I'm still waiting to speak to someone with my awful experienceAll I have heard back was tough mudder wants me to spend $on next year's eventWhy can't we talk about what happened in tahoe? I receive spam from tough mudder everyday.  Why can't they reply back to a complaint? I even did an event feedback that you asked me to fill outStill nothing from tough mudderAll the event feedback related questions were related to sponsorsIm from Sacramento but travel for workAfter months of training, I flew in the night before from DC to make this eventMy group signed up for the tahoe am start timeDays before the event we received an email from tough mudder that said our start time is 1215pm and that we need to honor our wave timeThis event is unorganizedWe checked in at 10am, got breakfast and went to the starting line at There was an extremely long line and we asked Event Staffs about wave times and were told that wave times didn't matterWe stayed in line in our spot and finally got to run at 115pmWe only got to do obstacles before we were told the obstacles are closed due to stormsWe had to wait over an hour at the Tarzan obstacle bc there were only linesOn top of a poor event, nutrional bars had ran out and several water stations and food stations were unattended and abandonedWhen we finally got to the shower hoses we were told by Event Staff that we couldn't use the shower hosesWe could not rinse ourselves down and had to change into clean clothes feeling dirtyI expect a full refund or a voucher to next year's eventHad we known wave times didn't matter we would have showed up to start in time for our preferable time at 10am and finished the event This event is unorganizedI've ran marathons and Spantan races before and I've never seen this type of nuisance beforeI was promised a mile course with at the minimum obstaclesTough Mudder did not fulfill it's contract that was advertisedI was coached by the Coach himself about being a legionaire, about the importance of finishing the event and to not make it a raceI could not do this todayIt was not my decision to quitSadly, Tough Mudder quit on the participants todayOverall, it was a regrettable experienceAfter watching other mudders videos on youtube.com, I wonder why our start time was pushed backThere didn't seem to be a jam of people with earlier wave times.  I still receive emails on upcoming races asking mudders to honor their wave timeYour emails talk about giving free tickets away and discounts and sponsors Where's my reply back at? You falsely advertised the event and even pushed my time back Where is your obligation?

The business still not recognizing that I tried to follow their path for a transfer and that it failed multiple times and absolutely zero customer support was given in the processThey have tried to get me to give them more money in a promise of a refund of that, yet they state they do not do refunds of any kind which is completely contradictory of what they have saidThey are clearly capable of doing refundsThey still will not recognize my request and continually ask what I would like to do.This has been dragging out for almost monthsI am still requesting a full refund of $and would like this ended and move on

that this Complaint be made public. The reason for this is that I made three requests to this company to resolve this issue, something which this outcome revealed was as simple as sending me an e-mail. However, they ignored my requests and only responded after a complaint was made with this bureau. I am not the first person to whom this has occurred. As I made three requests, there were three request numbers open. After being told that one request was being closed, I responded and indicated that the only reason there were multiple requests made was because they had failed to respond until I made this within complaint. The business then responded by underhandedly calling me an incorrect name. This is not the expected conduct of a reputable business. Sincerely, *** ***

They have had all of our contact information already There is no need to "gather" the information as they have indicated We preregistered many months before the event and they knew that my team was entitled to shirts along with the many other people long before the actual event They did collect our information the day of the event, which was a month ago, and said they would send us a shirtNo one has heard anything since and there are various posts by multiple unrelated parties on their *** page indicating that Tough Mudder is not responding to their inquires This is a continual issue that many people are facing with poor customer service compounded by the fact that they refuse to give a phone number to contact someoneIt appears that this is because they are contracting with a third party in another country to handle all customer inquiriesIn addition since our event there has been no direct or indirect contact to inform the participants that they are in the process of giving us our under armour shirtsThis includes no mass email even though they took all off our emails when they couldn't provide the shirtsIt also includes no posts on their *** page indicating that they are handling this matter So I fail to see what they exactly are doing that it takes a month to gather the information they already had available and they clearly are not making an effort to give the participants what was agreed to This is not a low budget even and many people pay a large entry fee to participate knowing that a decent portion of the cost goes towards the high quality shirts that are provided to the participants. Until they can provide me with a tracking number for my product, this issue is not resolved.

There is no easy way to contact Tough MudderThere was an issue with the promo code and the ability to enter during registartin When I tried to get assistance there was no easy available email, form or contact phone number on the websiteVery unhelpfulThe FAQ section is information overloadThis inability to contact Tough Mudder is going to end up costing me as I have no idea how to appeal to have discount attributed to my invoice after the fact

Tough Mudder has made an effort to resolve my issueThey have assigned my wife and I transfer codes for a future race and have told us to email them to request a refund of the $transfer fees (applicable when we register for a race)However, there is currently no option to sifor a race in my areaI am hopeful Tough Mudder will help us sign up for an NJ race in I believe we are close to resolving this issue
