We have received back the gloves you purchased. However because you filed a chargeback dispute with your credit card we can not directly issue a refund but have instructed PayPal (our credit card processor) that it is OK to issue you a full refund. Hopefully they will issue this credit shortly....

Review: I ordered an electric blanket from this business on 12-11-14 and was immediately charged for the product. I have sent emails and called customer service and have never been able to reach anyone, nor have I received any response back via email or phone.

I would like to know when I may expect delivery of my product.

Their customer service response appears to be non-existent, and leads me to wonder if I will ever receive my product.Desired Settlement: I would like immediate delivery of my order or a cash refund. My order number is [redacted]

Review: I purchased a jacket from thewarmingstore.com. The jacket cost $184.95. When delivered the jacket was not the jacket advertised,. I returned the jacket in original packaging in new condition. Thewarmingstore.com customer service offered me a $35 refund on a $185. I refused and require my entire purchase price refunded. Thewarmingstore.com representative ststed they would refund the entire amount and has not done so. Saying their return processor is "sick with the flu". I want my full purchase price refunded.Desired Settlement: I would like the full purchase price of $184.95 refunded to my [redacted] account.

Review: I purchased an item via internet on 12/1/14. A USPS tracking number was issued on a 'pre-order'. There is no additional tracking information. USPS has not received/processes any package associated with my tracking number. I have phone the so-called customer service number at least 20 times, getting the same recorded music and then told to leave a voice mail.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of my purchase. After looking on social media, I have found multiple people with the exact same problem. This company needs to be put out of business for false advertising.

No where on my order did they inform me the item was a pre-order. I appreciate your help with this matter. I have received a response from The Warming Company that my order will be refunded.

Review: I initially ordered a heated fleece jacket from the Warming Store (online) on Jan 14 and it was delivered within the week but the size was too small so I returned it and requested a larger size on Jan 22. I still have not received the new jacket. On Feb 6 it was supposedly shipped but then on Feb 13 I got an email from the Warming Store that the item was out of stock and that it would be an additional 1-2 weeks before it was even delivered. By the time it will eventually arrive I will no longer be living at the same address and have sent them multiple emails and voice mails telling them to send it to a new address. But nobody has returned my messages to acknowledge they are aware of this. At this point, I have already been charged and paid for the jacket on my credit card.Desired Settlement: I would like someone from the Warming Store to acknowledge they are aware that they need to send it to a new address. I would also like the charges for the jacket reversed until they actually have the jacket in stock and it is shipped. Lastly I want them to ship my jacket free of charge to my new address due to the hassles I have had to endure.

Review: I ordered two products from The Warming Store on 11/14/2014 and have not received anything as of yet. I have tried to contact company and they do not answer calls or emails. I contacted the postal service where they say they shipped said items an they never received my order to ship. I have called the store number ten time left five messages sent two emails and am getting no response. My credit card has been charged but am not receiving itemsDesired Settlement: I either want my order shipped immediately or a full credit. I will no longer do business with this company

Review: I ordered an item from mycoolingstore.com on 12/21/14. I got a reply that the item was backordered. In the reply it had an order number and a contact email for questions. I replied on the same date asking when is the expected shipment/product availability date. I followed up with another email on 1/2/15. Then another on 1/3/15. I have called customer service ([redacted]) twice 1/12/15 and left messages. Neither the emails, nor the phone messages have been returned. This business charged my card on 12/21/14 .... so they have gotten their money but will not respond to any question/correspondence. In the email I am referencing, the address of this company, [redacted], is [redacted], Philadelphia, PA. On their web site and the information that I put in the previous form on this web site is different.Desired Settlement: I request that they refund the money. I will purchase the item from another company. [redacted]The credit card used to purchase this item has been compromised since the purchase. The account is closed...I will need a refund by check.[redacted]
