All participants were informed that the glasses were on back order and as soon as they came in we would be mailing glasses out

I've attached the email I received when the event was originally cancelledWe were told that we would receive
a refund within weeks and if the even was to be held in the future in our city we would receive a code for FREE entryTheir FAQ page on their website has since been updated to state they do not issue refunds, I am assuming because of the backlash they are receiving for lying to everyone who registeredThis company has lied and stolen money and something needs to be done about it. transactions from August to now showing what I paid for and that there is NO credit issued to meAfter looking through my bank records I paid for two runs

I am rejecting this response because:The Ultimate Wine Run sent an email on October 6th that indicates the run was cancelled and a refund would be issued within weeks (I still have the email and can supply it if necessary). - I expect the organization to stand behind its original response. Also the "notification" that The Ultimate Wine Run indicates they sent:- They sent an email days ago- The email was a cut and paste from their FAQ page, it was not an email specific to the Kansas City Run- They did not provide a date for the "reschedule" - likely because it was just a cut and paste from their websiteIf it was indeed rescheduled for June that would put the run past months from when they first opened the registration and months beyond the date of the original run. I have no faith that they will make good on their date as there have been multiple runs that have been cancelled that have never taken place and countless other persons who have filed complaints against the organization both through the Revdex.com and their local government.

"We are not stealing money" seriouslyI don't care how many events you have put on, the Santa Barbara run that I signed up for was cancelledYou should have permits and everything ready to go for a race before you take registrations and payments from peopleNow it's cancelled, because you do not plan out your events in a professional mannerSo everyone is owed a refundWe paid for a RUN in Santa Barbara, it was cancelled, so issue refunds, simple as that!

I=Once again our company is not a scamwe have put on over successful events this year alone It states on our website clearly that due to permitting and venue issues that might arise that dates and location will change.

I am rejecting this response because: They did not inform me of this and they have had several runs in different areas and my run was almost a year agoI have not
received any information from this group and when I try to contact them via their facebook page I got no answer and blocked from the page! I am not the only one this has happened toAt this point if they can not give me what is owed to me with Lin week I would like a refund for this race

This event was not cancelled we were told to postpone event from the police departmentThey were understaffed at the time our event was approved but they didn't have the police to staff eventSeveral of our vendors back out of event I really don't understand how participants don't understand this

I am rejecting this response because:This is not due to weather , they stated they didn't get enough participants which is their choice whether to hold the event I advised them that the new date is in June of next year and I'm unable to ace on that dateI have a response from them (the only one I received ) stating my credit will be issued (attached) so they've committed to issue it then changed their mind This has been their business practice on every run they hold I'm still requesting the credit they promised me in writing
