My experience with the Tio Rico office located on Dysart Road was a very rewarding and great customer experience. Yael was very informative, provided quality customer service, very friendly, hassle free, and very thorough. I was really stressed out before due to needing a loan and she made me feel very comfortable and feel at ease. I am a very happy customer and I thank Yael and Tio Rico for everything.

On 10/20/16, duplicated payments processed in error due to a system issue with our 3rd Party Payment Processor.  Their system, in error, processed duplicate payments on customer accounts for transactions dated 9/23/16 again on 10/20/16.  Our organization was notified by the 3rd party...

payment processor of the error and was directed to advise customers that payments would be refunded back to their account as quickly as possible.  Ms. [redacted] was advised of the error as soon as we were aware of it and was advised that a refund to her account was in place.  A refund was issued by the 3rd party processor on 10/21/16 for the amount of $206.00.  In addition, we issued Ms. [redacted] a refund for any overdrafts that this error created in good faith for $34.00.  This payment was issued and mailed to Ms. [redacted] on 10/28/16. The error was immediately corrected and all monies were returned to Ms. Tyler.  Tio Rico Te Ayuda was not at fault for the error that occurred, however we fully understand the impact the error had on our customers and immediately joined forces with the 3rd party payment processing staff to aide in correcting the error and resolve customer accounts.  We have been advised that new procedures / processes have been implemented by our 3rd party payment processor to prevent such errors from happening again.   Thank you,Chris M[redacted]Director Loan ServicingTio Rico Te Ayuda (ANFS Inc)Direct: [redacted]Fax: [redacted]Tell us why here...

In response to Complaint ID: [redacted] On 3/27/2014 Mrs. [redacted]’s car was impounded. The next day she called our customer service department and spoke to [redacted]. [redacted] explained the process and let her know that we would be able to recover the vehicle and forward...

the fees to her.  Mrs. [redacted]’s statement “plus the fee for Tio Rico to [redacted] it” is somewhat incorrect. Tio Rico does not charge any additional fees to recover vehicles from the impound yard, this is not a service we promote or “offer”. We do this as a courtesy to help customers in this situation. We only pass along the fees that we incur in the process.  [redacted] had started the process to recover Mrs. [redacted]’s vehicle from [redacted]. She had called in and asked how much it will cost to recover the vehicle, she relayed the information she was given to Mrs. [redacted]. [redacted] proceeded with the process and was able to recover the vehicle from [redacted]. However when we made the appointment at [redacted] to recover the vehicle the amount they told us we needed to pay was different. They had quoted a $135 [redacted] plus $20 per day in storage. The actual charge was a $250 [redacted] plus the storage fees. The representative from [redacted] stated that he was looking at the wrong account when we first called to ask about the fees. This was also explained to Mrs. [redacted]. The total charge from [redacted] was $370 (invoice attached and on file). Tio Rico is not a [redacted] company nor does it own any [redacted] trucks or any storage lots. Priority [redacted]ing was contracted to retrieve the vehicle from [redacted]’s lot. Priority [redacted]ing [redacted]ed the vehicle from the impound lot and held the car in their own lot for Mrs. [redacted] to pick up. Priority charges $15 per day for storage fees. They also charged $70 for the [redacted]. The total fees from Priority were $70 for the [redacted] and $30 for storage. ( invoices attached and on file). We are not sure where the $30 day of storage comes from. It seems to be a misunderstanding as the charge is only $15 per day.  The vehicle was ready to be picked up and was being stored at Priority [redacted]ing’s yard. Unfortunately we can not control how other companies operate their business and thus do not control their hours of operations. Priority [redacted]ing only makes appointments to pick up vehicles on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday by 5 PM. Mrs. [redacted] was not under any “stipulations” nor was she treated like a customer that had “failed to pay” she was simply subject to the same hours and appointments that are available to any customer. In an effort tot help Mrs. [redacted] we only attempted to recover her vehicle and set her appointment as soon as possible for her.  Mrs. [redacted] came into our office to set the appointment and pay the fees. She paid $500.00 in cash. The cashier that took the payment also had her paperwork for the appointment. She had placed her change on the sideand laid the paperwork down on top of it. Mrs. [redacted] asked for her change and the cashier replied “oh, I didn’t give you your change?” She then looked underneath the paper work handed it to her and apologized about the mistake. In no way was she trying “not to give her the change”. Desired Settlement: Explanation of charges: All invoices have been attached. Refund for additional Fees: there were no additional fees therefore no refund is warranted.  Unfortunately Mrs. [redacted] is not the only customer that gets impounded and we have to help with several situations like this on a daily basis and try to process each one as fast as we can. Had her car been left at [redacted] Mrs. [redacted] would have paid a much higher amount than she did, since we removed it for her. this organization is awesome the customer service reps were very helpful
made sure I got what I needed .. I would recommend any one who need a regeneration loan to go to the bell road location

removed her phone number from her account to ensure that she will not receive phone calls in regards to her account in order to prevent any frustration for Ms. [redacted].  Review of Ms. [redacted]’s account shows that when contact is made with her, she refuses to deal with our Customer Care Center Agents and is not cooperative in working towards a solution to her account needs.  We ask that Ms. [redacted] ensure that her payments are made on her due date and should she need any assistance to please contact our Customer Care Center and we will gladly assist her. Chris M[redacted]

Henry at Avondale was very pleasant. He provided great customer service and did a great job with helping me get a loan. I will refer my friends and family to him if they ever need a loan.
