Hi there,I am sorry your missing cashback claim has been declinedI can see this has been declined for the reason "another marketing channel", this means either a promotional/discount code was used when making your booking or that another entity such as a pop up window, another site or previous stored cookies may have been linked as the last referring click.Please be aware we do not work with the merchant we feature directly but with an affiliate network, the network reviews the claims and gets back to us with a declined or approved resolution.Again, I am sorry we have not been able to recover the cashback on this occasion for you.Thank you,TopCashback Support

Hi [redacted] ,Having looked at your TopCashback account we can see that since joining our site in you have made over clicks from our site to different merchant that we advertise, from time to time cashback will go untracked as this is inevitable, when this happens a missing cashback claim is required, the claims team work to recover any missing cashback, they do this by working with a series of affiliate networks, the networks review the missing cashback claims and get back to the claims team with either an approved or declined resolution, if approved the cashback is passed onto us from the network and we then pay this to our members in full (we do not keep a percentage of the cashback like other cashback sites do), if the claim returns declined a declined reason is provided and we are not allocated with any cashback.I can see you have had out of missing cashback claims declined for the reason 'another marketing channel', this declined reason is provided if other entities, such as pop up windows, previous stored cookies become linked instead of TopCashback, or if a coupon/promotional code is used when purchasing.We do state on every merchant page in the Terms and Conditions that cashback is not guaranteed, we do advise members to read all T's & C's on the merchants page before making a purchase.If you do have any cashback that has not tracked to your account please do lodge missing cashback claims for these.Thank you,TopCashback Support

Hi there,We are sorry your missing cashback claim returned declined and that you feel you were advised wrongly on your Support Ticket, I have had a look into this and can see that you asked our Support Team if we offer the 5% cashback for building your own ring [redacted] website, our Support Team advised you can receive 5% cashback for building your own ring but they then went onto advise that you read the Terms and Conditions on the merchants page on site.Included in the terms and conditions it is stated that cashback is never guaranteed, cashback should always be regarded as a bonus that you could receive as opposed to something that might sway your decision from making a purchase or not or choosing what merchant to purchase via.As your missing cashback claim was declined we have not received the cashback to pass onto you on this occasion, we do hope any further transactions are more positive.Thank you,TopCashback Support

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Topcashback.com offered no evidence that proves that I am not entitled to the cash back It only offered an unproven excuse I have the proof that ai am entitled to the cash back I have the proof that I clicked through Topcashback.com when I made the purchase I have proof of the purchase Topcashback.com has all of this proof, tooTopcashback.com's weak, unacceptable response to my Revdex.com complaint, and the same weak, unacceptable response that it has given to so many other complaints, is absolute proof of Topcashback.com's systematic breach of its duty to pay its members the cash back to which they are entitled I am computer savvy and read and understand the terms of Topcashback.com's cash back offer There were no cookies that caused interference, no other marketing channel used, and no coupons or promotions There is absolutely no valid reason for Topcashback.com to deny the cash back Topcashback.com indicates that there is some power from above that is responsible for the denial of my cash back, but does not name them It is not the merchant, because I have a written letter from the merchant saying so Topcashback.com needs to provide proof of the reason it denies the cash back Topcashback.com sounds like it does not even know why the cash back was denied It says it might be cookies or it might be another marketing channel (an all-encompassing, empty phrase), or it might be a coupon or it might be a promotional code The fact that Topcashback.com does not provide a specific, proven reason for denying cash back to members is absolute proof that this company perpetrates systematic fraud upon its members.There are numerous accounts on the Revdex.com website of similar rip-offs by Topcashback.com There are also similar weak, vague excuses by the company The company does not care if members are ripped off and does not even attempt to resolve these situations These actions should not be permitted to continue.I am entitled to the cash back Regards, [redacted] ***
