2 Unauthorized charges to my checking account.
I ordered 1 bottle each of Top Organic Detox and Top Organic Garcinia and was told I only had to pay shipping. On 10/08/18. Then when going over my bank statement I found 2 Unauthorized charges to my checking account. One for $48.93 on 10/31/18 and the other for $89.95 on10/26/18. The internet add said I only had to pay shipping for one bottle of detox($4.95) and one bottle of garcinia ($5.95) product. Order Number: XXXXX. I read all the fine print before ordering and there wasn't any mention that it was a trial offer or that you would have to pay full price for the product after a certain number of days on the emails or packing slip or I wouldn't have ordered in the first place. I called the customer service department and was told they could cancel future orders but could only refund $70.00 on the garcinia and nothing on the detox. I got very sick from the products. The woman I spoke to was not helpful and rude.

Desired Outcome

I want my money back. I have no problem paying the shipping cost as that is what I agreed to.

They don't have contact number and they have a disconnected number.
I'm trying to contact the company for a product I order because apparently you automatic become a monthly member and they charge $80 . In which im trying to contact them to cancel it but they have no working number and they don't reply to their emails.

Ordered a free trial of their product and 8/29/2018 and they billed me $89.95 10/24/2018 for an ongoing subscription without my permission
8/29/2018 Ordered Top Organic Garcinia Cambogia Free Trial $5.95
10/24/2018 billed $89.95, called company to question transaction. I was informed that I had subscribed to an ongoing monthly subscription for product. I was told that they were sorry that I did not read the terms and conditions. I informed them that there were no terms and conditions stated when I purchased the free trial that I would be entering into a monthly subscription for $89.95.
She stated they could not give a full refund but could give me $50 back if I kept the product that was on its way to me or $35 now and $35 within 4 to 6 weeks when product was returned and keep $19.95 for re-stocking fee. I asked for a supervisor, she stated no that she was not going to transfer me to one.
I pressed the issue to speak to a supervisor. She put me on hold and transferred me to a supervisor. The supervisor stated the same as the customer service representative and gave me an RMA number for to return the product.
She stated that my account would remain open until the product was returned but there would be no more billing made to my account. I informed the supervisor that I wanted all of my money back not just $70 as I did not agree to join a subscription and I wanted my account canceled the same day. She continued that she could only give the options above and refund was dependent on product being returned. I informed I have no problem with returning the product. All I wanted was the free trial.
I asked for the corporate office address and they stated they did not have it. They only had the address for return of product.
I called later that evening and spoke with another representative to see if my account was canceled and he stated the account was still opened but put on hold to stop further billing. He stated he did not have corporate office or owner information. He did tell me where the product was manufactured, which is Tampa, FL, and I proceeded to search for corporate information.
I searched via Google and found on Revdex.com website that Top Organic has an F rating and was given the information to change their website to give complete disclosure to consumers about the subscription with option to cancel at a given time. They have not yet responded to Revdex.com.
This company uses backdoor deceptive practices on their website to enroll people in an ongoing subscription without option to cancel before a given date. I would like Top Organic Garcinia investigated and to receive a full refund.

Desired Outcome

I want a full refund of $89.95 and my account canceled.

The phone on the confirmation order is out of order. If you enter the email address provided a pop will warn you this may be a scam. I called the number listed here in the Revdex.com. After verification I asked to cancel any recurring charges. I was told my order is on the way and can't be cancelled. I advised the representative I wanted the trial order, I don't want future orders until I can try the product. I was told I needed to wait and cancel within 14 days after trial. I stated to the representative I am cancelling within those days I shouldn't need to wait until I get it. I again asked for confirmation any future orders would be cancelled. I was told the same thing. Upon asking for a supervisor I was told "he" would help me. I asked for a supervisor well over 20 times on their recorded line. Ariel my representative would not transfer me. He kept telling me I needed to cancel after my shipment arrives. I informed him I don't. I am calling at this time to cancel. Ariel was very restive. I again asked for a supervisor- I probably asked in the whole conversation 75 plus time for a supervisor. I was put on hold. When Ariel came back he stated my account would be closed. I was told I would receive an email stating it was closed. When I signed up I looked carefully for any disclosure this would be recurring if I didn't cancel. I didn't locate any on their web page. I only knew to cancel due to horror stories of business like this. The Revdex.com won't allow a complaint to be filed and provided their investigative notes. This company would most likely charge you again before the 14 days which is why they want you to wait. I am on my way to the bank to cancel my current account and open a new one. Plus I am going to make sure those recurring charges don't follow my account. The funniest part is I never did get to speak to a supervisor.

Charged me for a subscription I did not subscribe to
I ordered a "free"bottle of Garcinia cambooga and some detox stuff and the add said all you have to pay is 5.85 for shipping. I got the confirmation email which said " your order is being prossesed and your TOTAL is 5.95." then 4 weeks later I look on my card to check my balance and they took 88 dollars one time and 89 dollars again.They said I had a subscription which I never had. I would never ever agree to a trial offer.Theze people are scaming people.

U would like a full refund. They sent me another email stating that because I opened a case with my card issuer against them it locked my "account" and now they can't refund me until the bank tells them there are no pending issues??? What does that mean??? I don't get it

I ordered the "FREE" sample only to have two additional orders sent to me that I did not want.
The telephone number disconnected, I want my money back
What a scam! I ordered the free sample and then without authorization I received two more orders I did not want. I tried to send all of it back but it was returned to me. Their telephone is apparently disconected. Are they actually still in business and if so, somebody should close them up NOW!!

Desired Outcome

No more shipments and a full refund. This is the most deceptive advertisement scam I have ever been an unsuspecting victim of. Trying to get in touch with them has been impossible.

When referring to the additional product being mailed after the 14 days, perhap that information shouold be IN BOLD PRINT. In addition, 14 days is not enough time to form qualified opinion as to whether or not the client wants to disengae or allow additional shippmemnts.
Interesting that my complaint was among MANY that have been reported anbout this company??

I am finished with this complaint, I have nothinhg more to add. I am shipping the unused
products back this week.

Tried to send back product there ph# & e-mail not in service. Got ph# from Revdex.com called to receive R&A# but was hung up on. Trying to send back product.

I received this product on 9/17/2018. I agreed to a 14 day TRIAL from the time I rec'd the product. On 10/01/2018 I called 888-236-0462 customer service # NO LONGER IN SERVICE. I tried their e-mail NO LONGER IN SERVICE. I was very upset. I tried everything to get a hold of them. I needed an R&A# to send this product back. I finally checked the Revdex.com and you had the correct # 800-283-1019. I called and spoke to cust. serv. I asked for my R&A# and she refused because she said my 14 days where up and because I opened up the product and took it for 14 days trail. I tried it and it did nothing for me. I told her that my 14 days is up on 10/01/2018 from the date I rec'd the product. Why would I just look at the box for 14 days when it was a 14 day TRIAL period. She said I was not allowed to use it just look at it. I could'nt believe it. Then she hung up on me after I told her I was contacting the Revdex.com and credit card company. So I called back more upset. I spoke to May and told her what happened and she apologized and gave me my R&A# XXXXXXXXX Return add: 301 W. Platt St. #679, Tampa, FL., 33606 Cancellation# XXXXX. She also said that she couldn't promise I would get back my $89.95. Well I will be contacting my credit card company to let them no not to pay do to false information. Trial offer was offered shipping charges only then unauthorized charges were made to my card.

I ordered a free trial only charged shipping. When I received the product and read the label I could not try it because I am Diabetic I tried to contact the company at 4 different numbers all numbers just hung up on me. I tried to go to the support website and it was no longer available .I was charged 2 separate charges 1 for 88.97 and 1 for 89.95 I had to cancel my card to keep any future charges to be placed on it and I can't get a hold of anyone to try and get a refund from the I do'nt know what else to do.

I have all my emails from them and original box and unopened product and packing slip. No where's does it say in any of there emails or packing ship that I will be charged full price for the product after a certain number of days. I called them and ask for my money back and they said that they would only give me $100 back but not all of my money. They gave me a cancellation number: XXXXX. I will contact my bank and see if I can reverse the charges on Monday morning.

You would think if I had agreed to there terms on their web site that they would include that information in there emails to me to notified me that I would be charged full price for the 2 bottles after 14 days. But there was nothing in any of my emails from them indicating that I would be charged full price for the 2 bottles after a 14 day trial period. Even the packing slip in my box I received in the mail didn't have the terms and conditions listed on it. I checked my checking account today (10/06/2018) and saw that Top Organic Labs did refund my account the full amount of $178.92.

Since you have already spoken to and has filed a dispute/chargeback with your bank. Once we receive a Dispute we are no longer available to process a refund to the customer since our account is frozen with the corresponding customer. The bank is the only one who can call and allow us access to approve a refund or not.

seemingly fraudulent practices
September 5, from an online advertisement, I ordered 1 bottle each of Top Organic Detox and Top Organic Garcinia and paid only shipping. The email confirmation I received listed a phone number which is not in service and the email itself was from a "no reply" address. On September 22, my bank account was charged $88.97 and $89.95 from Top Organic. My bank was contacted and they have to wait till the charges actually go through to dispute it. So, I found the Top Organic Labs online and they have the same phone number listed (which is out of service). They also had an email, however, which I promptly used to contact their "support" department. Not long after and the same day, I received 2 emails saying they had cancelled my orders for me and I would not be billed again, and invited another contact should I need anything further. So I wrote to the Support email address and asked how I will know when the $178.92 would be refunded to my account. I then received another email stating: "You ordered a 14 day trial of the Top Organic Garcinia and Detox. Your trial started on the day you submitted the order on 09/05/2018 (14+4 days for S&H the total of 18days) and expired on 09/22/2018. Since you did not call to cancel you were charged for the products that you have in your possession.
We understand that you may have forgotten to call in time so please give us a call at 1-800-853-2956 so we can assist you with those charges. I went ahead and cancelled your account in the meantime." So, I called the 800 number and spoke with "Travis" who was exceedingly rude, spoke over me and laughed at what I was saying. When I said to him that in my day the customer was always right, he replied, "Not always!" I explained that my latest email explained the time expired 9/22 and today is 9/22, so I have called in time to cancel. He argued that I should have called earlier. I asked Travis how I could have called earlier when the number they listed in my confirmation and their site is incorrect. He said he understood and that he could refund $30 a bottle. To clarify I asked if he was saying they would still charge me $178.92 plus the shipping I had already paid, but would refund a total of only $60? He said that was right. I asked for his Manager and he said they had no manager because it is the weekend. So I told him I would be contacting the Revdex.com and leave a review online. He said, "Go ahead". I asked for his manager's name and phone number. He said he could not give me that. I asked again for his manager's name. He said he could not provide that and that the phone number I could call was the number I was currently talking on. I told him I was pretty certain that this was a scam and hung up.

I am asking for a refund of $178.92. They can keep the shipping charges I already paid.

I do appreciate that they are refunding my money, however, I would also appreciate attention to my specific complaint. For the record, I purchased my product on September 5th. September 22, according to an email from their support department, my offer expired. I was on the phone with "Travis" September 22 cancelling. That was within the timeframe (17 days) in their stated terms. I could have called earlier except that the phone number listed in my confirmation was not in service, causing me to have to do further searching.

I wanted to return Garcinia and Detox products unopened and was told the product it was past the free return date.
I contacted the company by phone and was told there was a restocking fee of $19 and I could not return the product because I was past the 14 day return date. It took me a week to see my doctor who advised me not to take either products and get a refund. I disputed the credit card charge of $89.95 since it was attributed to "Miracle" and I had not heard of that company. All I want is to return the product still sealed and unused and they can keep the original shipping charge of $4.95. The customer service people I spoke with were not helpful and rude.

I never place the product and was billed $178.92. Call the company to explain that I never received nor order the product. was told that they would refund me $100.00 and as soon as the product gets to me I can have the product. I explain that I didn't order the product(some detox product) and was not wanting the product. Was told that I order it and this is what they could do for me. I want my money and I don't want the products. I haven't received anything from them.

I responded to a trial offer authorizing shipping fee only. In turn Top garcinia under Golden Garcinia and many other aliases that they used charged my account twice in amounts exceeding $80.00. All effort to contact them was with no success since they put me on an eternal hold and then hang up.

They did not refund my money in full, like the website says they will do if I have not Received the product or if it has not been shipped out. Also, the product did not work as described even after following all instructions on the bottle. When I called to speak to customer service the person continued to cut me off as I was trying to speak to them.

Hello ***, you placed a trial purchase for Top Organic Detox and Garcinia on June 12, 2018 for shipping fee of $5.95 and $4.95. You are given 14 days trial + 3 days allowance for shipping and delivery time. You have to accept the terms and conditions in order to process your order, upon agreeing to the terms, it is assumed that you have read our terms and conditions which states that within your trial period you will receive a 30-day supply of the products and have 14 days to test it out. You have to cancel on or before your trial period ends or you will be billed for the regular prices of the products. By agreeing to the terms, you are also agreeing to be charged for the monthly subscription.

The regular prices of the products are $88.97 and $89.95 in which you were charged $48.93 and $49.47 for the products on July 04, 2018 and you were refunded $20 in total on July 05, 2018 by the representative.
