I would definitely recommend 16st their customer service is above and beyond. They helped me get my documents that I had forgotten to bring in. The girl's are silly and great! Their not mean like most places they make you feel very welcomed.

These Tio Rico reps are the most annoying I have ever come across. If you do not answer the phone they will immediately start calling your contacts and place of employment. SOOO think really hard about getting a loan with these loan sharks and giving contact information because if you are in the shower and don't answer, they will start calling your friends, family, and work. Go sell your gold or have a yard sale collect unwanted stuff from your friends and family and sell it, instead of getting a loan from these people, borrow from your parents. Have a friend and relative give u a loan on your car, give someone you trust your car title and sign a note with a notary public so they know its official. DONT BORROW FROM THEM.
