I am rejecting this response because: you breached the agreement when the product wasn't ready in the time frame you setI ordered it with plenty of time to
spare before my wedding and now my wedding has come and gone with no corset belt from youI asked for a refund, since the item wasn't ready in time, and was told by your company that there was a policy stating that it had to be requested within hours of the orderHowever, your company failed to inform me of the delay within that hours and now I'm having to wait at least weeks for an item that was supposed to be ready in Your company breached the terms set by themselves and now I'm being given no information other than "it's still manufacturing"It's been almost monthsIt doesn't take that long to see some patterns togetherI want a refund since your company is in breach of our contract.

The customer does not wish a response, but the system requires we respond or be penalized.In short, our items are hand made and not manufactured until ordered, thus they are "made to order" - we do not claim any differently.Our products are not made in ***.The customer
was never threatened and the customer service representative could have handled the situation better and will be handled.The customer has been fully refunded and can keep the item from this order

manufacturing time should've beenThe fact that I am not the only one who has experienced this makes it that much more infuriatingI not only did receive my product in time for my event, I waited another weeks and it wont even be here in time for halloweenWhy purchase something if it would not get here in time for said events?

I am very disappointed a business should be prompt I was trying to order my halloween outfit I didn't know my measurements the lady who usually helps with measurements didn't get back to me until it was to late I ended up ordering finding out it runs smalli wasted $the material they use is cheap tshirt material I don't want a refund im not wasting my time the top was originally $something imo its not worth it I will be keeping an eye on where I purchase things online it would be nice if they had a phone number its too much of a hassle through email another reason im not bothering with getting my money back

I placed an order for 2 corsets on sept 21st 2018. As of jan 3rd 2019 I still do not have the corsets and they are not even on their way to me. I was told on nov 4 that it was "their busy season" and my order would be shipped within a week as it was "on the next shipment" Nothing was shipped and it took me another month to get a response from them and that was with me emailing them at first 3 times a week for 2 weeks and finally daily for 2 weeks straight. on dec 16th I finally received a response saying one item was in the store and I should look for a tracking number the next day and they would contact the distributor about the other one but again it "should be on the next shipment" well now I have messaged them daily since dec 16 asking for my tracking number, my product...just a response. But as of yet I have nothing. I will begin emailing them twice a day until I get this resolved. but DONT use them. they are horrible!

Yes, you bought a sample clearly marked that no returns would be allowed.This is also covered on our Returns Policy page.We have detailed size charts and sizing help available.No returns, refunds, or exchanges for samples.

is not perfect and perhaps you have all our emails in your junk folder, but we have only the single email from you.This is the FIRST we have heard that you wanted a refund which has now been issued.Happy Monday.

I am rejecting this response because:As...

I stated, I want a refund.  The boots do not fit at all and there was no way to know that because a sizing chart is not offered.  Second, when reading the return policy, the policy talks about the custom made corsets and intimate wear.  It is NOT communicated clearly that boots cannot be returned and refunded.  I read through the entire policy several times to make sure and I looked at the sizing chart offered to avoid returns and it is a chart for corsets, not boots.

Sorry there have been manufacturing delays, when your order ships you will receive an email.

If you check your order invoice email you will see you were sent the exact size you ordered.Perhaps you selected the wrong size and when checking out?Perhaps you mis-read our sizing charts nor used our free size consultation service.In any case, we sent you the exact size ordered as we aren't mind or body size readers - we can only produce what is ordered.Again, very sorry for the unforseen manufacturing delays.We look forward to working with you on getting the correct size or a different item entirely.

company just ignores, delays than delays some more. It's a joke. I want a refund because even though I offered to accept another color I still haven't received it. It has nothing to do with custom order either since I found the same corsets on other sites & have received them already.
