I received a call from my son in city jail. They charged my account $116 , plus 19.99 for service plus $10 per call. My account was billed close to $200! For 3 calls. I closed account and no money will be refunded! Thieves! That’s how they make money on human suffering.

I have been charged for two months of this jail collect calling system and I have never talked to anyone in jail. I need this off. I have no way of getting in touch with anyone. Numbers are machines and websites are expired. This is absolutely ridiculous.
