TO took 89.95 without my consent! I spoke with a rep he would only refund me $50, said I would get the other 39.95 after he verified I called.
Feb 21st I ordered this TO keto pills. I knew it was to good to be true, so I called number on the back on Feb 24th and spoke with a Rep, who said she was cancelling my acct. Didn't provide me with no cancellation number or anything! On March 9th my acct was charged 89.95 without consent! I tried twice calling them, stayed on hold each time without successfully reaching anyone. I tried emailing them, mailer-dameon error came back using email on product ([email protected]) I don't understand how all these complaints, they haven't been shut down!! How are you gone tell me you keeping 39.95 of my money until you verify if I called yesterday! I think not!! I think it's time for a Class Action Lawsuit!
I had my cousin order a bottle just to see if there were a terms and condition page attached saying there would be a charge and nope there was not!! They bait you in with this 4.95 bs and think it's ok to go into people's accounts unbeknownst! The gentleman name Marcus said he would send me a check for the $50, but I want all my money!!

Top Organic advertises free samples of their product and only charge for shipping. You are then charged $88.97 + $89.95 2 1/2 weeks later unknowingly.
I ordered a free sample of NextLevel Keto and NextLevel Cleanse and was supposed to only owe shipping and handling. About 2 1/2 weeks later I was charged $88.97 + $89.95. I never signed up for anything with Top Organic, I only wanted to try the free sample. I called the company to find out why I extra charges on my debit card and they explained that in the terms and conditions I signed up for a membership of some kind. They claimed that I signed up for a free 14 day trial and that I should've cancelled within the 14 days. Had I known this, I certainly would have cancelled but it was no where in print and it was advertised as a free sample. The company agreed to cancel my account and refund me $60/transaction that I should see in 3-5 business days. I feel that I should receive a full refund of $88.97 + $89.95 (total of $178.92), instead I can only get a total refund of $120. They were not honest in advertising their product, it definitely said free sample, just pay for shipping and handling. They are very misleading by inserting very fine print in their terms and conditions which you never receive in writing when you receive their product.
I would like a full refund of $178.92. They are supposed to refund me $120.00, that is $60.00 for the debit card charge of $88.97 and $60.00 for the debit card charge of $89.95. I only received an email regarding the $60.00 refund for the orginal charge of $89.95. I want a full refund and I do not want an account with this company.
As of 03/16/2020, I have not heard directly from the business. I did, however, receive the $120 credit that they told me they would give me.
yes this is a scam. they sent the production and subscribed me to future purchases. I didn't know this until I read these complaints so I called and they verified I was going to be charged. When I ordered, it said on the checkout page, it WAS NOT a subscription. I'm sorry I didn't print that. The products don't even work. When I called to make they don't send me anything in the future, they told me I have to return the free products. When I said I would dispute the shipping charges, and put a negative review on Revdex.com site, they told me to keep the products and I won't be charged in the future. I told them they have all negative reviews because they are a scam!

I ordered a free trial from Top Organic. I have received unwanted and authorized shipments.
I have received several shipments from this company. I only asked for the free trial sample. There was no instructions included in the box for canceling the subscription. I have researched how to cancel and finally found in very small print on the bottle, the address of the company. I have received 3 unwanted shipments and request all three be refunded. The bottles have not been opened and I can return them if necessary.

The business has agreed to refund one shipment. I received many shipments but it's my fault for not pursuing a resolution before now.
Typical continuity scam. A free sample for $5.95, then after 14 days, they automatically charge you $89.95 because the sample that was sent was a full 30 day supply.
Deceptive and misleading advertising - I have also reported it to the FTC.

I ordered the FREE sample from the website. Upon placing my order for the first product, it showed another product. The shipping and handling on both items totaled a little more than $10 which they required me to pay immediately. And by the way, there was NO WAY to DELETE the 2nd product, as it was added directly to my order.
Knowing most places that you order from, you will see where it says about cancellation directions and where you will be charged for further product. When I signed up I looked carefully for any disclosure like this if I didn't cancel. I didn't locate any. Surprisingly in 16 days, I found 2 charges on my checking account, one for $89.95 and $88.97!
I called Top Organic-Labs and I told them to CANCEL IMMEDIATELY!
I said that I would send my free sample back, even though I paid that $10 S&H. They wanted me to pay this fee and that fee and I told them absolutely not! I was NOT paying a restocking fee or any thing else! I told them I wanted my money back NOW.
The female that I spoke with was a total scam artist using language that was condescending and forceful. It infuriated me that they wanted it back and didn't want to pay me back the S&H. At any rate, It is costing me over $19 for the returns.
Fine print on site when ordering was printed over details specific to credit card charges etc. difficult to read. Only intended to accept free trial.

I ordered a certain one time purchase bottle for an affordable price and was sent two bottles of I don't know what for like 3 times the other ! My bank had to find the company as all my emails and calls were a dead end until now that I reported it . They were falsely advertising on Facebook with pictures of the shark tank that was fake . I learned a good lesson here . No more on line purchases . There was no where it said monthly deliveries. I don't have the money for that . They were wrong .

Keto tablets caused my heart to beat too fast, so I only took one of that sample and none of the Cleanse tablets. I received 4 emails today from Top Organic. Two stated that my "subscription" had been cancelled and two more stated that they were refunding the payments they charged to my credit card. I will keep these emails until I see that the money has been refunded. Thank you Revdex.com for your action that caused their reaction.
The top keto product trial pack for a trial price transaction had no mention of automatic enrollment in a subscription and charge.
The company cheated by offering product as free trial with no mention of automatic enrollment and subscription charge within 14 days and retire of free trial product . In order confirmation also there was no mention of term of free trial or returning of free trial product . They don't even mention the subscription price when you are getting free trial product. Also free trial is supposed to be free which is not the case they charged automatically after 14 days without consent and when I cancel the subscription asked me to return the product given for free trial.

It took two weeks for the samples to arrive and no where did I ever see the 14 day trial informtion nor agree to pay the $89 each for the samples.
I ordered the sample based on 9/2 with the limited time trial offer only charging shipping cost. The Detox was a another free sample with only shipping cost. I never saw the disclaimer that it would cost $89 if I didn't call them within the 14 days. The package was delivered on 9/11. That was 9 days after the order and not enough time to even start taking the product. They just charged my account $89 for both the garcinia and the detox without my permission. Because of another health issue I did not open the container or even start the trial. I would happily send back the product but I want a full refund. This is bad business and false advertising.

Company held product 10 days before shipping + 3 days shipping = 13 days, thus using most of 17 day trial before I got the product. Refund requested.
Ordered Detox & Keto from Top Organic thinking the 17 day trial period was from delivery date I was informed the 17 day trial period is 3 days shipping + 14 day trial beginning on the order date. With that in mind here is the timeline for my order:

Shipping confirmation sent: 8/12/19 @ 2:06 pm
Product delivered: 8/23/19 @ 2:46 pm

This indicates Top Organic held the package for 10 days before actually shipping it. Shipping took 3 full days. So the actual trial period was less than 4 days. It's obvious this company had no intention of honoring the 17 day free trial. By holding the package for 10 days the trial period was significantly reduced.
A phone call to customer support resulted in a run around to get to a "supervisor" who offered a partial refund. I cannot use the product, it makes me ill so I asked for a full refund and return authorization. They will not allow opened product to be returned and again offered a partial refund. I want all of my money back due to the devious practice of holding the product for most of the trial period. Had I received the product within the promised 3 day shipping period I would have been able to contact the company to cancel the order within the 17 day trial period.
I have submitted a charge dispute with my credit card company, but I am hoping Top Organic will do the right thing and voluntarily provide a full refund.

Meaning that they already gave you or are going to give you the amount disputed. I ordered thru an add on Facebook, the Keto and colon cleanse, each was billed separately. I received a call regarding a $89.00 charge on my CC.
I ordered the keto support and I am top organic: cleanse and I receive them one was billed at 595 and one was billed at 495. I have tried calling the company as well as looking up their website and none of the phone numbers work and when I go to email it just bounces back to me. I wish to cancel this suppose it subscription, which I do not want nor did I authorize. My credit card has denied one request for an $89 payment and advise me to contact them and gave me a number but that number does not work either. I'm a senior citizen on Social Security disability and I do not have the kind of money to continue this. I paid for a free trial for a product of theirs and a few weeks later they charged my card nearly $180 for the products.
On July 29th 2019 I purchased a free trial of top organic detox and top organic Keto for $4.95 and $5.95. On August 16th 2019 I was charged on my card for $88.97 and $89.95. I did not authorize these payments and when I went to contact them via the phone number they provided it connected me to a car dealership.
