No problem.  I will tell you why [redacted] and your "Sharpest Rides"1. I purchased a previous vehicle with a platinum warranty for around 3.5k that wasn't even stated on an invoice. I"nformation attached"and when I tried to have your defects such as EBAY after market lights, valve gasket covers, electrical, out of balanced tires, serpentine belt, ac belt, NOTHING was covered b/c you STATED I purchased the cheapest warranty. I will provide pictures of the wiring on the taillights as well as provide information from [redacted] and [redacted].2. You never stated you would install the motor nor would I let your folks touch any of my vehicles. I have already submitted invoices for what you stated was done to MINI which I had to have done not only after 2k miles when your technician [redacted] who you said was fired said it was normal to have brake pads/sensors changed after 2k miles. Funny how he was still there when I asked for him and a copy of the invoice. When this work was performed, a real certified tech had to use a brake over bar with an industrial extension to even get the "so called work your had completed." 3. It is a convertible and the odometer doesn't lie. If it is common practice to sell a car as is and expect a repeat customer to spend almost on the car twice I will make sure this doesn't happen to other hard working folk while your flaunt wads of cash on your facebook account. 4. After my experience and what is stated on the Revdex.com's concerns with no resoulution how would anyone feel comfortable having a vehicle worked on by your service department especially with that I have seen personally with not one but 2 vehichles. 5. Talk with [redacted] at [redacted], and [redacted]. These are real technicians and even had tried to chat with you and meet with you as you were not available as was your staff that continuously hung up, avoided me, and made every excuse in the book and card you can throw at someone, the GOD card, being racist, and a full blown nut job. 6. My wife is the VP of one of your biggest lenders that is actually not first time car buyers and/or in credit trouble like myself and refuse to have hard working folk be treated like this by shady companies who are all talk and yes I will make sure this doesn't happen to credit worthy car buyers who want a reliable vehicle within their 1st oil change, etc.

I am rejecting this response because:You want to talk about the type of person I am and my character? Yeah I did need help. Help with a decent car you filthy outright liar! Can you read? I sent this complaint August 28th, 2016. You and your deplorable company don't resolve anything or get back to anyone. You hang up on people, you don't return phone calls and then you respond to their Revdex.com company's and online reviews with outright lies. You do bad business, you are a HORRIBLE business and you don't stand by your word. The only reason you gave my brothers $2,000 down payment back is, because I went back there and demanded it since you all called after I complained about the vehicles saying his financing didn't go through and he'd have to re-sign! That's a yo yo scam! I wasn't getting stuck with that vehicle like I did the GLK which just had $2,400 worth of repairs that you promised you would reimburse me for!!!! You remember? You said you take care of your people and want return customers for life?? I was not about to let your bum "mechanics" do it for free, be out of a car longer. I still don't have the car it's getting finished today! You're a wireless, scamming dealership and you need to give me the money you promised or or these reviews stick and I'll write more! I'll tell everyone you're a liar and you cheat people. Give me my $2,400 you coward!

I am rejecting this response because:[redacted] the owner did contacted me on Sept 27th and has told me that the part(s) came in the same day I heard from him as well as I spoke to someone in the Service Dept yesterday and was told vehicle is still being worked on and being tested to make sure the new turbos are working properly. I have not physically seen or tested the vehicle my self. Once vehicle is ready I will take my own mechanic to make sure all is repaired.
