We have spoke to the customer several times on 11/14 and 11/15 informed customer that tank is scheduled to be set on 11/17/17 - driver was sick on 11/13/17

We regret the customer's unsatisfactory experience. The customer called in on 2-1-17 and cancelled the order with Thrifty.  Indicated they found a local provider to deliver them propane.

(Revdex.com - Consumer filed second complaint, which appears to be a continuation of previous dispute.  Combining cases and adding detail for rebuttal.)I am rejecting this response because: Had a complaint just get resolved for this issue but the company did not come through with their promise. I received the tank and was told that the propane fill would be delivered between a week and two weeks. It has been almost a month now and they haven't completed this. I originally purchased the tank and propane fill on 5-30-17. Follow up using the last case number of complaint # [redacted]. Thank you Consumer’s Desired Resolution: Would like my already paid for order delivered and discount for all of this hassle

I have sent this to Ryan to help resolve your problem.  But please know, that in the future if we cannot accommodate your repair needs, our top priority is delivery of propane, and a local repair company will do the same.  Thank you for understanding.

I am emailing in regards to the Complaint ID [redacted] that I filed against Thrifty Propane....

 I received the response that they sent back to Revdex.com and it says they have sent me a refund of $251.74 back on 4/11 but I have not received either a credit to my card or a check in the mail (they are based out of Medina, OH and I am in Delaware, OH so the mail shouldn't take that long to get here).  They also say I spoke to a CSR which I certainly did not even after leaving multiple messages on their voicemail.  What do I do if I haven't received the refund within the 10 calendar day response period?Thank you for your help,[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: I never received propane or a receipt of sale.

Thrifty delivered 388 gallons to the customer on 3-17-16 at 3:52 p.m.

Thrifty apologizes for the unsatisfactory experience. Thrifty removed the lock from the customer's tank on 12-20-16. Thrifty gave the customer 50 free gallons on 12-20-16. If the customer would like to receive a fill up on the tank, the customer will need to call Thrifty.

Thrifty called the customer on 6-6-16 and let her know we were unable to meet this order.
Thrifty refunded the customer the full amount of $2912.53.

Thrifty regrets the customer's unsatisfactory experience.Thrifty delivered 650 gallons to the customer on 10-4-16 for the price of .689 a gallon.

We apologize for the inconvenience and a refund is being processed and the order canceled.

I have sent this to upper mgmt, and we will be out to get the tank, thank you for your patience.

I am rejecting this response because:
They are not telling customers 7 to 15 business days when order is placed. And the know what deliveries they have and they should know date if they cant handle deliveries in other states they should not be taking orders

Hello, Mrs [redacted] did request a reciept to be mailed to her, our first step in this situation is email.  This gives the customer the receipt in a click of a button.  This was attempted twice, the same way we send other customers receipts without any problems.  To satisfy Mrs...

[redacted], I have dropped a hard paper copy in the mail to her.  We would like to thank Mrs [redacted] for her for being a Thrifty Propane customer.

The BOS was emailed to  [redacted]. ON JAN 30TH 18---- I REFUNDED THE $238.67 WE OWE HER TO HER CHECK BY PHONE ON FILE. Which should be in her bank by overnight typically.  I have attached another copy of the BOS.

Please call us as soon as your tank can take the 394 gallons left on your prebuy.  In the future, you can feel free to call another local supplier that will meet your terms.

I have sent this to get delivery today.  We apologize for the delay.  Please remember for the future you own your tank and can call another local supplier if they can deliver sooner and you are in this situation.
