Very poor customer service, Do not return emails, phone messages or answer their phones Ordered a pair of Gerbing electric socks 11/Received them and tried them outSeemed to work okWent hunting end of Nov., walked yds to my stand, right one worked, left one shorted outCalled the w/s when I got homeVery polite lady said she would email a return mailing slip and would replace socks upon their receiving 1st pairGot 2nd pair after waiting 2-weeksTried them out morning of 1/4/16, worked okWife and I then drove to park for a walk in the degree weather thinking it would be a good test, Left one worked, right one shortedAfter recharging battery, must be an auto safety shut off to protect battery in case of fault, I tried againright sock started sparkingI had earlier emailed and called, with no answers as to the were about of the replacement socksI emailed again on or about 12/30/that if I did not hear from them I would dispute the charge with my card co and turn to social mediaSo low and behold on 1/5/Justin from w/s calls and says he is sorry for the confusion, they are so busyExplained to him what happened to the 2nd pairIt was agreed he would email return postage slip and send a 3rdpairThat was 1/5/Numerous emails and messages on their phone have gone answeredToday called my card co and they said enough is enough, credited with the purchase priceDon't waste your time with this company

on March 2, which came after I initiated a credit dispute with my bank to recover my money My initial debit was $and I also wish to recover the $postage I had to pay to ship back the first package because the shipping label they provided had insufficient postage It is their error as they shipped me the wrong size They never should have shipped me a second pair of gloves because I verbally cancelled a second order which would have constituted an exchange as they are trying to argue I verbally cancelled my order with the fellow who emailed the shipping label for the first package.It is now months that this has dragged on.*** ***Sent from my ***

The Warming Store is a scam-store. They owe me a refund for a product I paid for with my credit card. They said it was on back order, and their return policy is 30 days. I needed the boots for walking sooner, so I cancelled the order, and asked to make sure they delete my credit card info. They never sent me an email confirmation for either my order, nor for the refund, nor a confirmation that they would delete my credit card info. I emailed them with no response. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told I'd get a call back. When they did not call back, I called them. I spoke with three people, and when I insisted that I get an email confirming my cancellation of my order and deletion of my info, they laughed at me. I told them that this is not acceptable, and I called my credit card company to start a dispute process. They made it impossible to deal with them any other way.

Your product was never delivered in timeI did receive an email however it also state of the product would be in on the 19thThat day came and went somebody one time the state is going to be in on the 24th and overnight shipped to my residence that they came and gone no communicationI had a clothing allowance which required the product to be shipped in the year I made over attempts to communicate via email and phone calls however emails were never answered, voicemails were never returned and no customer service representative could ever have been reachedThis was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my years of lifeI did recently Receive the item I ordered however this was the most frustrating experience and I will never do that againHere is thete response.

I purchased gloves as a gift and contacted the warming store that they did not work only to be informed I must send to manufacturer for service. I would advise using a supplier that is reputable about returns
