Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:As I stated, I want a refund The boots do not fit at all and there was no way to know that because a sizing chart is not offered Second, when reading the return policy, the policy talks about the custom made corsets and intimate wear It is NOT communicated clearly that boots cannot be returned and refunded I read through the entire policy several times to make sure and I looked at the sizing chart offered to avoid returns and it is a chart for corsets, not boots Regards, [redacted]

I needed this item for an event that recently passed and now will be waiting for about a year before I can even use it. I was trying to be understanding and had constant communication.
