I am rejecting this response because: The email cancelling the run made it appear runners would receive the refund AND be offered a new registration IF another date was setThis response indicates the refund is contingent upon a new date being set

? I am rejecting this response because:This is not due to weather , ? they stated they didn't get enough participants which is their choice whether to hold the event? I advised them that the new date is in June of next year and I'm unable to ace on that dateI have a response from them (the only one I received ) stating my credit will be issued ? (attached) so they've committed to issue it then changed their mind? This has been their business practice on every run they hold? I'm still requesting the credit they promised me in writing

Our company is not a scam we have put on over races just this year alone and we will continue to do soWe have not ignored any of the participants we sent out email to all participants letting them know the event date has changedAlso this information is found on our website on the FAQ page that dates and location are subject to change and there are no refunds, All of our events take place due to permitting, extreme weather may cause dates and venues to change.http://theultimatewinerun.com/faqs/

I am rejecting this response because: They did not inform me of this and they have had several runs in different areas and my run was almost a year agoI have not received any information from this group and when I try to contact them via their facebook page I got no answer and blocked from the page! I am not the only one this has happened toAt this point if they can not give me what is owed to me with Lin week I would like a refund for this race

I am rejecting this response because: I've attached the email I received when the event was originally cancelledWe were told that we would receive a refund within weeks and if the even was to be held in the future in our city we would receive a code for FREE entryTheir FAQ page on their website has since been updated to state they do not issue refunds, I am assuming because of the backlash they are receiving for lying to everyone who registeredThis company has lied and stolen money and something needs to be done about it.? I am rejecting this response because: I would like a refund instead of another possible date for this run to be rescheduled There is no reason I should not be refunded the moneyI may be unable to participate when the run is rescheduled and I would rather have my money back
