The consumer purchased May 5th 2013 and called in August with a complaint on his items. A service technician was schedule and the report came back with little noise when you get out of the sofa but up to manufactures specifications. The consumer wanted to...

up grade and ask for in store credit this is not normal protocol as we would service the item if their was a defect. However we did allow the customer to have in store credit and if the item he was to purchase was more expensive he would have to pay the difference. The consumer purchased new items and we delivered them in august of 2013. in December of 2013 they called in with a complaint that items were squeaking a service was sent out and spring were tightened and service was complete. In February 2014 they called in with the same complaint a service was sent out and it was determined that the item need to be brought to our warehouse for repair. This has been set to be pick up and repaired at this time we are honoring the warranty.

The leather items were purchased in November of 2010 along with a 5 year warranty That covers what is listed on the warranty. The leather is covered for only 3 years and the item is out of the 3 year warranty. However the frame which is under the 5 year warranty will be taken care of. I will include...

The consumer is scheduled for May 6th and was given a two hour time frame no a 4 to 6 hour time frame. The service technicians will take a report and again if the repairs can not be made we will exchange the item per our warranty.

The consumer in their reply show that they do have a copy of the 5 year warranty and under the heading plan covers upholstered fabric and leather furniture and it list what is covered. The fading and peeling of the leather is not listed there for it would not be covered.

I rejected the response from the unknown respondent from The Room Store. Please see the attachment. I have been understanding with the set backs from the manufacturer and have yet to be called back from anyone physically from either Christopher R[redacted] ( who gained the most through sales incentives) and/or Mike N[redacted] or Mark H[redacted] from Corporate.

The items were purchased back in 2012 and the manufacture and informed us that the dye lot has changed and it may be darker. The consumer still wanted parts ordered we have ordered the parts and when they come in we will contact the consumer and install.The consumer did not want any other...

These items were purchased in 2009 along with a 5 year warranty we will honor the warranty for the five year period this is why they bought the warranty. Also this is almost 5 years old and if it was and inferior product it would not have lasted normal wear and tear will come with usage. So a 25% usage fee is going above  and beyond what we need to do and if you were to calculate what that would be for using the product almost 5 years you would see that this is more than far.

The consumer purchased items in may of 2013 a service was sent out to the consumers house for cushions sinking this was august of 2013. The out come was to replace seat core customer did not want repairs but wanted something different. So we offered two options replace cushion as they are under...

warranty or customer could reselect with a usage fee as we would have to send these to our clearance center because they can be repaired. The consumer chooses the resection. On the new items we going to service on May 6Th 2014 if the repairs can not be made we will exchange the item that is under warranty.

warranty is expired and I have it in writing that it is a 5 year warranty and it's only been 4 years. . unacceptable!

The delivery is free if the consumer keeps the merchandise if it is returned there is a delivery charge when pick up. Also the consumer was not supposed to get a refund on the warranty either as stated in our policy but the store went a head and refunded that amount as well. If the consumer has any...

The RoomStore would like to apologize if there was any communication problems in there transaction but we do show on their original sales order ([redacted]) that no sofa was on the ticket. The consumer did sign the sales order and I will be enclosing a copy of this document. If there is any further question please call the store and ask to speak with the store manager.

The Item was purchased in 2011 and the RoomStore had pick up the loveseat to do some warranty work on the items. The item was sent back without the back which caused some confusion in finding the item and we do apologize for that. The item has been repaired and we have left several messages to see...

when we could delivery the item back. We finally got a hold of the Mr. [redacted] who said they were out of town but would be back Friday the 27th of March. The item is scheduled to be delivered on that day. As for the service we service the entire state of Arizona and are limited to days we go to certain areas of the state and again we would like to apologize for the confusion and inconvenience this may have caused our customer.     Thank You The RoomStore

This has nothing to do with warranty. This has everything to do with the price I paid for a table set. I paid 289. Or approx for the set. I paid for delivery of the set. You refunded 184 into my acct hoping it would solve issues. It wowon't. I want full amount refunded that I paid for the set. I will also be contacting Room store corp office. This has gone on long enough. Time to contact a lawyer. This is bad business and I will engage in social media to let people know. No 184 is not what I paid. Won't accept any less then amount on my receipt!

The Roomstore did not refund the full amount I paid for set. I should of not been charged a delivery charge for the wrong set delivered. The Roomstore refunded 184.00 the price I paid for set was 284.00 plus delivery. No. They should refund the amount I paid for the set. The Roomstore credited my charge card otherwise I would of rejected the amount. Not happy until I get full amount refunded.
