buisness days. If it wasn't for the Revdex.com I would probably still be waiting. I needed this item for an event that recently passed and now will be waiting for about a year before I can even use it. I was trying to be understanding and had constant communication. I would like a refund. I am never using this company again and a store credit would do nothing for me.

I am rejecting this response because:1) I don't trust these people AT ALL to...

make good on their word, and (like they said themselves) the tracking number is not currently working, which means I have NO way to verify that anything has been shipped. 2) I feel that their response here was pretty ridiculous considering I've been waiting for over two full months at this point. We'll see if anything actually shows up.

I am rejecting this response because:
None of the delays were my fault. You sent me something that was eight sizes smaller than what I had originally ordered. If for some reason it was my fault for the delays or for the mishap on the size then I would understand. However, none of this was my fault. This was all on you. You sent me something over 50 business days late you sent me the wrong size. So it was on you to get me my refund. Why would I want store credit for a place I would never recommend or shop at ever again? I would like my refund. Thank you

As the policy you accepted clearly states there are no refunds after 48 hours.

start with no notice to me. I do not trust their words on the matter and expect a full refund on the item ordered.

I am rejecting this response because: I accepted your policy of a cancellation within 48 hours with the understanding The dress would take 12 to 16 days to produce and another 2 to 5 for shipping....

 You are exceeding that time frame by two weeks.  I should have been notified within the first 48 hours of your slow production so that I had the option of canceling.  You neglected to notify me.

I am rejecting this response because:According to the data on the USPS.com website (as seen in the attached screenshot), they still haven't even RECEIVED the item for shipment. It says they have only been NOTIFIED to expect the item. So the attempt to transfer some responsibility to them is quite frankly stupid and just the kind of move I've come to expect from you thieves.

Unfortunately, manufacturing delays happen beyond our control (fabric supplier issues, etc).Your order will be shipped as soon as possible and when it does you will be sent tracking information.
