We see multiple calls from the consumer from 7/24-7/26, and all but one were hang ups ranging from 6 to 34 seconds long, Thrifty finally received a message from the customer on 7/26/17 at which time she had placed her complaint to the Revdex.com.  Thrifty no longer services the consumers area,...

therefore Mrs. [redacted]  is entitled to a full refund which has been processed for $443.99   this is for the remaining pre-buy gallons on the account.

I am rejecting this response because:e tank was overfilled! I left several messages as well as the Manchester EMT's.

Thrifty mailed a check # [redacted] out on 12-1-16 in the amount of $1612.47 to the address listed on the account.

that was the 1 and only time they put methanol in the tank and was going to replace the regulator which was already (out of my pocket) done because they never came out prior.  I was told there was no way to test the tank for water inside which is why the regulator is freezing up.  The only way for water to be inside was wither they installed it that way or its in the propane.  We had to place a light over the regulator so it would not constantly freeze up last winter since they never came out ans promised.  My elderly parents live their and I'm not risking no heat for them.  Please just replace everything as stated in your WARRANTY!

I am rejecting this response because:
When I ordered propane it said 3 to 5 business days. I know people who have ordered months ago. Thrifty propane is either out of business keeping peoopre- buy gas money or just cannot keep up with there supply and demand.  This is the first time I’ve ever heard of 15 business days. We have gone with a different company, thank goodness they were able too come today. And we’re are these calls being sent to what state or should I say what country, these people cannot even speak clearly English.

Customer received delivery today 1/16/17 the 15th business day.  We do apologize for the delay we have had many unforeseen weather and road conditions making very difficult to handle incoming calls looking for ETA.

I responded that the CC was indeed credited by Thrifty and for the customer to take a look at their account and please respond.

We are unsure what the customer is asking for.  The communications in December 2017 are asking for a BOS to be emailed to him and it was emailed on 4/3/17 and 12/12/17 to [redacted].  What is it exactly the customer is looking for?  A refund on the 150 gallons remaining on...

their prebuy?  They can refer to the BOS for cancellation policy.

The money was refunded back to our credit card. It is a shame that it took reaching out to the Revdex.com to get this matter resolved. We most definitely will not be recommending this company to anyone we know that is looking for a propane provider.

I spoke with this customer on 1/4/18 and customer was very understanding.  We did refund his the 150 gallons of prebuy with check $3900 $211.50 and his BOS to the address listed on the account with a signature needed.
