No the invoice does not have any of our numbers listed on it. Just my husbands name and our address, the account number, invoice number, billing date, delinquent date, charges and TIP Systems information. [redacted]

There were actually 2 calls accepted.  I pulled the recording and there were no conversation and I will remove the charges.  But this was not fraudulent billing,  our system does not know if there is actually a conversation or not, it bills when the person presses 1 to...

After receiving one phone call from someone in a jail which I sadly accepted - and after paying the initial charge to Tip Systems, L.L.C, I have requested the refund of my remaining balance of $18.51 but this organization never has anyone with whom you can file a concern, they never have anyone answering a phone call and the recorded message says "no agents are available at this time". I have called no less than three times and have sent two E-mails with no response.

Desired Settlement: I want them to refund my money. Next step will be to file a claim with the Revdex.com and the Federal Commission. Because if there are not refunding the unused balance in order to charge more fees then this company is guilty of deceptive practices and I'm sure the texas attorney general would like to receive my complaint.

I received an invoice that had my name and address, but the phone number they listed IS NOT MINE! I have NEVER accepted any collect calls on my phone number, let alone a call from the jail listed. Of course when I tried calling I never got a real person, got the run around on their phone system, finally got a to leave a voicemail stating the invoice number and that the phone number was not mine. The message response said it would be taken care of. And today, I got ANOTHER invoice with late fee, refill charge, and current charges plus the past due charges! OMG, how do I stop this nightmare?!

This company should be SHUT DOWN! My husband is in our local police lockup for a BS charge and when he tried to call me, the Tip system states that it costs a minimum of $29.95 to open an account, then another $4.95 to set up an account before the call will even be connected...Wtf, $34.90 and this only covers a 10 minute call, so it literally costs $3.49 a MINUTE! I called the police dept and thankfully a nice officer gave a couple messages back and forth for us but when someone has a loved one in jail, finances are already a mess between that person being unable to work, the time that the free person has to take off from work for court dates, visits and so on...not to mention the cost of taking care of someone whos incarcerated. This company is financially raping people who are already going through a financial and emotional crisis. I am aware that price gouging is illegal and that's exactly what TIP is doing as we have to use them if we want to talk to our loved one. I've already called the Attorney General here in CT, filed a complaint with the Revdex.com(which TIP has an F rating with because of the hundreds of complaints of over billing, double billing, BS service fees Etc) and as soon as I moist this, I am going to look for other means of submitting as many complaints and bad reviews as possible on every site possible! To the TIP people...suck it and I pray y'all have to suffer as we are.

I received a bill from TIP for collect calls made to a phone number that I have not been responsible for since 2013. I attempted to reach TIP several times only to go thru a bunch of recordings and then the recording said the mailbox was full and an error occurred and then I got disconnected. I want TIP to acknowledge I am not responsible for these charges and remove my name from the phone number.

This organization never has anyone with whom you can file a concern, they never have anyone answering a phone call and their only pursuit is to strong arm and threaten. I am sure no one has accepted any agreement that would justify these tactics. I am having my lawyer contact them and insist that they curtail their persistent and annoying procedures or TIP will be sued for harassment.

Review: Received an invoice [redacted] for a charge of $18.80 for a 3 minute call to or from a Webster Texas [redacted] while no one except the dogs were home. I contacted [redacted] to see if they had any other fraudulent charges on my account and was told no. I was told to dispute the account with the vendor. Not sure how they can claim this charge is accurate and I was not able to raise a live person by calling the number on the invoice. The answering voice just wanted to access my account??? Review: I received a bill for charges that I never participating in, authorized and fraudulent in manner. I have also called the number given on the bill numerous times and not able to talk to anyone. Their system hangs up saying they have a full mailbox and systems error.

This is a company that bills for private phone system in a jail, prison...I would never use or authorize such services.Desired Settlement: I want a bill noting that charges are not mine, these unauthorized charges are cancelled/eliminated and no further billing is ever permitted in my name...and to make sure that by not paying this bill my credit will not be effected in any way.

Review: I received a bill from tip systems for a collect call accepted on a phone number from a police station. The phone number that accepted the call is not my phone number. When I tried to call the company to resolve the issue, I cannot get anyone on the phone, I am repeatedly told that no operators are available and I need to call on the phone that accepted the collect call in order to be helped. I cannot call from that phone number since it is not my phone.Desired Settlement: I want the bill to be taken away since it is not my bill.
