We cancelled the maintenance contract as well. Please see belowThe money will go back to the lien holder not to the customerPlease see attachment

We did urge you to buy something else before the BMW You decided to buy the BMW Unfortunately due to your particular position the banks would not let you buy a warranty, but you decided to buy the car any way, We still offered you a warranty but you would have had to pay cash for it, which
did not work for youWe did do a full inspection on the vehicle , I am attaching the inspection to thisI am willing to trade you out of the vehicle , but you will need some money downAgain we did recommend at the time of your visit to purchase something newer, and less maintenance but once again you did decide to purchase this BMWFinally if you would like to buy extended service contract, please feel free to stop by at any time to do soThis vehicle is almost a ten year old BMW, they do tend to have issues as they ageThat is why we did urge you to buy a warranty

Mr***, I have reviewed your purchase to find the followingYour credit was pulled after a signed and reviewed copy of a credit application was submittedIf there was a verbal agreement I apologize, but the person who made the inquiry was not made aware of
it. As to the condition of the vehicle I can only expect it was parallel to its ageWe don't get too many cars in that are a decade old, but when we do we understand that a vehicle of a certain age is usually not in perfect conditionIt is also normally past its warranty period, therefore the aftermarket parts would not be voiding any warrantiesThe radio however, I found out was operational just not putting out soundThis was fixed the next day after we discovered a faulty relay under the hoodIt was a simple fix and the new owner had no problem with the radio after we fixed itI interviewed all of the people who dealt with you, and asked if there were any keys thrown at youI found this complaint odd since we have never treated a customer this wayAfter speaking with everyone involved it was made clear that nobody threw keys at youIn the future if you find any vehicle on our lot you are interested in, we would love to make this up to you with a good dealI am sorry for any confusion you may have had with these issues or our store

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: I have not received the title to my car *** at Town North Nissan admits that I paid the full price for my car at the time of purchase, and also gave Town North the funds necessary to cover the cost of taxes, title, license, registration Dealerships usually handle the paperwork and payment of such government fees, and Town North did in my case I received the license plates and registration sticker in a timely manner from Town North, but I never got the title I called the number listed on Town North's website and spoke with a female clerk who said she represented Town North She put me on hold while she did a search of my car's VIN number Then, she informed me that my auto had been marked as having a Nissan lien against it Apparently, the title was by mistake sent to Nissan's finance division, as if I owed money on the vehicle - which *** in his reply to the Revdex.com admits I do not Town North needs to recover the title for me from wherever they mistakenly sent it Obviously, I need to have a free and clear title to the vehicle I purchased and paid for Thank you for your help.

I am rejecting this response because:you are still lyingI have the text messages to prove thisHow did you investigate anything when you did not ask for my proof? Also, I was not told there was a day pay off periodI was told to use my car payment for the month of August as my down paymentI was also told that they were working on the juke and the Altima at the same timeI was given the juke to drive for one day originally and when I tried to return it I was told no, that I could not because MY car had been registered to the dealership and then was offered to take the Altima at that timeYou still have not owned up to the fact that work was done to my Nissan Altima before any agreement or loan docs were signedWhy would you guys do work on my car before the trade in was finalized or agreed to? Your statements are based on lies and one sided storiesWhile your finance guy (***) who I was working with went on vacation I was only asked time to come in and sign paperworkThat was on the weekend of 8/and was unable to just drop everything to get there, so I came on on the to sign the documentsDo not put your unethical sales practices off on my as if this was my faultAgain, I want to know why work was done to my car prior to finalizing the trade in? When I told them I did not want to sign the loan documents and it was NOT what I was told it would be, I was then told that I would have to pay for the repair work done to my car! My car that I left there while I was "test driving" the dealership car and while the loan was being worked out through the bankAt no point should there have been work done to my car without approval from meI asked *** about this when I received an email from the service department and I never got a response from himThere were lots of questions I never got a response toYour response is one sided and based off of liesI will also be filing a complaint with with Attorney General and my local Congressman about your unethical business practices.

Mr. [redacted], It is unfortunate to hear that your experience with the NMAC customer service department has not met your expectations. NMAC has several options available for payment method. You have the option to set up recurring monthly payments in order to prevent having to call in every 30 days....

Also I am not sure what number you have used in the past but [redacted] has been a number that several customers have used to pay their monthly bill and have had positive experiences. You also have the option to send in the payment by mail in  the form of a check or cashiers check. As far as returning your lease, I am not at liberty to say what NMAC/NILT will find as a resolution for that. This issue would have to be discussed with NMAC/NILT directly.  Thank You

We have looked into the claim that Mr. [redacted] purchased a car with a blown head gasket.  Attached are our copies of the Repair Order and Used Vehicle Inspection report.  As you can see from the attachments an extensive inspection was done prior to purchase and Town North Nissan replaced 4...

tires, a upper front right suspension strut, wiper blades, and a headlight bulb.  In addition to these repairs the vehicle was detailed and had an oil change.  All failed inspection items were repaired prior to delivery.  There was a transmission fluid seep that was detected but this is common for a vehicle with over 115,000 miles so no work was done and that does not have any effect on a head gasket.   [redacted], the Used Vehicle Director, had a conversation with Mr. [redacted] on 4/19/2016.  In that conversation Mr. [redacted] told [redacted] that he thought the heater was not working properly so he removed the radiator cap and drove the car to 'clear the line'.  After discussing that with our technicians they informed us that this is the reason the vehicle blew the head gasket.  With the radiator cap being removed while driving the car this would in turn cause the car to overheat and would result in the damage done to the head gasket. At the time of delivery the vehicle was reconditioned properly and met all safety and state guidelines to register.  The car was also purchased as-is.  As a result of the vehicle being driven without a radiator cap the break-down is not the responsibility of Town North Nissan.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: [redacted], The explanation that you've given to the Revdex.com is unsatisfactory and does not explain the actions of Town North Nissan or its employees.• There was no miscommunication on my part. Per the text that I have, the agreed upon price in writing was $24,000 and there is no mention anywhere of this being contingent upon my credit history or whether or not I finance through NMAC. In fact, I informed Town North Nissan that I would not even submit to a credit check without the price of $24,000 guaranteed in writing. No one forced Town North Nissan to agree to the price.• Prior to visiting Town North Nissan, I checked my credit score, so I know that it is good. Additionally, I did not have any credit challenges on my prior auto loan -- which was made 10 YEARS AGO. In fact, I got a great finance rate by going through an outside finance company instead of NMAC. My car has been paid off for five years and has a free and clear title, which you are well aware of. The car was paid off on time and each payment was made. So, what does this have to do with this current purchase? Absolutely nothing!!! I do not appreciate you or Town North or anyone associated with Nissan trying to smear my name or reputation or trying make the situation appear otherwise. This is a lie and an illegal bait and switch tacticdesigned to try to excuse the ruse that you put people through when they go to your dealership and which you used on me last week. • Furthermore, my credit history has nothing to do with the price of the vehicle. There is no connection between the two, no matter how much you try to make one. To be clear, the credit score only impacts the finance rate. As a purchaser I am not bound to NMAC's financing -- a rate you have yet to mention because more than likely it is higher than what other financial institutions are offering. I have the option of choosing with whom I want to finance my car, as I did 10 years ago. I will do what is best for me when it comes to financing, not what is best for Nissan or any other auto dealership. What is the finance rate you're offering me? What is the cost of your 100,000-mile warranty? What would my monthly payments be with and without the warranty for 60 months?  If you are not dishonest, then you will be willing to put it right in this response for the Revdex.com to see.Your dealership has taken more than three days of my time in a vain attempt to drain/wear me out so that I'll agree to something in your favor. This is the same practice that I have observed at every Nissan dealership that I've visited in the span of a week, (three, including Town North Nissan). I, and those with me, literally saw sales staff tell people they would go speak to their manager about pricing and then go stand in another room and talk to other salesmen. This tells me that the bait and switch tactic and disregard for the consumer is a common practice at Nissan and that your salesmen are trained in this way. You are taking advantage of people who may not know any better or may not feel they have any other options or a lot of money and you need to be held accountable for your sales tactics. I did not "feel"that my time was wasted. I know itwaswasted because I had other options at other dealerships who respected my busy work schedule and were willing to make the process as stress free as possible -- even delivering the car at my home or place of business if needed.  Either Town North, et al sells me the vehicle for the agreed upon price or not. If it is unwilling to honor the written agreement, then it needs to be held liable for bait and switch tactics and for obtaining my credit information under false pretenses. [redacted]Sent from my iPhone

[redacted]- I have reviewed the paperwork that was presented at the time of your visit, as well as your statements to Revdex.com.  I believe that some miscommunications have taken place.  The reason that we could not necessarily guarantee you the $24,000 total price prior to reviewing your...

credit information is that some of the rebates and discounts needed to get to that aggressive of a price, are contingent upon you financing with NMAC.  In order to know if you qualify for NMAC financing we would need to review your credit file.  Upon your submission of the credit application we realized that you have encountered some credit challenges and slow payments on your prior auto loan.  These types of things tend to make approval more difficult and also result in higher finance charges.  We were hoping to be able to show you some payment options using both NMAC (if approved) as well as a lending institution other than NMAC which may have resulted in a lower monthly payment and overall expenditure for you.  I do apologize if these things were not explained properly by your sales consultant, or if you feel that time spent here was time wasted.  I would very much like the opportunity to earn your business, if there is a way to do so that makes financial sense for both parties.  The $1,000 trade allowance has not changed.  As for the $24,000 amount financed(after all rebates, discounts, and trade in,) I have no problem doing that for you provided that your loan is approved by NMAC.  We do not handle the Service contract portion in the sales department, however I can tell you on a deal as aggressive as 24k I will not be able to absorb and additional costs for products or service contracts.  If you would like to move forward with your purchase at an amount financed through NMAC of $24,000 please let me know.  I will make sure that my business office makes every attempt to arrange your financing with NMAC so that you may achieve the transaction you desire.Thank you,[redacted]New Car Sales Director[redacted]: Desk[redacted] :(email)

[redacted], I apologize for the delay in your refund and will be submitting the check request for your $345 reimbursement today. I will have it mailed to the address you provided and you should hopefully receive it by the end of the week. If you'd like a copy of the check, please send an e-mail...

to [redacted] and she will provide you with a copy of the check for your records. Thank you!
