I am rejecting this response because:This is NOT a web based transaction. I made the purchase in the store and as you can see by the original photo there is no disclaimer anywhere in the store to say we only match the following. The Store says " PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE" It does not say we only match XY and Z. This is a classic bait and switch and the AJ office in NJ has said I should contact Passaic County for consumer fraud. The stores do not say what the price match is. It does not say newspaper, internet, or sales are excluded. It just says price match which I provided. Consumer fraud in the stores where I purchased this. NOT an internet sale on your web site. Your Web site may have a disclaimer but your stores do not have anything posted. This is clearly consumer fraud

Yesterday my husband bought formula from a babies r us in the Bronx an employee advised him into buying the wrong kind. Today when I called about the return policy I was told I could no problem, I than explained I don't have the receipt and was told I could do so, I called once more to heard it again and ask for the name of that person on the phone. I get there I'm than told I need my id,,, okay out of all days today I forget my id. It was the same woman I spoke to on the phone so than I asked why didn't she tell me what I would need over the phone she said well I can't do anything and you won't get the whole cost of the this product back !!!! Once again why didn't you tell me over the phone. I asked if she could tell me how much I would get if I were to exchange it but she couldn't even do that without Id.... I called her manager who was no help either.... Stores in urban locations are much more concerned in friendships than they are with customer service. We spend our money there and they have the nervous to be rude. If we don't spend our money there they wouldn't have a pay check but they tend to forget that... For future transactions with babies r us I will either purchase online or drive upstate

ToysRUs service is HORRIBLE. Spent over an hour on the phone trying to reconcile issues with shipping and honoring prices. Finally thought I had it resolved, only to have that order cancelled the next day. These people have no way of tracking inventory accurately and will make you miss out on deals at other places that will ACTUALLY FOLLOW THRU AND HONOR THE DEAL. Shop somewhere else.

I am rejecting this response because:I am expecting a more than "just refund". As I said in my complaint, I would like toysrus to issue me a gift card too.What Toysrus did is a total cheating of a customer's faith in the seller. Why would a customer expect a recharge of something that's already been refunded. If I did not check my emails or bank statement then toyrsus would have taken my money without my consent. See the snap shot of the emails attached and also the call log attached showing how much time I spent to sort this out. My time spent was of no use as Toysrus ended up charging me twice.
