We are not stealing Money we have put on over 14 events this past year . it also states information about races being rescheduled on our FAQ so are we no way stealing money from participants. http://theultimatewinerun.com/faqs/

I am rejecting this response because:The Ultimate Wine Run sent an email on October 6th that indicates the run was cancelled and a refund would be issued within 2 weeks (I still have the email and can supply it if necessary). - I expect the organization to stand behind its original response. Also the "notification" that The Ultimate Wine Run indicates they sent:- They sent an email 3 days ago- The email was a cut and paste from their FAQ page, it was not an email specific to the Kansas City Run- They did not provide a date for the "reschedule" - likely because it was just a cut and paste from their websiteIf it was indeed rescheduled for June that would put the run past 13 months from when they first opened the registration and 8 months beyond the date of the original run. I have no faith that they will make good on their date as there have been multiple runs that have been cancelled that have never taken place and countless other persons who have filed complaints against the organization both through the Revdex.com and their local government.

We are still working on Date to have event rescheduled For the next year.

I am rejecting this response because:This is not due to weather ,  they stated they didn't get enough participants which is their choice whether to hold the event.  I advised them that the new date is in June of next year and I'm unable to ace on that date. I have a response from them (the only one I received ) stating my credit will be issued  (attached) so they've committed to issue it then changed their mind.  This has been their business practice on every run they hold.  I'm still requesting the credit they promised me in writing.

that?! "We are not stealing money" seriously. I don't care how many events you have put on, the Santa Barbara run that I signed up for was cancelled. You should have permits and everything ready to go for a race before you take registrations and payments from people. Now it's cancelled, because you do not plan out your events in a professional manner. So everyone is owed a refund. We paid for a RUN in Santa Barbara, it was cancelled, so issue refunds, simple as that!

We have not cancelled event we are currently scheduling another date for participants. We have sent several email letting them know that they will be the first to know once we have a new date for event. Also this information is stated on our website as well. on our FAQ PAge

We have sent out emails to all participants letting them know that the race has been rescheduled not cancelled it is June 17th. It also stats on our FAQ PAGE  http://theultimatewinerun.com/faqs/Are there REFUNDS?Unfortunately, we donot issue refunds or transfers under any circumstances....

Prices are subject to change at any time. Location and date are subject to change at any time.The logistics of setting up and planning the event make it impossible. Date and location is subject to change without refund issued. In some cases city or location issues will force us to change a date or location. Just make sure you are good to go before signing up. If for some reason you can’t make it to race day, at least come to the check in, pick up your Ultimate Wine Run gear, and say hi to us! Race will continue rain or shine, there are no refunds for inclement weather.

I am rejecting this response because:
We, the participants, were never told this had anything to do with the police department. That's why we don't understand this. This event was not cancelled, or in their words, postponed due to weather. We should be entitled to a refund. I purchased the 5k run because I'm available on October 15. That's it. I'm not available any other time. I should be entitled to a refund.

I am rejecting this response because: They did not inform me of this and they have had several runs in different areas and my run was almost a year ago. I have not...

received any information from this group and when I try to contact them via their facebook page I got no answer and blocked from the page! I am not the only one this has happened to. At this point if they can not give me what is owed to me with Lin 1 week I would like a refund for this race.

We have sent out email stating that the race has not been  cancelled it was postponed and we are working on new date for participants. It states on our website that in some instances we have to reschedule events due to permits, and logistics. http://theultimatewinerun.com/faqs/
