issues with my vehicle and the newest one being the hatch door will not open and again when I call that is not covered either.  every problem I have had is not covered.  penn warranty would not have had my information on my warranty unless I call with my first issue on the vehicle there was a total failure on the dealerships part and penn warranties part.  I dont care if my refund goes to my finance company or not I just want to cancel this terrible warranty bc I does state that I can cancel at anytime.  Regards,[redacted] & [redacted]
