Was given a move quote of $and was charged $when my items were picked up Told after everything was loaded and not made aware prior Had major issues contacting the company once they had my items with numerous phone calls not returned for several days Changed my delivery date and time to one hour prior only to tell me when they arrived they could not fit the truck into the loading dock The loading dock is shared with a grocery store so large trucks are in and out of there all day long When they arrived the following morning at 9, they had forgotten items in another vehicle and between them running around like is and refusing to start moving anything of mine until my credit card was validated for yet another $1300, they did not start until 11am I had the loading dock until and if course they ran over time so I had to pay an additional $for extra loading dock time They damaged many items in my new unit, delivered a box of my items to another customer, left

Traditional Van Lines was courteous and careful from start to finishI cant believe how crazy moving can be until I was forced to relocate from Virginia to New JerseyThis company contacted me when I made a request online and I had many companies quote meWe had chosen Traditional Van Lines because it seemed they were not the most expensive and had the most responsible people I had spoken toMost other companies their rep's sounded a bit on the arrogant and condescending sideit seemed weird but either way we found it a delight to work withOur rep was very careful and was available to speak at all hours of the dayThis was our first move and we are lucky to have found this companyAnyways if you are looking for a company that will move you for a fair price this is the company to do it!

Really painful with work with this companyThey committed for shipment delivery from Boston to Dallas in less than daysit has been almost weeks, now they are saying , they can deliver next week I moved to Dallas under the expectation of 5th July shipment deliveryi had to invest USD to buy basic household items just due to delay of TRADITIONAL VAN LINES shipment delay.horrible to work with these folks

How do I give them -1000!!! They charged me twice for the pickupSo $instead of $3000, I have no money!!! I’m disputing the claim however, I have nothing until they figure it out!!! On October 9th, Traditional Express Van Lines packaged my fully functional Samsung Class Diag LED 1080p Smart HDTV, Model [redacted] (Purchased 6/10/16)They delivered the TV to CaliforniaWhen I opened the package the top left corner was brokenA 2" piece has broken off the corner and the display screen on the left 1/3rd of the screen is shattered, and % of the picture is degraded

We felt tremendous grief reading thisI have personally resolved this matter with The [redacted] family and feel that we have gone above and beyond to resolve any issues that have with our company.

Complaint: [redacted] I wonder if they read my email and check all the receipts and evidence files correctlyI requested the refund of what I am entitled to receive and the compensation for the delay in the deliveryIt was very clear in the email from the beginning with all the receipts and evidenceI requested the refund of $($for the charge that the moving company did not exercise legitimate charging process plus $for the service that I paid but the moving service never provided.) This is the refund that I am entitle to receive definitely by custom's lawAdditionally, I requested the compensation for the delay as my shipment was over 3,500lb which is due for compensation if the shipment is delayedI submitted receipts for the air mattress and food that I had to purchase due to the delivery of shipmentAs I got yelled and severely insulted by the moving company over the phone (which I also have a record of phone conversation if you want evidence; Texas is a one-party agreement state in terms of recording of the phone conversation), I have been seeing a counselor due to this very disruptive and hurtful phone calls from the moving companyI also have been seeing a lawyer as this all accident has been tremendously affecting my life mentally and physicallySo I strongly object to the company's forcing calls

We contracted our move with [redacted] *** who out-sourced our move to Traditional Express Van Lines It was a move from locations in NY and PA to FL The company showed up with a van that was too small for our move, and thus our possessions had to be packed/shoved to make them fit We were told (we did ask for a June date) that the truck would arrive on June by [redacted] , but clearly there was no communication and when we flew to receive our house goods, after at least phone calls, found out our possessions had not left NJ Communication was horrible Once the truck arrived, the boxes had been dropped/thrown/were smashed A large mirror packed by them was smashed Only one piece of furniture packed by them had no damage A large glass ball that the movers had taken to the warehouse to “pack special” never arrived and has evidently been deemed lost We attempted to contact the driver who packed the ball to see if he could helpThe 2nd text message found us

I moved from Delaware to Texas back in Jan, Team was very professional and I must say Adam was very courteous and he ensured that I was taken care till they picked up the goods and promptly gave me a time of delivery which they delivered with out any damages I should thank Adam for taking care of my move which was very smooth, there were some hiccups due to non availability of house in TX, during that period they had my stuff in their storage which is months free part of the contract Thanks Adam and Traditional Van Lines for moving my stuff

They sent ONE mover, with a 50+ foot truck, to move my things He damaged my brand new sofa - once when he dropped it off the truck, and again when he sliced the fabric with his knife as he was cutting away the packing material The company did not deliver all of my items -- three weeks later, I have to assume they took them The company NEVER returned a phone call Their "manager" told me to call at a specific time, and then didn't answer his phone I left a message -- he never called me back Another "manager" changed his phone number after I called him twice -- no return call either A salesman for this company told me that they were very understaffed - many movers had recently quit - and that's why there was only one mover for the move in DO NOT USE THIS MOVER If I could give them zero stars, I would

The guys were professional and moved everything out of my storage unit and into my new house quickly! I have a very steep stairwell & they were able to roll my heavy couch up and maneuver it through the doorway without too much struggleIf I asked somebody to try to do the same, that couch would probably fall! An added bonus, they voluntarily arranged my furniture without any hidden charges -They didn’t nickel and dime usI’m so grateful with their serviceIf I need to move again, I know who to call
