Sneaky and deceptive! Did not order these ... I too was scammed!! My credit card was cancelled and all charges disputed. Pain in the butt !! This company needs to get shut down!

This merchant enrolled me in a subscription without notice and later charged my credit card several times. No subscription information was provided.
After ordering what I thought was a one time supplement purchase (on 1/23/19), I was enrolled in a subscription/trial plan. During the ordering phase there was no indication of this being a trial, nor did the packaging contain any information that this was a trial/subscription plan, despite the company claiming that I signed a document attesting to this trial/subscription. Additionally, while ordering the initial supplement, prior to checkout, a screen popped up asking if I wanted to order another product for $5. I was unable to complete the order or exit this screen unless I agreed to order the additional product, which I was later billed for. I have been billed on three occasions for $89.95 (on 1/23/19), $88.97 (on 2/1/19) and $89.95 (on 2/22/19). I contacted the company on 2/27/19 after receiving another product in the mail which I did not order, and quite honestly, was surprised to receive. Prior to receiving this package, I had no idea the company had previously charged my card, or that I was enrolled in a subscription. I spent a considerable amount of time on the phone with the company, was placed on hold numerous times, and was told that I did agree to both a trial and subscription over and over. The company did agree to refund $100 initially (which was credited back to my card on 2/27/19) , and to refund additional charges if I mailed back the unopened supplement that I received. I mailed back the supplement, and according to my tracking receipt, the item was delivered several weeks ago, yet I have still not received any refund. Additionally, when I spoke to the representative on the phone, it took considerable time to get her to cancel the subscription as she continued to state that it would be put "on hold". I had to continue to press to get her to cancel my subscription, which, eventually, she agreed to. The company did send me confirmation emails documenting the calls. I have also reached out to my credit card company to dispute the charges.

Desired Outcome

I am requesting a full refund due to the deceptive nature of the advertising. Despite the company insisting that there was an agreement to the trail/subscription, this was not stated anywhere during purchase time, or contained in the shipments.

We went ahead and refunded the remaining amount of $49.95 and $28.97 and aside from that amount, we also process you successfully the full refund of $89.95 that was charge on 01/24/2019 without any more requiring you to return any products. The amount will reflect back to your account in 5-10 business days depending on your banks processing time

CLAIM free trial just pay shipping and now have charged my account $89 at least twice maybe more and don't even send anything!!
Feb 5th and March 1st my card was charged not comfortable putting account info here. There is no way of contacting these scam artists, no links work on their site or phone number is bogus.

Wendy signed up for a trial sample of Top Gold Cleanse and Top Gold Max Push. She did not sign up for a subscription yet we were billed yesterday for another installment and we did not receive it yet. I immediately called, when through a long process of how they cannot stop the shipment, getting an RMA # *** for the outside of the box, a shipping address and confirmation that when I return it I pay a 10% restocking fee, and then they hung up on me. I called back, had to repeat the entire process, and this time Jessa indicated it's a $20 each product restocking fee plus return shipping. I proceeded to tell Jessa what I just went through on the phone with the other rep, and she apologized and she provided me another offer, to simply keep it and give it to one of my friends, ridiculous.

I asked her for the website, and she provided something for Garcinia, which we did not order. I cannot see to find a solid web presence for Top Organic and when I search for them I get the Revdex.com site which is how I got to you. Hoping you can assist us in filing a complaint. Again, we received no other shipments yet, and all we want is the ability to a) stop being billed/shipped product and b) receive a full refund for the unopened product which also has not yet arrived.

(for total of 357.84) These were not ordered, nor did I see that shipping would continue monthly. Fulfillment Center (Fla) distributed these for Top Organic, Albuquerque, N.M., 87102. (1-800-853-2956.) Attempted contact unsuccessful. Most deceptive advertising scam I have ever been involved in.Credit card company has been alerted, as well. Products distributed from: Fulfillment Center, Top Organic Labs, 301 W.Platt St. #679, Tampa, Fla. 33606 (phone: 1-800-853-2956). In addition to all this, allergic reaction to products.

I agreed to a free trial offer to only pay shipping and handling of $10.50. They without my consent enrolled me into a subscription plan.
On Jan.8 I agreed to a "free trial offer" for Top Organic detox and Top Organic garcinia cambogia. I agreed to pay for shipping and handling $10.50. Nowhere on the web site was there any mention on an auto enrollment into a subscription plan. My credit card company alerted to unauthorized charges to my account. I called the company immediately and was told to call back on Jan. 25 to cancel my subscription. When I contacted Top Organic on Jan. 25 I was told that the subscription would be canceled at that they would credit my account. When my credit card bill arrived I was charged $189.92 They did credit my account $120.00 but I was still left owing $69.89 for the " free trial offer" of $10.50. I contacted Top Organic and was inform that I did not contact them in the allotted time to receive a full refund and I would be responsible for full price on their product. Top Organic apologized for any misunderstanding. There was no misunderstanding this was complete and utter fraud.

I want Top Organic to credit my account $59.32. I will pay the $10.50 for the "free trial offer" as I agreed to do at check out.

I contacted Top Organic on 1/25/19 to cancel the order (8
+17=25) as instructed through very broken English to do. I thought I had canceled in time even after that there was unauthorized charges to my credit card. The website I ordered the product through made no mention that this was a trial offer. It is very curious that many other people have made the same complaint. I will never do business with this company again and would advise anyone to steer clear of this company.

Signed up for free sample, then started getting boxes and boxes shipped to me for $100s of dollars.

Legitimate businesses don't have to be sneaky and cheat people.

If I could, I wouldn't have left even one star! I see exactly why this company has earned an F for the Revdex.com!!! I found charges on my account for two products that I supposedly ordered and after spending over 2 hours on the phone with three different people, they still refused to refund the charges. The charges were stated to be billed by the USPS for shipping and handling. I asked several times for a copy of my online paperwork showing the order and instead of getting what I asked for, the representative would repeat what the charges were for. I never ordered the two products and I never received any products. I initially started with Mike, got disconnected. Called back and spoke with Veena, who flat out lied when I asked to speak with a supervisor. I was told that the supervisors had gone home and weren't available. After several more minutes of Veena repeating "my" order, I asked what time a supervisor would be in tomorrow and was put on hold again so she could find the supervisor. I then spoke with Cardo who, again, repeated "my" order and again would not send me a copy of the transaction. These people are charging our accounts without our consents!! This is just plain wrong! I know it's only $4.95 and $5.95, but do this to several thousand people and, voila, big bucks!!! I'm so disgusted right now that they are getting away with this!!

A full refund of monies taken out of my account
On January 11,2019 I ordered a trail bottle of Top Organic Garcinia Cambogia pills, the advertisement said that I will receive a FREE bottle and all I had to do was to pay for shipping in the amount of $5.95. I did that and receive the bottle within 5-7 business days, on February 2,2019 a payment of $89.95 was charged to my debit card. I called the company and wanted to know why this amount was taken out of my Debit card, I was told that when I purchased the product that I had 14 days to cancel or I would be charged $89.95 for the product. I explained that, that was not what was said nor was it written anywhere when I purchased the product. It only stated that I had to pay for shipping of $5.95 for my FREE bottle, the customer service representative told me since I did not cancel within the 14 days they went ahead and charged my card on Feburary 2,2019 for the amount of $89.95. I explained to her that NO that is not what it said when I ordered and that I wanted a FULL REFUND of my money, she stated that they were only giving me back $65.00 of my money which will take 3-5 business days before it is credited to my debit card and which means they will keep $24.95 of my money. I do not agree at all with this because if I would've seen that I had 14 days from the day that I ordered it which would of been on January 25,2019 to cancel I would have done so, they waited until now 8 days later at 12am on February 2,2019 to take $89.95 out of mt account. Can you please help me to get back the remaining amount of my money which will be the $24.95 I would greatly appreciate it, this company seems very dishonest and they are out to take customers money. I have accepted their response because they are crediting me the full amount that I feel I deserve because even though they say all of the information was provided for a trial they were more interested in listing the celebrities that they say have used their product. So I appreciate your help in the matter.

2 Unauthorized charges to my checking account.
I ordered 1 bottle each of Top Organic Detox and Top Organic Garcinia and was told I only had to pay shipping. I received a receipt in my email for 5.95 and 4.95 on 12/28/2018. Then on my bank statement there was a charge of $88.95 on 1/16/19. The internet ad said I only had to pay shipping for one bottle of detox($4.95) and one bottle of garcinia ($5.95) product. I read all the fine print before ordering and there wasn't any mention that it was a trial offer or that you would have to pay full price for the product after a certain number of days. I called customer service and was told they could cancel future orders but could only refund $50.00 on the garcinia. I told them I would return it. They said I would have to pay $30 restock fee. I said fine. Then on 1/21/19 a charge for $89.95 was taken for the detox. I was infuriated. This also caused $75 NSf fees to my account. I called back and insisted a refund for the $164.95. I said I would return everything. Tiana told me they tried pulling the $89.95 on 1/16/19 but was rejected so they pulled it again on 1/21/19. There is no indication that this transaction took place. I had no NSF fees showing that a payment of $89.95 was rejected. I told her I was returning the bottles. She said she would refund me $35.00 until they received the bottle. I asked her for the website so I could double check myself and she tried avoiding the question asking me for what product. What exactly the bottle said (the bottle is completely generic, only says Garcinia Cambogia, Top Organic on it) finally I asked her, "are there more than one website for your products" she said "Yes". I continued looking diligently for thier website and found all the complaints filed against them on Revdex.com. They are sneaky.

Would like a complete refund of $164.95. I finally found the website from the Revdex.com page and the site that is listed on the Revdex.com site is not the page I ordered from. I went to a page labeled Shark Tank garcinia cambogia and was rerouted to a generic page (that looked nothing like the one they portray on Revdex.com)

Fraudulent advertising, scam to take money for a ineffective product.
I ordered Garcinia Cambogia and Detox with the understanding that I would only have to pay shipping costs and that it was a trial. No information about the length of the trial and nothing indicating that by purchasing you are automatically enrolled in a re-occurring subscription for the product. However a month later I was charged $89.95 AND enrolled in a re-occurring subscription service for this product. The product doesn't work. They falsely advertised, had very little communication and difficulty finding the process for communicating with them. No invoice was issued, no order confirmation email, and no information shared about subscription or that there was a trial period. MULTIPLE BAD and UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES. They should not be allowed to practice business in this manner.

Their advertisement was for free weight loss pills, only pay shipping, no disclosure of future charges.
I ordered the free pills, paid the shipping as advertised, 30 days later I received two charges to my account, NOT authorized by me. One for $89.95 and one for $8.97. When I called the number they told me they could only give me a "partial" refund. I asked for the mailing address for the company, they refused to give me the mailing address for the company as I explained I wished to file a class action lawsuit for this false advertising and scamming people they were doing this is horrible and misleading to the public. They refused to give me a mailing address for the company so I could file legal papers, however they did say they would give me a full refund instead of the "partial" refund they originally stated they could do. This company is scandalous, and fraudulent, and needs to be shut down. They have horrible business practices and I plan to sue them until they fix it and stop scamming people.

I want the business to provide me with the correct mailing address to serve them with legal documents as well as the name of the person to address the legal documents to. I want them to stop this scamming business practice and pay all these people back the money they have swindled from the public.

I accept the response but do not agree with what they said regarding the charges. I did not agree to a trial period. They use false advertising methods to get people to sign up. Their methods are very unethical and misleading.

I purchased some detox and weight loss pills for a trial period. Two weeks later I was charged $180 which was never stated in the ad.
I saw the pills on an article by Yahoo Mail. Which was being advertised by celebrities such as Khole Kardashian, Kelly Clarkson, etc. I decided to try the pills for the trial period. I had to pay for shipping and handling, it was $11. But two weeks later I have two transactions for $89.95 each. I've called the cr they have online and sent an email. The phone number does not work and I have not heard from them. They have fraudulently taken $180 from me.

I do not accept their response, because the terms and conditions he mentions are no where on the site nor on the bottles, nor the order email. That is called fraud, saying the terms and conditions are on the website when they are not. The phone number on the website is a disconnected number, and it loops you to further fraud traps, such as trying to get you to purchase something. I only used the pills for 3 days, after I began to get sick. I can gladly return the pills, to receive the full refund. I did not agree to the partial refund of $140. On the call, I was told I would receive all my money back.

You called to cancel after trial period ended. The trial started from the time you placed the order on 12/31/2018 until 01/16/2019.

The representative gave you a ONE TIME courtesy credit of $70 per bottle for this VALID charge which you had agreed to.

Your account was closed by CSR due to Dispute/Chargeback. Since you have already spoken to and has filed a dispute/chargeback with your bank. Once we, receive a Dispute we are no longer available to process a refund to the customer since our account is frozen with the corresponding customer.

Your company is a fraud.

Product claims free trial and charges full amount after 14 days. Automatically offers 1/2 refund when calling to cancel, no offer of full refund.
I ordered to products fro Top Organic Labs on Dec. 20. Order # XXXXXX and XXXXXX. These products were shipped on that date at 12:47 pm. I was notified on 12/21 of the shipment. I received the products on 12/24. The products came with a free 14 day trial. My bank account has a pending charge show up on Jan 6. This charge was prior to my 14 day trial and subsequent cancellation. When I called to inquire about this charge I was told that the free trial last 14 days and I agreed to be charged after that. I indicated that they charged my account before the 14 days and I should be able to cancel any recurring future charges and receive a full refund. They indicated this was not the case but could refund $40 to my account. I talked with someone by the name of Sheen and she did send me e-mail regarding the cancellation and $40 refund, but this is unacceptable. First, their practice of offering free trial is deceptive to say the least, the practice of charging banks before the allotted time indicates they grab the money before the consumer can cancel, finally they immediately offer $40 refund and are able to pocket the remaining amount. This is where they make their money and the consumer is taken. The background in the call center was busy which tells me this happens over and over and there are many consumers who have been taken by this group. These products and this company should not be allowed to continue to scam the consumer of these products. This is deceptive advertising and practice at its best. Consumer should be aware.

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund for items sent and were charged for (other than the free trial). I called and spoke to a Rep after waiting 35 minutes on hold and he said they would cancel my subscription and refund $60 on every bottle sent to me. The charges to my bank account were $88.87 each month for 4 months. As an elderly woman of 87, I am not fully understanding why I cannot get a full refund.

Nov. 7 I saw on FB that Kelly Clarkson lost weight on Garcinia and You can buy a trial for $4.95 so I ordered it on my debit card and when it got to the "Send order" area a pop-up for a Detox product came up. It wouldn't let me opt out of that but I tried numerous times anyway. So I shut my computer off to avoid getting it. After a week or more I received both products. My husband went into our bank account two weeks later and we were charged a total of $178.92. I called the company because I am on Chemo and my doctor said not to take it and they said I would have to pay a restocking fee of $19 for each product and $15. for shipping/handling and I might get $100. refund so my actual refund would be $62. I told them that the seals hadn't been opened in any way and they are in the same box so why can't I get a total refund. Any company should give a refund for a product that hasn't been used at all. They said no then I said I was going to contact my Attorney General
and she said go ahead and hung up. By the way at first when I called the business number that was on the mail it said "This number has been disconnected". I just want my money back. We are retired and on Social Security and need the money. Please help us and if you need any more information let us know. Thanks in advance for your help.

Your trial started on 11/0918 in which you received a 30-day supply of the products, the trial ended on 11/25/2018 and without any cancellation received from you, hence the regular charges.

I accept because they settled it fairly.

Let's just say I would give this business a rating of LESS than one star! I ordered the FREE sample from the website. Upon placing my order for the first product, it showed another product. The shipping and handling on both items totaled a little more than $10 which they required me to pay immediately. And by the way, there was NO WAY to DELETE the 2nd product, as it was added directly to my order.

Knowing most places that you order from, you will see where it says about cancellation directions and where you will be charged for further product. When I signed up I looked carefully for any disclosure like this if I didn't cancel. I didn't locate any.

Surprisingly in 16 days, I found 2 charges on my checking account, one for $89.95 and $88.97! Well, that money was in my account awaiting payment of checks that I had already written. I had to scramble to see if people cashed their checks yet, and, if not, to please hang onto them.

I called TopOrganic-Labs and I told them off! I said that I would send my free sample back, even though I paid that $10 S&H. They wanted me to pay this fee and that fee and I told them absolutely not! I was NOT paying a restocking fee or any thing else!

I told them I wanted my money back NOW. This lady I spoke with was a total mn. Well, by the time I was done with them, they gave me back $40 of each product and an address and some numbers that needed put on the package. As soon as the warehouse receives that product, I will get the rest of my money back.

I thought they should pay for the shipping back since I had already paid to have the FREE SAMPLE sent to me. I was mad that they wanted it back and didn't want to pay me back the S&H.

At any rate, I went to mail it back, and I is costing me over $17 to do so. YES, I am sending it in a way that I get a signature back on the receipt that it was received and accepted!

Because I "threw my fit" at them, I am getting all my money back. NOT TO MENTION I CANCELLED FUTURE SHIPMENTS!
