We reached out to the customer earlier today and resolved her issueThe complaint should have been against the manufacturer as Honda of Spring took it's direction from Honda on diagnosis and repairHonda the manufacturer made the decision to only pay for the parts even though the dealership submitted the prior record of concernThe customer has been a loyal customer and I have directed our service department to reimburse the labor expense to prove to the customer we appreciate her business

Findings:Eastern Wisconsin Culligan Water ConditioningPewaukee RdWaukesha, WI Customer was contacted times regarding account with Culligan Water.Cooler was scheduled for pick up 11/10/Customer was not homeNor was cooler left out for pick-up.Account sent to collections 11/30/2017.Left message 2/16/to contact Culligan to schedule piof cooler an empty bottles.No response from customer as of 02/16/

I'm not surprised by this denial of responsibility from their partThe $wasn't a refund, but rather a credit for a FULLY Functioning stove that we replaced for a black one I was not home with the new were stove was deliveredThey then blamed the driver for not having left the envelopeThere was never such a phone conversation had where she told me they would not give me the credit that was promised to meInstead I get run around stories in the blaming of an accountant that I don't even think exists Everything that this business stands for is a lie I should've read Yelp reviews before ever doing any business with them I just want to future potential customers to realize what they're dealing with before providing them any patronage This is a very crooked company that compounds lie after lie takes no responsibility for their lack of actions Despicable!

March 3, 2016Complaint# [redacted] Re: [redacted] Surprise AZ85388The freezer was purchase on December 16, with a three month warranty but Mr [redacted] didn't inform us about the freezer till January 26,He called and stated that the freezer was getting air inside the box, because it was building ice inside, which meant that the seal on the freezer were loose or brokenWe sent our technician out and he saw that that the seal$ on the door where loose so He informed the customer that the seals on the door would have to be replace, After calling our part store they informed us that they where would have to be order and would take ten to fourteen days to come inWe let Mr [redacted] , know about the order time and He was fine with it after all the freezer was workingWe got the seals in about seven days later we called to make an appointment to put them inBut He informed us that He didn't want the freezer He just wanted hls money back, We did agree to give hlm back his money BUT when my [redacted] got there he started cussing at them yelling and calling them all kinds of bad wordsAs a matter of fact when my [redacted] called me to inform me of what he was doing I told my [redacted] to walk out and leaveHe called me at the oftice and called me all kinds of bad words and told me that he had lots of power I just didn't know how much power he had and that he could make it hard on us, I just hang the phone downI called him about three days later and nicely I asked him if he was ready to settle thls arrangement he said fineBut he neglected to inform you that he purposely broke all the line in the compressor to the point that we can't fix it and poke holes in the inside of the freezer with an ice pikeMy [redacted] didn't noticeit because they just wanted to get out of hls houseWhen operung the freezer in the shop we notke all the damagehe didBut he•got hls money and we lost the freezer due to the damage he didAnd he has the audacity to write to you about usThls customer is should be put away for what he didSincerely,

Reference: [redacted] Stephen JD [redacted] **Surprise AZ 85379MrD [redacted] purchased a refrigerator GE French doorWhen we delivered MrD [redacted] called and said the door shelve was cracked and asked if we can replace itWe said no problem and ordered it through APD in PhoenixAfter a few days MrD [redacted] called and said be noticed that the refrigerator was not working properlyWe sent out our tech out first thing in the morning due to MrD [redacted] work scheduleOur tech put in an evap fan and told MrD [redacted] that it will be a few hours to cool completely downThe tech had to pull out the freezer bottom door completely off along the basketsThe tech worked on the refrigerator for about minutes, so naturally the refrigerator is going up in temp from it not being sealed due to the tech having to work on itAfter the tech put the evap fan, freezer baskets and door back together the temperature of the refrigerator went up significantlyTech told MrD [redacted] he was done putting in the part and it will take a few homs to cool completely down to proper tempAs the tech left MrD [redacted] home he noticed MrD [redacted] right behind himOur tech came into our office to let us know the work order was completed; MrD [redacted] walked him right behind our tech stating that the refrigerator was not cooled down and that it was at degreesWe explained to him itwas going to be a few hours due to the freezer door being off for minHe then askedfor an exchanged, due to the refrigerator not cooling after just being there min ago.We explained to him we cannot do that and will not do that, it has been working fineWedo still need to get him the parts we did promise and will deliver as soon as they come in from GEHe is more than welcome to call our parts department to confirm that they are on back order or another parts companyIf he happens to locate them someplace else we are more than happy to pay for them

I talked to MrDenny this morning, we agreed to credit his invoice, he is happy with the resolution

We have contacted the complaintant directlyThe asssertions made in this complaint are completely with no basisThe dealership has signed authorization from the complaintant for all actions taken by the dealershipDue to the false, and aggressive tactics of the complaintent and the attempts by the complaintent to hold hostage public reviews for a resolution the dealership chooses not to participate

Our General Manager has been the primary point of contact throughout our dealings with Mr [redacted] regarding: · The initial purchase of the Chrysler · His request to repair some cosmetic issues with the wheels · The rescission of that transaction · The location and acquisition of the Chrysler which we did not have in stock · The sale to him of the Chrysler His assertions that he has attempted to contact multiple people at the dealership when our GM has been his primary point of contact are unsubstantiated by usFurthermore, he was never approved for a 12% rateWe have a Capital One Application Status document evidencing a 20.15% approvalHe was also required to contact Capital One to verify his satisfaction with the terms before Capital One would fund the contractWe have received funding We take exception to Mr***’s characterization of our actionsWe took significant steps to satisfy Mr***’s vehicle needs and create a satisfied customerWe did not pump his rate from 12% to 20.15% for our own benefitIf he is able to get financed at a lower rate, he should proceed

We have been working with Ms [redacted] to address her concernsWe have made the necessary repairs that were agreed to by both parties and she is due into the dealership at 2:PM today to confirm whether or not she is satisfied with the repairs made to resolve her problem

Culligan always takes every customer complaint or problem seriouslyOur year veteran licensed plumber went to install a new softener at this homeHe installed the softener and started the unit up only to learn that the floor drain was backing up and not taking water He immediately bypassed the softener so that water ran passed our softener rather than through itOur softener was completely off llne and not even plugged in.During the install our plumber learned from the wife that their water heater had been causing trouble the past couple of days and they were adjusting the settingsOUR PLUMBER NEVER TOUCHED THE WATER HEATER CONTROLS.Our plumber told the customer the softener was on bypass and not in useThey would need to fix the drain and we would come back and start our softener up when drain was repaired.Sometime after we left the home their water heater leaked and put water on the floorThe water came from the water heater not the Culligan Softener! This situation was handled by our insurance company SENTRY InsuranceIt was handled quickly and professionallyWe are sorry the customer experienced this water heater failureWe are in no way responsible for the damages created by a product we do not sell or service i

As Native Nevadan's and a member of the United States Military we have never been treated or billed in this mannerUsually an organization will be upfront if they don't want the work, and they were never told to hurry the jobMy wife made contact with them on 9/29, they came out and measured and ordered the necessary piping - which the installer said was the wrong size and had to go and get and adaptor when he came out to install on 11/There were follcalls on 10/4,10/24,10/27,11/1,11/- to see where we were at with the orderI have never seen it take over a month to get piping in, which the same piping could be purchased at Lowes or Home Depot(Verified by the labels on the pipe.) Why wasn't the business owner honest? Why didn't he just explain the billing instead of being defensive? Why didn't he just say, no we can't do the job? This is not the type of customer service one would expect from a small townNo an estimate was not asked for as they had done the rest of the work in our house under the contractor Akins Construction so we had no reason to think they wouldn't be good or cause such difficultyLesson learned for sureMaybe more customers should ask for itemized statements!

There was no mentioned about a $refund on and old range that does not work.Normally when we buy an item we pay right there at that time we never tell them that we will mail them a checkthat this was not right She called us several weeks ago about it we had no clue of what she was talking about I did tell her that I would check to see if there was any note on this issue and there was notI never told her anything about sending her a check for $

The Wrangler was brought to us for repair work and the work was not done in a satisfactory mannerWe found the plugs weren't all replaced and did find a cracked plug with one that was installedAfter returning the vehicle to us we have completed the repair that we charged for at the time of initial service so we aren't in a position to offer a refund as the repair has been done according to chargesI do apologize for the inconvenience, mistakes do happenIf the customer has doubts regarding the fuel system service we would be happy to perform the service again at no charge
