I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.Although the issue is resolved, I suspect that the only reason they've resolved the issue is because of opening this request with the Revdex.com.  Prior attempts to contact them through their advertised means have failed for me and many of my friends.

This issue has been resolved. The customer was transferred to the desired event.

Total lack of customer service.

Doing my first Tough Mudder on 28 April 2018. The location is pretty remote so Im driving. But trying to buy parking online is impossible. I was directed to another website "Active.com" who want heaps more information just to purchase a parking place. Why do they need my date of birth for god sake. Tough Mudder already have all my details.

Tried using their customer service email. The drop down list of events to ask about are all a year out of date. What a joke.

I dont think ill ever do one again or recommend it to anyone either. Mr Tough Mudder must be a rick man who quite frankly dosent give a toss about his customers. I'll keep trying for a parking place.

The current ticket price is $145 before processing fees. With the processing fees added on to the ticket, the total comes to $160.11, which is what [redacted] was refunded down to. He has now been charged the correct amount for the current ticket price.

 I am rejecting the response at this current point in time for the following reason:
Tough Mudder has now notified me to file for a claim through a third party company that requires complete documentation for refund validation. This company is not associated with Tough Mudder so Tough Mudder is essentially passing me off. While I will be filing for a refund through EOS claims, this claims process ignores my issue with Tough Mudder and places additional burden on me to prove I'm somehow worthy of a return even with Tough Mudder's careless customer service. I now have to justify, with documentation, why I deserve a refund. EOS claims will have to validate me and review my claim request. This process reminds me of submitting additional paperwork and justification for pay corrections within the Armed Forces. Last time I checked, this was a civilian business and event. Not a legal proceeding.
As a side note, somehow now, [redacted] from Tough Mudder "reviewed" my ticket and offered up this possibility because I bought the ticket in 2014. That was known at the start so either [redacted] never really looked at my issue, or they are using this as an attempt to avoid admitting they do issue refunds.
If this process results in a refund, I will accept the response of the next message from the business. If not, then this process will have to simply go against Tough Mudder as an unsatisfied and annoyed customer.

I did not agree to the policies as I was not the one who registered myself. Someone registered me on my behalf. Had I been presented with the opportunity to view their policies this would have ended differently. Perhaps they shouldn't allow people to register for others.

Patrick has registered for a 2016 open ticket. He will receive a transfer code once the 2015 season is over to transfer for a 2016 event. This issue is resolved.

I have not received a refund for this event.  Their customer service department basically emailed me saying they won't be issuing a refund.  Until this happens I will not feel the issue is resolved.

I have not been refunded.  My only option for resolution, is to transfer my paid race ticket to an event in another state.

Tough Mudder has waived Nick's transfer fee as a courtesy to him. He can now register for next year with no charge. This issue is now resolved.
