DO NOT SHOP WITH THESE FRAUDULKANT LYING PEOPLE! On sept 21 I made an order for 2 corsets. it took almost 3 months to get the first one and I went back and forth with them for another 4 months. Well back and forth as in I emailed them begging for a response and an answer and I was ignored for a month at a time, then told I was being unreasonable for flooding them with emails and each time I was told it was on the enxt shipment. It wasn't.

THEN I TRY AND CHARGE BACK THE PURCHASE. what does this fine outstanding company do. they change the status in my orders section to delievered USED THE SAME TRACKING # AS THE FIRST CORSET and then told the credit card company that they had both delivered it and I was past my 120 days to file such a complaint.

they don't have a phone number because they know there service sucks and they don't want to deal with the countless complaints they would be flooded with if they did. This is CLEARLY a chase of interstate commerce fraud, which would care a federal and local offence to it since they went across state lines to defraud me of my money and product.

Please spread this and all the other complaints that are out there around the web. these deceitful liars should be put out of business. They care nothing for their customers, claim to make their own product but then blame delays on manufactures. Put these people out of business.

Go ahead Chad Koss, Eve, or Vivian...respond. I dare you to say you delivered the products. I can post our email interactions...want me to show people where you used the same tracking number for 2 different dats 4 months apart? Come on give a reply back and explain to everyone how you are correct in withholding both my money and product and how your 12 emails in 8 months is adequate.

You were sent citrine - the same color as pictured on the website We apologize the tag said "Ivory", but there is Ivory option for that item and manufacturing has corrected their error As for shipping times, unforeseenmanufacturing delays do happen whether us or a billion dollar

It's unfortunate when unforeseen manufacturing delays happen - it's just part of the made to order garment business.We responded to your emails and have responded in like kind here on Revdex.com.The terms of service you accepted at checkout remain in place and the only option for your is store credit - perhaps use it to get a gift for someone else.Regards

Your order wasn't "suddenly shipped" it was shipped on the original date, but for whatever reason the USPS didn't start reporting progress on the tracking number for several days which occasionally happens You can check with them about the delays in their system As you accepted at checkout there are no refunds only store credit if you want to pay the return of your item

The customer does not wish a response, but the Revdex.com system requires we respond or be penalized.In short, our items are hand made and not manufactured until ordered, thus they are "made to order" - we do not claim any differently.Our products are not made in ***.The customer was never threatened and
the customer service representative could have handled the situation better and will be handled.The customer has been fully refunded and can keep the item from this order

As stated in the return policy - you can return shoes for store credit within days of shipment You are welcome to return the boots for store credit Per the return policy you accepted at checkout refunds are not provided
