On 10/20/16, duplicated payments processed in error due to a system issue with our 3rd Party Payment Processor Their system, in error, processed duplicate payments on customer accounts for transactions dated 9/23/again on 10/20/ Our organization was notified by the 3rd party payment processor of the error and was directed to advise customers that payments would be refunded back to their account as quickly as possible Ms [redacted] was advised of the error as soon as we were aware of it and was advised that a refund to her account was in place A refund was issued by the 3rd party processor on 10/21/for the amount of $ In addition, we issued Ms [redacted] a refund for any overdrafts that this error created in good faith for $ This payment was issued and mailed to Ms [redacted] on 10/28/The error was immediately corrected and all monies were returned to MsTyler Tio Rico Te Ayuda was not at fault for the error that occurred, however we fully understand the impact the error had on our customers and immediately joined forces with the 3rd party payment processing staff to aide in correcting the error and resolve customer accounts We have been advised that new procedures / processes have been implemented by our 3rd party payment processor to prevent such errors from happening again Thank you,Chris M***Director Loan ServicingTio Rico Te Ayuda (ANFS Inc)Direct: [redacted] Fax: [redacted] Tell us why here

We apologize for the inconvenience. There was an error in processing the title release. We submitted for an electronic release of the title as soon as we were made aware ( May 3 ). Mr. [redacted] is welcome to come to our location at [redacted] to pick up a title if he does not want to wait for... it to arrive by mail. I had a emergency this month, I stopped in to Tio Rico in AvondaleThe staff was very friendly and curiousThey helped me with a personal lone process, they were patient even thoe I did not have all my requirements on hand, they were able to helpIn the future I would recommend friends and familythank you for your help Tio rico

We are unable to locate the account number with any of the information given to usPlease provide more detailed info such as the name of the person on the account, the account number, or the complete Vin number associated with the account

We apologize about the misunderstandingThe balance comes from a few late payments which caused more interest to accrue thus the last and final payment was biggerIn the interest of good faith we have closed the account and marked it as paid in fullThank you for the opportunity to solve this

Went down to 24st and Roosevelt great customer service the manager Susana D*** was very helpful and very pleasant I would not ask for better service she explained everything nice and clear and I would recommend this location to friends and family

I spoke to Mrs *** *** on 10/23/After reviewing the account with Mrs*** and the notes on the accountI agreed to issue a credit to the remaining balanceAt this point the account is paid off and the title has been released back to Mrs***Customer service is always
the first priority here at Tio Rico Te Ayuda

COME TO STORE AT DISERT RD AND I DEAL WITH YAEL SHE WAS GREAT WITH THE SERVICE.....

Disregarding this as a simple error is unacceptable. The refund process may have been STARTED immediately but it took a WEEK to actually receive a refund to my account and then later after that a mailed refund of the overdraft fee. Banks take time to refund money which is standard... I cannot blame my bank for going through their normal processing time for refund to correct something that was not their error. It is not fair or safe to assume that regular people with children and bills and responsibilities can afford to have over $200 ripped from their account due to an error and we are suppose to just understand and patiently wait for OUR money to be returned. Being out of town dealing with the death of my grandfather and having this happen caused me real life problems during my trip. I feel I've been told since this happened to get over it which isn't even sympathetic. I no longer Trust Tio Rico or whoever this 3rd party is with my personal account info. It is not my responsibility to patiently wait for my money to be returned it is Tio Ricos responsibility to make sure things like this do not happen.
