The we-owe shows to fix the steering column and we didI have documents of this customer signed saying the work was complete and they were satisfied We have every customer sign documents when we deliever the car from the shop, and this document states that the customer test drove and checked out before she took possession of the car So we did that and have that document we can send The big thing is that what ever happens to this car the customer will not pay for anything We went way over and Beyond Helping this customer with any issues and served her well This is not the only car she bought from us and they are doing the same thing, they the customers will say this has a problem and then they thinks we will do the job for freeComplains to the Revdex.com in different names This really is just a head case If I owe something or if we are in the wrong we will handle the problem We don't get referrals every month and sell cars a month because we do people wrongPeople are our #priority

I am rejecting this response because:"WE at the *** Family disagree." and because of the following facts, invoices, and improper work that has been noted by the Revdex.com b/c of "your pattern of complaints.". 1. You stated you did an pt inspection and changed brake pads and rotors. On Nov I had to replace all the work statedInvoice attached. Not confident at all with their service department. My tech said it was probably a bogus invoice..2. Before we even had to open the hood up for an oil change the motor/turbo had blown.. Invoice attached.3. It's a MINI Cooper Convertible and we live in Colorado. I hadn't even hit the first oil change (3kmiles) and has been at Shomp MINI since February 9th. 4. We spent 12.5k on this vehicle and have already incurred over 8.5k of repairs, tows, rentals, etc.5. No one should be subject to such unprofessional business. I was consistent and needed an answer. Hard to do when your hung up on and told your own your own. I have text correspondence to provide as well. I even tried to have an apt with *** *** and was a no show as well. Not fair for any customer to deal with this and have over 8k of repairs for a 12.5k car. 6. I don't want anyone to experience what "WE the *** family has" and either way I am stating facts and if they are considered bad reviews Sharpest Rides should respond respectfully and honestly and I will state it like it is..

Complaint: *** I would have never filed a complaint if you would've responded when I first initiated this situation*** is a straight up liar I informed him that I had to pay for new tires when I got the so-called replacement Cadillac tires from a or Cadillac I know for a fact that they being the sharpest rides had this car tires removed for a car show for I have spoke to the tire store to put on the show rims I did make phone calls and I got blown off and said that you were only willing to just replace the tire pressure monitoring system valvesAt this point I want the X TS Cadillac original rims that came with this vehicle the original tires And the time and money that I put in to get replacement tires go to Cervantes tire store

The warranty denied your claim so we handled it and fix it for free and your worried about some fees?? I am rejecting this response because:It is clear there are so many complaints against this business that the owner is unclear who he is dealing with This issue has nothing to do with shocks We were instructed to take our Volvo XCto the owners friends shop (3rd party)*** has already made the repairs on this car because he was told to by *** who said he would cover all expenses The repairs were the engine motor mounts (something that would have been found on a true point inspection)*** told my wife and I the cost would be $and *** would cover this Now *** tells us the costs are over $and *** paid his share which leaves us with $Sounds like half which is not what we agreed to when we bought the carThis attached document shows what we have been promised The noise the car made is the same noise it made during the test drive *** stood on his Segway promising all issues would be fixed and went on to put it in writing Because his service manager ray is not capable of properly diagonising a problem does not excuse him of liability Since buying the car in April we have had physical possession for a total of maybe a month The owner should be embarrassed of himself and his shop because they are a direct reflection of himself We want our car fixed as promised or we will take legal action for repairs including car payments for the months we have paid for a car without having a car and legal fees.

I have called sharpest rides at least 5 different times and left them 2 different messages to give me a call which they have not done as of yet. I have gone ahead with getting the car fixed out of my own pocket sense I really need the car. The car is going to cost me around $2,000 to fix not including all the time and money I have lost in process of founding out what was wrong with it.

Well I have thought long and hard if I should write this letter but after talking with some people they thought it was my duty as a customer of SR (Sharpest Rides) to warn other potential customers so that is what I have decided to do. A couple of weeks ago I was phoned by the owner of SR [redacted]. We scheduled a time for me to go down there and bring the car to discuss my situation. After I showed up right on time he had me sitting there for another 30 minutes while he casually walked around not doing anything that I could tell. Then after he finally meet with me he called over his sales manager [redacted] to sit in on our meeting after a few minutes into our meeting another potential customers was just about to walk out the door so instead of finishing with out meeting he rudely ignored our meeting and stop the potential customer to try and make a sale. So [redacted] continued to talk to me basically blaming Kia for not fixing the car under the warranty but never taking any responsibility for selling me a lemon in the first place. He also said I should have brought my car into their service department once I started having issues with the car I told him that when I purchased the car the salesman never even told me they had a service department. He was apologetic for that. After a 30 minute meeting he final say he would give me $500 out of the $2,000 I spent to fix on the car. I thought it was better than nothing so I agree to take the money. What happened next was one of the most un-professional business practices that I have ever seen, as we were walking to get me a check he turned to one of his salesmen and told them to remind him to pick up a car on the lot and mark it up $500 on the sticker price. It was very obvious to me that by giving me $500 he was going to try and make another customer pay for it down the road. Everyone I have seen sense or talk to about this issue agrees with me that I needed to write this letter I hope I can save one poor soul from the same fate I went thru at the sharpest rides. I hope the word gets out there about companies like this because just because I am one customer doesn't mean I should have been treated like I did.

We agree being the car back and if it's bad we will buy it back on the spot.  But it has to be bad. So if it checks out ok then your a owner. See you soon.

Because I bought a car for $4300 from them paid in full. This was done on 08/19/2017....

They wanted me to paid another $4300 for another car and I find that unacceptable. The issues with my car were issues they supposedly fixed while they had my car for almost 2 weeks. The problems still exist. So that’s why it’s not resolved.
