Because I bought a car for $from them paid in fullThis was done on 08/19/ They wanted me to paid another $for another car and I find that unacceptableThe issues with my car were issues they supposedly fixed while they had my car for almost weeksThe problems still existSo that’s why it’s not resolved

Hi there, I was wondering who you had talked to about this at the dealership when you called? And please call me so we can go over this We insure that every car we put on the road is 100% right or you don't own the vehicle If some thing Gos bad in a car a used car of ours and you bought it from us we 100% back our customers up that's why I'm confused to who you talked to about this and why they did not tell you to bring the truck in to get fixed Please give me a call so we or I can figure out who said that we can't do anything for you, because that is not the way we do business with my customers Please call me when you can [redacted] Thank you for your business and you can assure yourself that you are in the best of hands with us

That's a yo yo scam! I wasn't getting stuck with that vehicle like I did the GLK which just had $2,worth of repairs that you promised you would reimburse me for!!!! You remember? You said you take care of your people and want return customers for life?? I was not about to let your bum "mechanics" do it for free, be out of a car longerI still don't have the car it's getting finished today! You're a wireless, scamming dealership and you need to give me the money you promised or or these reviews stick and I'll write more! Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] the owner did contacted me on Sept 27th and has told me that the part(s) came in the same day I heard from him as well as I spoke to someone in the Service Dept yesterday and was told vehicle is still being worked on and being tested to make sure the new turbos are working properlyI have not physically seen or tested the vehicle my selfOnce vehicle is ready I will take my own mechanic to make sure all is repaired Sincerely, [redacted]

There is no way we do any kind of business like this, NO WAYWe been in biz for a long time and have the best team there is no way this is a real reviewWho was your salesman and what kind of car did you try to trade??

An outside company by the name of [redacted] is sometimes used by The Sharpest Rides for Craigslist postingsAn error was made by the company where the listing price of was mistakenly entered at All other sites that The Sharpest Rides advertises with had the correct listing priceThat is where the confusion came from is that all other listing sources had correct price When it was discovered that the price was entered incorrectly by [redacted] they were notified at onceThe listing was removed from Craigslist within hoursThere was no malice or malcontent intendedIt was an honest error that upon discovery was corrected

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 6, 2015/12/18) */ The Sharpest Rides entered into contract with the understanding of fixing issues found from predelivery inspectionUpon further notice the service department found some other issues that were agreed to be taken care of as wellThe service department was put at the mercy of waiting for parts to be deliveredOnce the parts were dropped off and the vehicle reassembled a check engine light came onThe vehicle was diagnosed and an sensor was ordered and replaced On 12-18- [redacted] , General Sales Manager/Finance Director spoke to [redacted] and agreed to resolve the issue by reimbursing [redacted] $456.49, the amount of one car payment, for time spent without the vehicleThe check will be provided to customer at the time the vehicle is picked up This was agreed to by both [redacted] and The Sharpest Rides

I am truly sorry about the wait of the turbos on the I just want you to know and I want all of my customers to know that there is no lies about what we do here we will always tell you the truth I know sometimes it can take a while but if it does we make payments for you we will do anything that we have to do to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase I will personally be all over this matter so if you need any additional information please contact me [redacted] Thank you again for your purchase and for choosing The sharpest rides

Tell us why here...The Sharpest Rides tried to work with the customer, which as the attached documents state the vehicle was sold as is with nothing promised, to help with the unfortunate issue The store offered to install motor free of charge if the customer paid for the motor We showed all of the work that was performed at the dealership The customer's husband became demanding and threatening at this point The Sharpest Rides stands behind the offer that was made for a motor that went out several months after the purchase date of 08/07/

We The Sharpest Rides or any Mechanic would not be able to tell that the guides on the motor have been replaced, when you do any kind of motor work you have to replace all guides not just one What [redacted] the customer is saying in this complaint is that we replaced just guide and left the rest, WE The sharpest Rides serviced the car did the full service on the car in Augof [redacted] then calls us forcefully telling us what we better do and if we don't this is what he is going to doHe then went on to tell me to get a lawyer and that he was going to start writing bad review about our company when we did nothing to ***s car and was months after the purchase I even confirmed with the mini cooper store about the car and he even admitted to me that there is know way of telling that you or anyone at your dealer did replace the guides So he had had the car for months and now he wants us to pay for something that he already fixed without giving us a chance to fix it If you want the car fixed or need any help with your car please call [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: once again you stand corrected, The shop replaced the rack and Pinion initially however they did not fix it and wanted to rely on our warranty to cover the expenses they were clearly obgligated to We had to bring the vehicle back times for the same issue we initially complained about and we assured would be fixed per *** Each visit we would walk on the property and be told [redacted] is not here but we would see him walking around trying to avoid us The car is now finally repaired but we had to fight for over months and the air it to a 3rd party [redacted] sent us to for this to happenThis is actually the second vehicle we purchased from this shop that required this much work The first was a Infiniti QXand now this Volvo We did have other issues with a Volvo sbought from here that we brought in a year after purchase for some transmission issues and were told about times they could not recreate the issue and our car is fine later come to find out it needs serious transmission work Frustrating because we did not ask for free work and were willing to pay for everything but they turned us away due to poor diagnostics In total we bought cars from this shop and have had work completed on three at their expense because their service department couldn't determine the correct problemswe did not ask for anything free work but we were promised these issues would be resolved Perhaps it would be in ***'s best interest to not call his customers "head cases" when he promises things he cannot deliver, Also he should not buy as many junk cars from the auction because there is a reason they have been sent to the auction Maybe check them out prior to cleaning them taking fancy pictures and putting them on the website We clearly would never buy another vehicle from this shop not would we recommend them to anybody we know and we know a lot of people Just as [redacted] would probably not want our business anymore due to all we have experienced with him our car is finally fixed and we are finally satisfied however it's unacceptable that we had to wait for five months and fight as hard as we did for that to happen Sincerely, [redacted]
