We have not ignored any of the participants we sent out email to all participants letting them know the event date has changedAlso this information is found on our website on the FAQ page that dates and location are subject to change and there are no refunds, All of our events take place due to

This event was not cancelled we were told to postpone event from the police departmentThey were understaffed at the time our event was approved but they didn't have the police to staff eventSeveral of our vendors back out of event I really don't understand how participants don't understand this

a refund within weeks and if the even was to be held in the future in our city we would receive a code for FREE entryTheir FAQ page on their website has since been updated to state they do not issue refunds, I am assuming because of the backlash they are receiving for lying to everyone who registeredThis company has lied and stolen money and something needs to be done about it.? The email cancelling the run made it appear runners would receive the refund AND be offered a new registration IF another date was setThis response indicates the refund is contingent upon a new date being set.?

Participants that aren't able to make the new date will receive refunds there are over 1,runners so it takes time to get to all of them but rest assure they will all receive refunds

I would like a refund instead of another possible date for this run to be rescheduled
There is no reason I should not be refunded the moneyI may be unable to participate when the run is rescheduled and I would rather have my money back

I am rejecting this response because:I am demanding a refund. If this company cannot provide the service they promised and cancel it less than 3 weeks before it's event they should offer a refund. This is one of SEVERAL events cancelled or "postponed" by this company. We will pursue legal action if this is not resolved. This is absolutely a scam. Just Google it.

All participants were informed that the glasses were on back order and as soon as they came in we would be mailing glasses out.

This business is not a scam we have put on over 16 races this year alone. Certain locations issues arise during that time frame with permits and also liquor laws and requires more paperwork and some events have to be postponed or moved to a different venue. They were short staffed and would not be able to manage our event and they advised us to pus date back on event. we informed all participants of this situation. There is no reason I should not be refunded the money. I may be unable to participate when the run is rescheduled and I would rather have my money back.

We have refunded this participant and we also have reschedule to host event in Kansas City.

We are not scamming participants we rescheduled this event and we already have an event date. this information is listed on our website faq page.
